Abstract
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a vital tool to distinguish tumor metastases from primary lesions in addition to morphologic analysis. In this study, a 64-year-old female with a past surgical history of lung adenocarcinoma 11 years ago was presented with recurrence of liver nodular lesions after multiple surgical procedures, including the Whipple procedure for pancreatic head adenocarcinoma and cytoreductive surgery for liver metastasis. Liver biopsy and review of the previous specimens, based on IHC analyses, suggested heterochronous metastases of lung adenocarcinoma to the digestive systems in a long-time span, instead of primary pancreatic adenocarcinoma. This case demonstrates the potential for misdiagnoses from morphologic analysis alone and suggests the necessity of IHC analyses to avoid misjudgment on tumor phenotypes, when a previous oncologic history is presented.

Abstract
A 68-year-old patient presented with symptoms of a urinary tract infection. A deterioration in the patient's liver function tests (LFTs) was noted 1 week following completion of a course of amoxicillin-clavunalate. This progressively worsened, reaching its peak by day 30. Our investigations excluded other possible causes for deranged LFTs and there was no improvement of same despite reduced dosing of potentially hepatotoxic medications.A trial of 30 mg/day prednisolone was commenced, resulting in an immediate and progressive improvement in LFTs to baseline over a period of 22 days and an improvement in constitutional symptoms such as tiredness and poor appetite. Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is one of the common causes of acute hepatitis and a leading cause of acute liver failure in the US and Europe. Patterns of DILI can be generally divided into: (1) hepatocellular injury, (2) cholestatic injury and (3) mixed injury.

Abstract
A 56-year-old man underwent F-FDG PET/CT to evaluate possible pancreatic cancer, which was revealed by CT. The images showed a solid lesion with peripherally increased FDG activity in the tail of the pancreas, as well as hypermetabolic lesions in the lumbar spine and rib. Pathological examination following lumbar biopsy demonstrated multiple myeloma. Five months after chemotherapy, follow-up FDG PET/CT showed cystic change in the pancreatic lesion without elevated metabolism.

Isolated Pancreatic Metastasis From Squamous Cell Lung Cancer Mimicking Primary Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma on FDG PET/CT. Clin Nucl Med 2020; 45:420-422. Abstract
Isolated pancreatic metastasis from lung cancer is rare. We present a case of isolated pancreatic metastasis from squamous cell lung cancer. The pancreatic tumor showed hypovascularity on enhanced MRI and intense FDG uptake on FDG PET/CT mimicking primary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This case indicates pancreatic metastasis should be considered as a differential diagnosis in patients with a history of extrapancreatic cancer and hypermetabolic pancreatic lesion.

Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma Involving 7 Different Organs in a Pediatric Patient Demonstrated by FDG PET/CT. Clin Nucl Med 2020; 45:255-257. Abstract
An 11-year-old girl presented with vomiting, abdominal pain, nausea, and scleral icterus for 7 days. FDG PET/CT demonstrated multiple FDG-avid lesions in muscle, bone, kidney, pancreas, ovary, lymph nodes, and central nervous system. Biopsy from the lesion in the muscle of the right upper arm demonstrated ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The present case highlights the advantage of FDG PET/CT in better staging pediatric patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
