Abstract
BACKGROUNDS Medical education has shifted from passive forms of teaching to more active learning strategies, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Research has discussed the challenges and disadvantages associated with online education, but there is limited documentation on physicians' perceptions of this sudden and unexpected transformation in medical education. This study aimed to determine the effect of online interactive visual learning on physicians' perceptions of the effectiveness and their satisfaction with this online learning experience. METHODS We routinely recruited 64 unclassified physicians in the hospital's postgraduate year (PGY) program between September 2021 and April 2022. PGY physicians received an online interactive visual learning course. Online (Google Form) testing and questionnaires before and after this course evaluated learning performance, learning attitude and satisfaction of these physicians. RESULTS The interactive online learning tools facilitated the physicians' active learning processes by reducing their learning burden (burden vs. no burden: 4.69% vs. 68.75%) and increasing their learning interest (interest vs. no interest: 84.38% vs. 3.12%) in the online format. Post-test scores were significantly improved compared with pretest scores (post-test vs. pre-test: 5 vs. 4; p < 0.05) and their imaging recognition was markedly improved from baseline (post-test vs. pre-test: 85.19% vs. 61.11%). Levels of satisfaction correlated positively with the physicians' learning burden (rs = 0.541), learning interest (rs = 0.562), and perceived benefits of imaging recognition (post-course: rs = 0.508; future: rs = 0.563) (all p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Our online course with interactive visual learning facilitated PGY physicians' learning performance, levels of satisfaction, interest, and perceived benefits of online learning. Hospitals and policymakers need to be aware that this learning approach can markedly enhance physicians' academic outcomes and levels of clinical practice.

Abstract
With the rise of the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a severe negative impact on all aspects of life, whether it be a job, business, health, education, etc. As a result, institutions, schools, colleges and universities are being shut down globally to control the spread of Covid-19. Due to this reason, the mode of education has a dramatic shift from on-campus to online learning with virtual teaching using digital technologies. This sudden shift has elevated the stress level among the students because they were not mentally prepared for it, and hence their academic performance has been adversely affected. So, there needs to figure out the underlying process to make online learning more productive. Thus, to obtain this objective, the present study has integrated the modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Task Technology Fit Model (TTF), DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success (DMISM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. A sample of 404 students was obtained, where 202 students were from the top ten public sector universities, and 202 were from the top ten private sector universities of Punjab. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesized framework using AMOS. The results reveal that institutional factors positively impact students' performance mediated by user satisfaction and task technology fit. Similarly, institutional factors affect performance through mediation by user satisfaction and actual usage in sequence. Cognitive absorption was used as a moderator between institutional factors and user satisfaction. In the end, theoretical and practical inferences have also been discussed.

Abstract
Tax collection is an essential activity to boost the economy of all countries. Larger businesses and governments are increasingly relying on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, which are designed to enhance the collection of revenues among other things. However, the implementation of an ERP system often affects the organizational climate by changing the manner businesses are conducted from the past both internally and externally. These changes have the tendency to impact the actions of workers throughout the transition process. Nevertheless, organization climate which is an essential variable to measure the success of ERPs is mostly underutilized. Thus in this study, we proposed an information system (IS) success model that integrates organizational climate variables namely, role clarity, teamwork and support, and, training and learning into the DeLone and McLean model to evaluate the success of a tax ERP system. The proposed model was based on a quantitative and a mixed-method case study (MM-CS). Data was gathered from a top company with many branches in Ghana through interviews, observation, focus groups, and questionnaires. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to examine the 555 data collected from the questionnaire. The result of the study shows that the organizational climate variables (training & learning, teamwork & support, and role clarity) were statistically significant in determining the success of a tax ERP system. Training & learning and teamwork & support also had a positive impact on service quality, user satisfaction, and individual impact.

Abstract
Purpose Considering the current importance of leadership, digital transformation and performance in the changes state higher education institutions (HEIs) have been subject to, this study aims to present an analysis of how these three concepts have been related in the literature.Design/methodology/approachThis study proposes to study the state-of-the-art of research on leadership styles, digital transformation and performance in a single study, through a systematic literature review using two major databases, ISI Web of Science and Scopus.FindingsThe results reveal that the most common leadership style in the articles analysed is transformational; the most studied dimension of performance is the one representing teaching and learning activities; and the most discussed aspects of digital transformation are those concerning online learning systems and various types of technology. Identifying gaps in the literature, a future research agenda is formulated.Originality/value Amongst the theoretical implications of this study are the importance of understanding leadership styles and digital transformation for better understanding of state HEIs' performance as well as its dimensions, considering the relations found between these constructs. Therefore, there is greater theoretical advancement in the study of transformational leadership, diverse educational technologies, online teaching systems, global performance and teaching/learning.

Abstract
Agencies depend on enterprise resource planning (ERP) to achieve success. However, the factors that lead to the success and use of these ERP systems have not attracted the needed attention. This study investigates the factors that influence the success and use of an ERP system. The proposed model is based on a quantitative and a mixed-method case study (MM-CS). The results show that organizational climate has a positive effect on information quality, system quality, and service quality constructs of the DeLone and McLean IS success model. The quality constructs also affect user satisfaction negatively as compared to previous studies.

Abstract
The 2019 Pandemic has forced students to take online classes, increasing their stress levels and negatively impacting their academic performance. This issue urges the development of a mechanism to make online learning more effective in this nerve-racking time. Therefore, the present study has integrated the task technology fit (TTF) model and the DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success (DMISM) to address the stated issue. The data were collected from 330 and 326 students of top-ranked public and private universities of Punjab, respectively. The theoretical framework was analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling (SEM) using Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The findings indicate that overall quality positively predicts performance through the mediating role of user satisfaction and TTF. The overall quality also positively elevates performance through the mediating role of user satisfaction and actual usage of the system. Moreover, perceived usefulness proved to be a moderator between overall quality and user satisfaction. Finally, the expected practical and theoretical implications have also been discussed.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in educational disruption at a global scale. Based on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal 4, “achieving inclusive and quality education for all”, this study designed two feasible learning models for the solution of sustainable learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, GPAM-WATA and Paper-and-Pencil test (PPT). The GPAM-WATA, a web-based dynamic assessment, offers online learning to most of the populations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, while PPT makes the vulnerable groups’ access to learning possible with the aid of paper-based delivery. A quasi-experimental design was adopted, and both learning models were applied to a junior high school English reading course in Taiwan. A total of 122 seventh graders were randomly assigned to the GPAM-WATA group and PPT group for self-directed learning. The findings show that the GPAM-WATA is a sustainable educational technique that facilitates a better improvement in English reading performance. The PPT also has a positive effect on English reading performance, although not significantly if compared with the GPAM-WATA. This study suggests that GPAM-WATA is effective for English reading instruction in an online learning environment. The PPT can be an alternative approach for students stuck without access to online delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract
The unprecedented situation of the COVID-19 pandemic has generated radical transformations of the Romanian education system, forcing teachers as well as students to adapt in a short time to new social conditions and to the online learning process. The paper analyzes the sustainability of the e-learning system implemented in Romania during the pandemic, and it is based on an opinion poll based on a questionnaire developed on three levels of schooling (middle school, high school, and university), analyzed from three perspectives, teachers–students–parents, and identifying the possible psychological effects on students, resulting from the corroboration of social isolation with the online continuation of the educational process. Although before the pandemic the e-learning system was rarely used by both students and teachers, the research results indicate that students have accepted online learning, even if they find it less attractive than the traditional education system. From the teacher–student–parent perspective, e-learning is an effective sustainable learning solution in current and future conditions, but it requires good collaboration between parents and teachers, careful monitoring of children’s/students’ behavior to identify and combat possible effects determined by the changing way of learning and of social realities.
