Abstract
The goal of the study was to compare laparoscopic and open radical cystectomy in treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer in the Department of Urology and Oncological Urology PUM in Szczecin. A total of 78 patients in the study group underwent laparoscopic cystectomy between 2016−2018, and 81 patients from the control group had open cystectomy between 2014−2016. Both groups were comparable in terms of age, stage, and concomitant diseases. The 3 year overall survival was comparable in both groups (37.7% for laparoscopy and 44.4% for open, p = 0.64). There was no difference in positive surgical margin rate. Lymph node yield during cystectomy was higher in open cystectomy (14 vs. 11.5, p = 0.001). Post-operative blood loss and transfusion rates were lower in laparoscopic cystectomy. Decrease in hemoglobin level was lower in laparoscopy (0.9 mmol/L, p < 0.001). Intraoperative transfusion rate was 11.8% in laparoscopy vs. 34.8% in open cystectomy (p = 0.002). Operation time, duration of hospitalisation, and time to full oral alimentation were comparable in both groups. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2 and those with pT3-T4 cancer in the laparoscopy group had less septic complications post-operatively. Patients with ASA score ≥ 3 from the laparoscopy group had fewer reoperations due to ileus. Laparoscopic cystectomy is less invasive and offers similar oncological outcomes to the open method. Patients benefit from less tissue trauma, less blood loss, and faster recovery. The presented results, as well as other publications, should encourage a wider use of this procedure in everyday urological practice.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE In this study, we aim to compare the perioperative and midterm oncological outcomes in patients with advanced bladder cancer and those who had laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) and open radical cystectomy (ORC). MATERIAL AND METHODS We retrospectively reviewed medical records of patients who underwent LRC or ORC in a single center between 2008 and 2014 with a pathological diagnosis of pT3 and pT4 bladder cancer. Thirty-five and 39 patients were included in the study as part of the LRC and ORC groups, respectively. RESULTS There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of disease-free survival (LRC, 39.8±4.86 months; ORC, 45.47±8.92 months, P=0.896). Average estimated blood loss and length of hospitalization were significantly less in the LRC group. The overall survival rates of patients at 1, 2, and 3 years were 73%, 46%, and 46% in the ORC group and 78%, 65%, and 40% in the LRC group, respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. One patient in the ORC group experienced rectal injury in the form of a serosal tear, which was repaired primarily without any postoperative sequelae. There were no conversions in the laparoscopic group. Similarly, in 1 patient, rectal serosal tear was repaired preoperatively. CONCLUSION Our study showed that LRC provides midterm oncological outcomes similar to ORC in the treatment of locally advanced T3 and T4 bladder cancer. However, long-term oncological and functional outcomes are required.

Abstract
Objectives:To compare perioperative and oncological outcomes between open and laparoscopic radical cystectomy in a single-centre setting.Materials and methods:This study was a retrospective cohort (level 2b evidence) non-randomised review of 228 radical cystectomies that were performed between January 2010 and February 2016. Primary outcome measures were operative time, complications, blood loss and length of hospital stay. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS v21.0. Quantitative values were compared with Student’s t-test; categorical variables with the chi-square test. Statistical significance was considered a result of an alpha value less than 0.05. A Kaplan–Meier survival analysis was also conducted.Results:Intraoperative blood loss was lower in laparoscopic surgery (855±673 vs. 716±570 mL, P=0.15), which had a significant impact on transfusion rates ( P=0.02). Operative times were lower in open surgery (339±52.9 vs. 353.1±67.1 minutes, P=0.10), while hospital stay was lower in the laparoscopic group (14.2±11.2 vs. 16.0±13.6 days, P=0.28). Five-year survival rates were superior for patients who underwent an open procedure but were not statistically significant ( P=0.10).Conclusion:This is, so far, the largest cohort to compare laparoscopic and open radical cystectomy. The laparoscopic approach can reduce the need for transfusion; however, there was no statistically significant difference in complication rates, duration of surgery, length of hospital stay or intraoperative blood loss, survival and margin positivity.Level of evidence:Not applicable for this multicentre audit.

Abstract
Introduction Urothelial cell carcinoma is the most common neoplasm of the genito-urinary tract, which, in advanced stages, is treated with radical cystectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy. It can be performed by an open or minimally invasive approach (laparoscopic and robot-assisted radical cystectomy). Large meta-analyses showed a significantly lower complication rate in the RARC (robot-assisted radical cystectomy) group compared to ORC (open radical cystectomy) in thirty and ninety days after surgery, with similar oncological and functional outcomes. The clinical outcomes of the first forty Polish RARC are explored in this article. Material and methods The Polish Radical Robotic Cystectomy Program (PRRC) was started in 2016 at the Nicolaus Copernicus Hospital in Toruń. Forty consecutive patients, with indications for cystectomy were included into the study. During radical robot-assisted cystectomy, obturator, external, internal, common iliac and presacral lymph nodes were dissected. Oncological outcomes, early complication rate, and the clinical variables were analyzed. Results The mean age in the study group was sixty-seven years, with the majority of patients being overweight and assessed as American Society of Anesthesiology Scale (ASA) – ASA III and ASA IV (2/3 of patients). RARC was performed, with the median time of surgery being 324 minutes (170 minutes being the shortest). Mean blood loss was 365 ml (lowest – 50 ml), and only 2 patients required intraoperative blood transfusion. Twenty patients had ileal conduit, and nineteen had other methods of urinary diversion. Only twenty-nine out of forty patients had minor complications (Clavien I and II), 11 had Clavien III and IV. Clavien V was not present. Only 3 patients required reoperation. Conclusions RARC is a reproducible oncological procedure, which can be safely performed in centers with robotic expertise, with acceptable operative time, complications, and functional and oncologic outcomes.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Laparoscopic radical cystectomy with lymphadenectomy and urinary diversion is an increasingly widespread operation. Studies are needed to support the oncological effectiveness and safety of this minimally invasive approach. PATIENTS AND METHODS A nonrandomised, comparative prospective study between open radical cystectomy (ORC) and laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) was conducted in a university hospital. The main objective was to compare cancer-specific survival. The secondary objective was to compare the surgical results and complications according to the Clavien-Dindo scale. RESULTS We treated 156 patients with high-grade invasive bladder cancer with either ORC (n=70) or LRC (n=86). The mean follow-up was 33.5±23.8 (range 12-96) months. The mean age was 66.9+9.4 years, and the male to female ratio was 19:1. Both groups were equivalent in age, stage, positive lymph nodes, in situ carcinoma, preoperative obstructive uropathy, adjuvant chemotherapy and type of urinary diversion. There were no differences between the groups in terms of cancer-specific survival (log-rank; P=.71). The histopathology stage was the only independent variable that predicted the prognosis. The hospital stay (P=.01) and operative transfusion rates (P=.002) were less for LRC. The duration of the surgery was greater for LRC (P<.001). There were no differences in the total complications rate (p=.62) or major complications (P=.69). The risk of evisceration (P=.02), surgical wound infection (P=.005) and pneumonia (P=.017) was greater for ORC. The risk of rectal lesion (P=.017) and urethrorectal fistulae (P=.065) was greater for LRC. CONCLUSION LRC is an equivalent treatment to ORC in terms of oncological efficacy and is advantageous in terms of transfusion rates and hospital stays but not in terms of operating room time and overall safety. Studies are needed to better define the specific safety profile for each approach.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Two-port laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) using a multichannel platform through the umbilicus and one additional 10-mm in the right iliac fossa has been recently described. We compare the perioperative and early results of this technique with a cohort of patients simultaneously treated in our institution with four-port LRC and a 7 to 10 cm midline incision. MATERIALS AND METHODS A matched-pair study comparing perioperative outcomes, postoperative visual analog pain scale (VAPS), and morbidity of two-port (n=30) and four-port (n=30) LRC. Preoperative and perioperative data analyzed and compared included demographics, type of urinary diversion, operative time, blood loss, transfusion requirements, decrease in serum hemoglobin, operative complications, analgesic needs, length of stay, number of nodes removed, and other pathologic information. Complications in the first 3 months were evaluated according to the Clavien-Dindo classification. RESULTS There was no significant difference between the two groups regarding patient age, gender, body-mass index, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, Charlson comorbidity index, tumor stage, percent of positive nodes, positive margin rate, number of nodes retrieved, proportion of neobladders, secondary carcinoma in situ, incidental prostate cancer, or need of systemic chemotherapy. Median operative time was 20 minutes higher in the two-port procedure, but this difference was not statistically significant (p=0.2). Estimated blood loss and differential hemoglobin change were lower in the two-port technique (each p=0.03), but no difference was detected regarding the intraoperative or postoperative transfusion rate. Length of hospital stay was also equivalent. Differences were not observed either in the number or severity of complications. VAPS at days 2, 3, and 5 was significantly lower for two-port LRC (p<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Two-port LRC performed through an umbilical platform and an accessory 10-mm port seems technically equivalent to standard four-port LRC. Perioperative outcomes regarding hospital stay and complications are tantamount. Diminished blood loss and, especially, less postoperative pain favor the reduced-port approach in this complex urologic minimally invasive procedure.

Abstract
Background and Objective More recently laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) has increasingly been an attractive alternative to open radical cystectomy (ORC) and many centers have reported their early experiences in the treatment of bladder cancer. Evaluate the safety and efficacy of LRC compared with ORC in the treatment of bladder cancer. Methods A systematic search of Medline, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library was performed up to Mar 1, 2013. Outcomes of interest assessing the two techniques included demographic and clinical baseline characteristics, perioperative, pathologic and oncological variables, and post-op neobladder function and complications. Results Sixteen eligible trials evaluating LRC vs ORC were identified including seven prospective and nine retrospective studies. Although LRC was associated with longer operative time (p<0.001), patients might benefit from significantly fewer overall complications (p<0.001), less blood loss (p<0.001), shorter length of hospital stay (p<0.001), less need of blood transfusion (p<0.001), less narcotic analgesic requirement (p<0.001), shorter time to ambulation (p = 0.03), shorter time to regular diet (p<0.001), fewer positive surgical margins (p = 0.006), fewer positive lymph node (p = 0.05), lower distant metastasis rate (p = 0.05) and fewer death (p = 0.004). There was no significant difference in other demographic parameters except for a lower ASA score (p = 0.01) in LRC while post-op neobladder function were similar between the two groups. Conclusions Our data suggest that LRC appears to be a safe, feasible and minimally invasive alternative to ORC with reliable perioperative safety, pathologic & oncologic efficacy, comparable post-op neobladder function and fewer complications. Because of the inherent limitations of the included studies, further large sample prospective, multi-centric, long-term follow-up studies and randomized control trials should be undertaken to confirm our findings.

METHODS Between 2000 and 2010, 54 patients underwent LRC for urothelial cell carcinoma of the bladder in two academic hospitals. The procedures were performed by two surgeons. Patients were matched 1:1 with patients who underwent open RC in the same years by the same surgical team. Differences in peri- and postoperative complications across the two groups were assessed using Wilcoxon's rank-sum or χ (2) test. Kaplan-Meier curves, log-rank tests and Cox regression models were constructed to assess differences in recurrence-free survival on long-term follow-up between the two groups. RESULTS Laparoscopic radical cystectomy was significantly associated with lower blood loss (p < 0.0001) and less frequent postoperative ileus (p = 0.03). Regarding more serious postoperative complications, no difference was found across the two cohorts. Median oncologic follow-up was 42 months (IQR 12-72 months) in the LRC cohort and 18 months (IQR 8-27 months) in patients undergoing open radical cystectomy (ORC). No statistically significant difference in recurrence-free survival was observed between the two groups (log rank p = 0.677). On univariate Cox regression, the surgical approach used was not significantly associated with risk of recurrence. CONCLUSIONS We found that LRC is safe and associated with lower blood loss and decreased postoperative ileus compared with ORC. Moreover, on long-term oncologic follow-up, LRC appeared non-inferior to ORC with no significant difference in recurrence-free survival. Nonetheless, these results must be confirmed by larger series and stronger long-term follow-up data are needed.

Abstract
Minimally invasive approaches to radical cystectomy are 20 years old. Available data suggest that minimally invasive radical cystectomy can provide comparable outcomes to open radical cystectomy despite the scarcity of level 1-2 evidence. Perioperative, functional and early oncologic outcomes seem comparable between the two surgical approaches. Robotic technology has allowed more surgeons to perform minimally invasive radical cystectomy and has simplified technically demanding steps that posed problems in conventional laparoscopy. This is evident by the rapid dissemination of robotics in many bladder cancer centers worldwide and by the numerous emerging series of robot-assisted intracorporeal urinary diversion. Until more data are available regarding the oncologic performance of minimally invasive radical cystectomy, open radical cystectomy remains the gold standard procedure for now.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Open radical cystectomy (ORC) is the gold standard of treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) has emerged to provide an alternative. METHODS Between 2006 and 2012, 155 patients who underwent LRC or ORC were compared (mean follow-up 53 months). RESULTS The ORC group had shorter operative times (p < 0.0001), more blood loss (p < 0.00001), more transfusion requirement (p < 0.00001), longer postoperative length of hospital stay (p < 0.00001) and more morphine requirement (p = 0.02). No difference was found regarding lymph node yield (p = 0.07), positive margins (p = 0.11), cystectomy pathology results (p > 0.05) and positive lymph nodes (p = 0.02). The ORC group had less intraoperative complications (p = 0.03). No difference was found between the two groups regarding 5-year overall survival (p = 0.93), cancer-specific survival (p = 0.7) and recurrence-free survival (p = 0.62). CONCLUSION LRC can be considered as an alternative to ORC with good operative and postoperative results in addition to comparable 5-year survival results.

Abstract
Although the technical feasibility of laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) has been proven and the procedure has been accepted in the EAU guidelines 2011 as a valid alternative, its actual position has to be determined. On the one hand the advantages of LRC (less blood loss, lower transfusion rates, shorter analgesia time) have been proven in retrospective studies; however, the technical difficulties of purely laparoscopic urinary diversion result in very long operating times and in cases of a laparoscopic-assisted creation of a neobladder, the question of the advantage of this approach remains doubtful. Despite case reports of port metastases and peritoneal carcinosis following laparoscopic and robot-assisted radical cystectomy, there is no difference in terms of oncological long-term data (up to 10 years) between laparoscopy and open surgery performed at centres of excellence. Evidently, the curative options for the patients do not depend on the type of surgery (open versus minimally invasive) but on the efficacy of adjuvant treatment strategies (polychemotherapy). Currently it is believed that LRC should be considered for patients with low risk of progression (pT1-2). The final position of laparoscopic radical cystectomy can only be evaluated in a multicentric randomized controlled trial.

Abstract
CONTEXT Radical cystectomy with orthotopic derivation is one of the most complex urological techniques, although laparoscopic surgery has made this procedure increasingly less invasive. OBJECTIVE To provide an up-dated review of the single port approach to carry out radical surgery due to bladder cancer. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION A comprehensive review of the literature was performed using Medline and Embase to discover the accumulated experience of the viability of carrying out laparoendoscopic radical cystectomy, pelvic lymphadenectomy and orthotopic neobladder using the laparoendoscopic single site surgery (LESS) approach. Our experience with this approach is also presented and the technique used with the reusable KeyPort(®) system developed by Richard Wolf is described. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS Radical treatment of bladder cancer is possible in men and women using a single port and even performance of ileal neobladder, as reconstructive procedure in these patients. The surgical technique, post-operative cares and result obtained in our center are described. The accumulated experience worldwide describes 25 cases of radical cystectomy performed using different single port systems, 14 of them with orthotopic intestinal neobladder. CONCLUSION The KeyPort(®) umbilical cystectomy constitutes in our setting the least possible invasive alternative to efficiently treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer, with excellent esthetic result, minimum post-operative pain and short hospital stay. The umbilical scar decreases the analgesic requirements and it ends up being practically invisible. This supposes an important step in the development of the minimally invasive surgery for bladder cancer.

OBJECTIVE To review the new EAU guidelines for MiM-BC with a specific focus on treatment. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION New literature published since the last update of the EAU guidelines in 2008 was obtained from Medline, the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, and reference lists in publications and review articles and comprehensively screened by a group of urologists, oncologists, and a radiologist appointed by the EAU Guidelines Office. Previous recommendations based on the older literature on this subject were also taken into account. Levels of evidence (LEs) and grades of recommendations (GRs) were added based on a system modified from the Oxford Centre for Evidence-based Medicine Levels of Evidence. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS Current data demonstrate that neoadjuvant chemotherapy in conjunction with radical cystectomy (RC) is recommended in certain constellations of MiM-BC. RC remains the basic treatment of choice in localised invasive disease for both sexes. An attempt has been made to define the extent of surgery under standard conditions in both sexes. An orthotopic bladder substitute should be offered to both male and female patients lacking any contraindications, such as no tumour at the level of urethral dissection. In contrast to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, current advice recommends the use of adjuvant chemotherapy only within clinical trials. Multimodality bladder-preserving treatment in localised disease is currently regarded only as an alternative in selected, well-informed, and compliant patients for whom cystectomy is not considered for medical or personal reasons. In metastatic disease, the first-line treatment for patients fit enough to sustain cisplatin remains cisplatin-containing combination chemotherapy. With the advent of vinflunine, second-line chemotherapy has become available. CONCLUSIONS In the treatment of localised invasive bladder cancer (BCa), the standard treatment remains radical surgical removal of the bladder within standard limits, including as-yet-unspecified regional lymph nodes. However, the addition of neoadjuvant chemotherapy must be considered for certain specific patient groups. A new drug for second-line chemotherapy (vinflunine) in metastatic disease has been approved and is recommended.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the perioperative outcomes of laparoscopic/robotic radical cystectomy (LRRC) for urothelial cancer of bladder (UCB) between elderly (≥ 70 years) and younger (<70 years) patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS A retrospective review of 146 patients who underwent LRRC between 2003 and 2010 at 2 academic institutions (Cleveland, Ohio, United States and Toulouse, France) was performed. Of these, 74 patients were classified as elderly (≥ 70 years) and 72 patients were considered younger (<70 years). Perioperative outcomes, final pathology results, overall survival (OS), and cancer specific survival (CSS) were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS Both groups had similar clinical stage at diagnosis, American Society of Anesthesiologists score, body mass index, and gender distribution. Ileal conduit-type diversion was favored in the older vs younger group, 84% vs 36%, respectively. Overall conversion rate to open procedures was 4% in both groups. Perioperative complication rate was not significantly different between the younger and older patients. Positive margin rate was 5% in both groups. The 5-year OS for older and younger patients was 75% and 87%, respectively (P = .03), and the 5-year CSS for the 2 groups was 51% and 54%, respectively (P = .7). CONCLUSION Laparoscopic/robotic radical cystectomy in the elderly does not have worse perioperative complications or pathologic outcomes compared with younger patients and therefore can be offered as treatment option in select older patients.

Abstract
CONTEXT Minimally invasive radical cystectomy (MIRC) techniques for the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (BCa) are being increasingly applied. MIRC offers the potential benefits of a minimally invasive approach in terms of reduced blood loss and analgesic requirements whilst striving to provide similar oncologic efficacy to open radical cystectomy (ORC). Whether quicker recovery, shorter hospital stay, and a reduction in complications are routinely achieved with MIRC remains to be proved in prospective comparisons. OBJECTIVE To explore both laparoscopic radical cystectomy (LRC) and robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RRC), focusing specifically on the oncologic parameters and comorbidity of the procedures. Reported complications from major centres are identified and categorised via the Clavien system. Positive margins rates, local recurrence, and both cancer-specific survival (CSS) and overall survival rates are assessed. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION A comprehensive electronic literature search was conducted in November 2010 using the Medline database to identify publications relating to laparoscopic, robotic, or minimally invasive radical cystectomy. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS There are encouraging short- to medium-term results for both LRC and RRC in terms of postoperative morbidity and oncologic outcomes. It seems possible in experienced hands to perform a satisfactory minimally invasive lymphadenectomy regarding lymph node counts and levels of dissection. Positive soft-tissue margins are similar to large open series for T2/T3 disease but inferior for bulky T4 disease. Local recurrence rates and CSS rates seem equivalent to ORC at up to 3 yr of follow-up; however, mature outcome data still need to be presented before definitive comparisons can be made. CONCLUSIONS Robotic and laparoscopic cystectomy has a growing role in the management of muscle-invasive BCa. Long-term oncologic results are awaited, and there are concerns over the ability of MIRC to treat bulky and locally advanced disease, making careful patient selection vital. Forthcoming randomised trials in this area will more fully address these issues.

In metastatic disease, the first-line treatment for patients fit enough to sustain cisplatin remains cisplatin-containing combination chemotherapy. With the advent of vinflunine, second-line chemotherapy has become available. CONCLUSIONS In the treatment of localised invasive bladder cancer (BCa), the standard treatment remains radical surgical removal of the bladder within standard limits, including as-yet-unspecified regional lymph nodes. However, the addition of neoadjuvant chemotherapy must be considered for certain specific patient groups. A new drug for second-line chemotherapy (vinflunine) in metastatic disease has been approved and is recommended.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the early complications of robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy (RARC) with extracorporeal ileal conduit or orthotopic (Studer) bladder reconstruction using the Clavien Classification, the management of these complications, and possible preventive measures. MATERIALS AND METHODS Detailed data on all patients undergoing RARC were recorded prospectively on an encrypted database, including intraoperative or postoperative complications within 90 days of surgery. Outcome data during follow-up of up to 4 years was also collected prospectively. RESULTS A total of 50 patients (M:F 44:6) underwent RARC and extracorporeal ileal conduit urinary diversion (n = 45) or orthotopic bladder reconstruction (n = 5) between 2004 and 2008. The overall perioperative complication rate was 17 of 50 (34%), including 3 (6%) Clavien I, 9 (18%) Clavien II, and 5 (10%) Clavien III. Final histology showed 9 (18%) patients had no residual disease pT0, 7 (14%) pTa, 11 (22%) pT1, 9 (18%) pT2, 11 (22%) pT3, and 3 (6%) pT4. CONCLUSION Radical cystectomy remains a complex and morbid procedure with significant complication rate regardless of surgical approach. Using the Clavien reporting system, we identified early complications in 34% of patients, of which five required a significant intervention. Use of this standardized reporting system has allowed us to stratify complications after RARC, allowing easy comparison to other techniques and targeting further reductions in the future.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) has evolved as a minimally invasive alternative to open radical cystectomy for patients with invasive bladder cancer. OBJECTIVE We sought to define the learning curve for RARC by evaluating results from a multicenter, contemporary, consecutive series of patients who underwent this procedure. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS Utilizing the International Robotic Cystectomy Consortium database, a prospectively maintained and institutional review board-approved database, we identified 496 patients who underwent RARC by 21 surgeons at 14 institutions from 2003 to 2009. MEASUREMENTS Cut-off points for operative time, lymph node yield (LNY), estimated blood loss (EBL), and margin positivity were identified. Using specifically designed statistical mixed models, we were able to inversely predict the number of patients required for an institution to reach the predetermined cut-off points. RESULTS AND LIMITATIONS Mean operative time was 386 min, mean EBL was 408 ml, and mean LNY was 18. Overall, 34 of 482 patients (7%) had a positive surgical margin (PSM). Using statistical models, it was estimated that 21 patients were required for operative time to reach 6.5h and 8, 20, and 30 patients were required to reach an LNY of 12, 16, and 20, respectively. For all patients, PSM rates of <5% were achieved after 30 patients. For patients with pathologic stage higher than T2, PSM rates of <15% were achieved after 24 patients. CONCLUSIONS RARC is a challenging procedure but is a technique that is reproducible throughout multiple centers. This report helps to define the learning curve for RARC and demonstrates an acceptable level of proficiency by the 30th case for proxy measures of RARC quality.
