Abstract
Product innovation is a robust approach for enterprises to acquire and maintain a competitive edge. In order to support the development of enterprise product innovation, it is essential to establish an innovation pathway. Grounded in a modular perspective and considering the product innovation process, this study segments the process into product demand analysis, product module partitioning, product innovation opportunity recognition, and product innovation design. Consequently, an integrated product innovation pathway is constructed by incorporating relevant innovation theories and methodologies, encompassing the innovation process, theory, and methods. The feasibility and efficacy of this research are validated through a case study of a large aircraft assembly line, indicating that this approach effectively bolsters product innovation development and holds practical significance.

Abstract
As the global economy deteriorates because of the great shocks such as COVID-19 pandemic and wars among nations, the business environment is suffered from uncertainty and risk. To deal with it, several firms have attempted to maximize its efficiency via downsizing and restructuring to diminish costs. Thus, the degree of anxiety is increased among employees who worry about the loss of their job. The current research hypothesizes that job insecurity increases employees' knowledge hiding behavior by diminishing the degree of their psychological safety. In other words, psychological safety functions as the underlying process (i.e., mediator) in the job insecurity-knowledge hiding behavior link. Furthermore, this paper tries to examine the boundary condition of how to decrease the detrimental influence of job insecurity, focusing on the moderating effect of servant leadership. Utilizing a 3-wave time-lagged data from 365 Korean employees, we empirically demonstrated that employees who perceive job insecurity are less likely to perceive psychological safety, eventually increasing their knowledge hiding behavior. We also found that servant leadership functions as a positive moderator which buffers the negative impact of job insecurity on psychological safety. Theoretical and practical contributions are described.

Foundations of knowledge management: intellectual structure and citation drivers of the Journal of Knowledge Management. JOURNAL OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT 2022. Abstract
Purpose
Journal of Knowledge Management (JKM) is the foremost academic source of knowledge management research. Therefore, to understand the intellectual structure of knowledge management research, this study aims to examine the thematic patterns and evolution of research in JKM.
Design/methodology/approach
Using bibliographic coupling analysis, this study analyzes and maps the intellectual structure of the research published in JKM from 1977 to 2021. It also presents the trends among methodological choices of JKM authors. The study also explores the major components of JKM’s impact, wherein a negative binomial regression analysis is used to uncover the major factors influencing the journal’s citations.
Findings
The findings suggest that the intellectual structure of JKM broadly consists of four major themes: antecedents and consequences of knowledge management, innovation and knowledge management, complexities in knowledge management and firm performance, and knowledge sharing in knowledge management. The findings also reveal the drivers of citations for JKM through the universalism (article order, open access), social constructivism (European and FT100 institution affiliation, references, funding) and presentation (tables, models, appendices, article age) perspectives.
Practical implications
This inclusive overview of JKM will provide useful insights for its editorial board, readers and scholars to chart the ways forward for JKM and the future of knowledge management.
Originality/value
To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of its kind to identify the factors that contribute to JKM's impact from a citation perspective.

Emotional Artificial Neural Networks and Gaussian Process-Regression-Based Hybrid Machine-Learning Model for Prediction of Security and Privacy Effects on M-Banking Attractiveness. Abstract
With recent advances in mobile and internet technologies, the digital payment market is an increasingly integral part of people’s lives, offering many useful and interesting services, e.g., m-banking and cryptocurrency. The m-banking system allows users to pay for goods, services, and earn money via cryptotrading using any device such as mobile phones from anywhere. With the recent trends in global digital markets, especially the cryptocurrency market, m-banking is projected to have a brighter future. However, information stored or conveyed via these channels is more vulnerable to different security threats. Thus, the aim of this study is to examine the influence of security and confidentiality on m-banking patronage using artificial intelligence ensemble methods (ANFIS, GPR, EANN, and BRT) for the prediction of safety and secrecy effects. AI models were trained and tested using 745 datasets obtained from the study areas. The results indicated that AI models predicted the influence of security with high precision (NSE > 0.95), with the GPR model outperformed the other models. The results indicated that security and privacy were key influential parameters of m-payment system patronage (m-banking), followed by service and interface qualities. Unlike previous m-banking studies, the study results showed ease of use and culture to have no influence on m-banking patronage. These study results would assist m-payment system stakeholders, while the approach may serve as motivation for researchers to use AI techniques. The study also provides directions for future m-banking studies.

Abstract
This study assesses the degree to which the social value of patents can be connected to the private value of patents across discrete and complex innovation. The underlying theory suggests that the social value of cumulative patents is less related to the private value of patents. We use the patents applied between 1995 and 2002 and granted on or before December 2018 from the Indian Patent Office (IPO). Here, the patent renewal information is utilised as a proxy for the private value of the patent. We have used a variety of logit regression model for the impact assessment analysis. The results reveal that the technology classification (i.e., discrete vs. complex innovations) plays an important role in patent value assessment, and some technologies are significantly different than the others even within the two broader classifications. Moreover, the non-resident patents in India are more likely to have a higher value than the resident patents. According to the conclusions of this study, only a few technologies from the discrete and complex innovation categories have some private value. There is no evidence that patent social value indicators are less useful in complicated technical classes than in discrete ones.

Abstract
Monetary transactions have advanced into a portable, simple, and comfortable process. Regardless of the advantages of a versatile method of disbursement, the global take-up ratio is inadequate. Consequently, greater insight into the factors that influence acceptance by stakeholders is fundamental for industrialists and scholars. This study analyses the goals and real purpose behind portable disbursement by unifying the definition of its concept, which consolidates the “Mobile Technology Acceptance Model” and the “Theory of Planned Behaviour” as well as an updated profound variable that is more synergistic. The new framework incorporated 12 factors influenced by the user’s insight and was analysed by collecting data based on the PLS-SEM condition mix-mode. Identifying the impact of versatile methods of disbursement will shape essential business choices and the community and will change current lifestyles into contactless ones. This article demonstrates the connection between innovative factors and human preferences concerning the use of portable disbursement. Interestingly, we embrace this uniqueness for an incorporated framework that consolidates MTAM as well as the TPB.
