Abstract
Intravenous lobular pyogenic granuloma (ILPG) is a seldom-documented pathology in oculoplastic and orbital literature. This study aims to elucidate the clinical presentation and histopathologic findings surrounding periorbital ILPG through a case presentation and literature review. We describe a 42-year-old male with a palpable periorbital subcutaneous nodule that was subsequently diagnosed as ILPG on immunohistochemistry. A literature review was performed by searching articles in the PubMed/MEDLINE database using the keywords "periorbital intravenous lobular pyogenic granuloma," "periorbital intravenous pyogenic granuloma," or "periorbital intravenous capillary hemangioma." The literature review identified 6 patients presenting with similar subcutaneous nodules that were diagnosed as periorbital ILPGs. All patients, including the one in this study, were treated with local excision. Only 1 patient (1/7; 14.3%) noted pain while 5 experienced swelling or fluctuance (5/7; 71.4%). In patients with documented pathology reports, all ILPGs involved the angular vein (6/6; 100%). Of the 3 patients who had follow-ups at 2 to 7 years postexcision, none had recurrence. Histopathologic findings demonstrate an intravascular lobular tumor composed of capillaries with endothelial cells and pericytes. Marked reactivity to anti-Wilms tumor type 1 (WT-1) and anti-Smooth muscle actin was noted in the capillary structure. ILPG can be included on the differential for well-circumscribed, subcutaneous periocular masses. While the etiology of periorbital ILPG is unknown, most cases are managed with surgical excision, and recurrence appears to be uncommon. In sharing these cases and histopathologic underpinnings of periorbital ILPG, we endeavor to describe this peculiar pathology for oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeons.

Abstract
Acquired tufted angioma is a rare, cutaneous and slow growing benign vascular neoplasm that usually affects pediatric populations. Only six cases of oral mucosal acquired tufted angioma have been reported in the English language literature. We present in this report the seventh case and discuss its clinical and pathological features.

Abstract
Intravenous lobular capillary hemangioma is a rare benign lesion that can mimic other intravascular lesions encountered by vascular surgeons, such as angiosarcoma, papillary endothelial hyperplasia, and deep vein thrombus. These lesions have been described originating in the veins of the head, neck, and upper extremities. To our knowledge, there are no reported cases of intravenous capillary hemangioma arising from within a pelvic vein. We report a case of an elderly woman found to have an extensive intravenous lobular capillary hemangioma originating in the internal iliac vein. She was successfully treated with resection, including the tumor and normal iliac vein. Diagnosis of these lesions can be difficult. We describe the utility of duplex ultrasound and magnetic resonance venography in aiding preoperative diagnosis and surgical planning. The diagnosis is ultimately confirmed with histology that demonstrates multiple capillaries lined with flattened endothelial cells grouped in a lobular fashion admixed with fibromyxoid stroma containing collagenous fibers, spindle cells, and mitotic figures. Preoperative work-up should include a duplex ultrasound and magnetic resonance venogram. Treatment should be with resection and specimen processing to rule-out malignant vascular tumors.

Abstract
We herein report 2 cases of multiple lobular capillary hemangiomas after scalding. The patients exhibited papules and nodules on the scalded areas after healing. Histopathological examination of the lesions showed capillary proliferation in the upper dermis with edematous stroma containing inflammatory infiltrates predominantly composed of neutrophils. Biopsy tissue and secretion specimens from lesions of case 1 were cultured for bacteria, and both grew Enterobacter cloacae. Ultrastructural examination revealed features typical of a lobular capillary hemangioma and viral inclusion bodies in the epidermis of case 1. Multiple lobular capillary hemangiomas after scalding are rarely reported. Trauma may play an important role in the development of this rare condition. Accumulation of similar cases and its precise observation is needed to confirm the associations and to establish an etiological link between the disease and the pathogens.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Pyogenic granuloma, also known as lobular capillary hemangioma, is a benign vascular skin tumor. Intravascular variant of this vascular tumor is rare and such a variant arising in another hemangioma is extremely unusual. OBJECTIVE The objective was to present a patient with an intravascular pyogenic granuloma arising in an acquired arteriovenous malformation of the palm. METHODS We report a case and review the literature. RESULT A 44-year-old woman presented with an easy-bleeding and ulcerative nodule with a hyperkeratotic collaret on her right palm for 3-4 months. The nodule measured 6 x 6 mm in size and was tender. Under the clinical impression of pyogenic granuloma, the lesion was totally excised and the microscopic examination revealed an intravascular pyogenic granuloma in the papillary dermis with an underlying arteriovenous malformation. CONCLUSION A rare composite vascular tumor is reported, and our case presented as a red eroded nodule surrounded by a keratotic collaret, which was easily misdiagnosed as pyogenic granuloma clinically. We suggest that any pyogenic granuloma-like lesion should be palpated carefully, and if a nodule is present, surgical excision rather than cryotherapy or laser ablation should be considered.

Abstract
Sturge-Weber syndrome is a sporadic neurocutaneous disease characterized by facial port-wine stain, ocular abnormalities (glaucoma and choroidal hemangioma) and leptomeningeal angioma. Although the precise pathogenesis is unknown, available data regarding genetics, embryogenesis, and pathologic features are briefly reviewed. Clinical features vary from mild incomplete forms to full-blown disease with facial stain, seizures, and glaucoma. Frequencies of associated complications are reviewed. To plan treatment and further follow-up, diagnosis of glaucoma and intracranial involvement, even if asymptomatic, is fundamental in children at risk. Early neuroimaging features are important to recognize. Management of patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome is focused on treating associated neurologic and ocular abnormalities.

Abstract
The Sturge-Weber syndrome consists of a large facial nevus flammeus in the distribution of the ophthalmologic division of the trigeminal nerve accompanied by ipsilateral leptomeningeal angiomatosis. Usually, when angiomatous nodules develop in a nevus flammeus of a patient with Sturge-Weber syndrome they are pyogenic granulomas. We describe an acral arteriovenous tumor developed within the nevus flammeus of a patient with Sturge-Weber syndrome. To our knowledge, acral arteriovenous tumor has not been previously described in the cutaneous vascular malformation of patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome. The development of acral arteriovenous tumor within the vascular malformation of a nevus flammeus in this patient with Sturge-Weber syndrome probably results from a vascular proliferation secondary to underlying arteriovenous shunts.
