Abstract
Stem cells-based treatment for burn wounds require frozen cells as an off-the-shelf therapy; however, cryopreservation-induced oxidative stress resulted in post-thaw cell death or loss of cell functions, thus arrested their clinical practicality. Although antioxidant priming to stem cells increase their resistant to oxidative stress, but this strategy is still unexplored on cryopreserved cells. Herein, we investigated whether curcumin priming before cryopreservation could preserve the therapeutic potency of thawed stem cells. For this, unprimed and curcumin-primed adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) were cryopreserved for one month. Post-thawing, cells were assessed for viability by trypan blue assay; metabolic activity by MTT assay; senescence by senescence-associated (SA)-β-galactosidase activity staining assay; migration by scratch healing assay and; mRNA expression by real-time PCR. Subsequently, the healing potential was examined by injecting cells around the wound periphery of acidic burn in rats. Post-healing, skin architecture was histologically examined. Results demonstrated that, curcumin-primed frozen cells (Cryo/Cur-ASCs) showed better post-thaw viability, metabolic activity, migration ability and lower percent of senescence comparative to unprimed frozen cells (Cryo/ASCs). Curcumin priming alleviated the oxidative damage by activating the ROS-reducing cellular antioxidant system as shown by the evident increase in GSH levels and upregulated mRNA expression of glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutases (SOD1, SOD2), and catalase (CAT). Further, invivo findings revealed that Cryo/Cur-ASCs-treated wounds exhibited earlier wound closure with an improved architecture comparative to Cryo/ASCs and depicted healing capacity almost similar to Fresh/ASCs. Our findings suggested that curcumin priming could be effective to alleviate the cryo-induced oxidative stress in post-thawed cells.

Abstract
Background:
Burn injury is considered one of the critical injuries of the skin. According to WHO (World Health Organization), approximately 3,00,000 deaths are caused each year mainly due to fire burns, with additional deaths attributed to heat and other causes of burn e.g., electric devices, chemical materials, radioactive rays, etc. More than 95% of burn injuries occur in developing countries.
Introduction:
Burn injuries have been a prominent topic of discussion in this present era of advancements. Burns are one of the common and devastating forms of trauma. Burn injuries are involved in causing severe damage to skin tissues and various other body parts triggered particularly by fire,blaze, or exposure to chemicals and heated substances. They leave a long-lasting negative impact on the patients in terms of their physical and mental health.
Method:
The various methods and bioactive hydrogels, a viable and widely utilised approach for treating chronic wounds remains a bottleneck. Many traditional approaches such as woven material, conventional antimicrobial agents, hydrogel sheets, creams are utilised in wound healing. Nowadays, lipid-based nanoparticles, nanofibres systems, and foam-based formulations heal the wound.
Result:
The prepared formulation shows wound healing activity when tested on rat model. The nanofibres containing SSD help in the burn-wound healing study on Male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The healing effect on rats was examined by western blot analysis, digital camera observation, and histological analyses.
Conclusion:
Burn is also considered the most grievous form of trauma. Nowadays, several large and foam-based formulations are used in wound healing, which heals the wound better than previously existing formulations and is less prone to secondary infection. Recently, nanofiber delivery has piqued the interest of academics over the years because of its excellent features, which include an extraordinarily high surface to volume ratio, a highly porous structure, and tiny pore size.

Abstract
The current standard therapy of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the combination of surgery and multiagent chemotherapy with/without adding targeted therapy. After treatment, response rate is high and nearly all patients can achieve complete remission, even though they are advanced diseases; however, the majority of patients will relapse and subsequently die of diseases within several years after initial treatment. When treatment options are limited, there is the urgent need for new novel therapeutic approaches for precise cancer control. The development of chemoresistance and evading of the anticancer immune response may be one of the important causes contributing to the therapeutic failure, and therefore, it represents a paradigm shift in cancer research. An individual's immune response and interaction with EOC cells might be one of the key factors for cancer treatment. There are many interventions, including targeting certain type immunogenic EOC-associated antigens, immune checkpoint blockade, and adoptive cellular therapy, which present a profound opportunity to revolutionize EOC treatment. This review will encompass the interaction between EOC and immune system and highlight recent data regarding the research of immunotherapy in EOC.

Abstract
Laparoscopy, one of minimally invasive procedures, is a commonly used procedure in diagnosis and management of various kinds of clinical problems, including gynecologic organ-related diseases. Compared with conventional exploratory laparotomy, the benefits of laparoscopic surgery include reduction of surgical wound, decreasing in postoperative pain, shortening hospital stay, rapid recovery, and a better cosmetic result. However, there are still up to 80% of patients after laparoscopic surgery complaining of high levels of pain and needing pain relief. Postlaparoscopic pain can be separated into distinct causes, such as surgical trauma- or incision wound-associated inflammatory change, and pneumoperitoneum (carbon dioxide [CO2])-related morphological and biochemical changes of peritoneum and diaphragm. The latter is secondary to irritation, stretching, and foreign body stimulation, leading to phrenic neuropraxia and subsequent shoulder-tip pain (STP). STP is the most typical unpleasant experience of patients after laparoscopic surgery. There are at least 11 strategies available to attempt to decrease postlaparoscopic STP, including (1) the use of an alternative insufflating gas in place of CO2, (2) the use of low-pressure pneumoperitoneum in place of standard-pressure pneumoperitoneum, (3) the use of warmed or warmed and humidified CO2, (4) gasless laparoscopy, (5) subdiaphragmatic intraperitoneal anesthesia, (6) local intraperitoneal anesthesia, (7) actively expelling out of gas, (8) intraperitoneal drainage, (9) fluid instillation, (10) pulmonary recruitment maneuvers, and (11) others and combination. The present article is limited in discussing postlaparoscopic STP. We extensively review published articles to provide a better strategy to reduce postlaparoscopic STP.
