Abstract
Eccrine porocarcinoma (EPC) is a rare malignant skin tumor. The dermoscopy of invasive EPC reveals focal presence of whitish-pink, structureless areas surrounded by pinkish-white halos. In an eccrine poroma (EP), such areas present diffuse distribution in the "frog- eggs" pattern. We reported an EPC in situ that presents a transitional dermoscopy pattern between EP and invasive EPC. We found a diffuse distribution; whitish-pink, structureless areas surrounded by pinkish-white halos; a central exulceration and a polymorphic vascular pattern.

Abstract
Malignant eccrine poroma is a rare malignancy of the eccrine sweat glands, occurring most frequently on the lower extremities. It affects both sexes equally usually in the 6(th) to 7(th) decade of life. Metastasis to regional lymph nodes may occur in 20% that may be fatal in 60% cases. Its aggressive nature, rarity of occurrence, and unusual presentations make it very important to be evaluated properly by the clinician. We hereby report a case of a 75-year-old female presenting with two exophytic tumors over her vulva with local extension. On histopathological examination, it was diagnosed as malignant eccrine poroma. On magnetic resonance imaging of the pelvic region, metastatic extension in regional lymph nodes was found. She was treated by radical vulvectomy with bilateral inguinal and femoral lymph node dissection followed by radiotherapy.

Abstract
Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignancy of the eccrine sweat gland. It is usually found frequently on the lower extremities, and it affects both sexes equally usually in the sixth to seventh decade. In our case, we present a 42-year-old male patient with a recurring exophytic tumor on the right lower extremity without local extension. The initial tumor was biopsied, excised and diagnosed as an eccrine poroma. The tumor then recurred 6 years later, was re-excised, reconstructed with a soleus muscle flap and diagnosed as an eccrine porocarcinoma.

Abstract
Background: Multiple eccrine hidrocystomas pose a significant treatment challenge due to their facial location and tendency to scar after traditional surgical and other destructive modalities. Aims: To compare two frequently used non-destructive therapeutic modalities. Materials and Methods: Thirty patients with multiple eccrine hidrocystomas were enrolled in the study. They used topical 0.03% Atropine cream and 15% AlCl3 solution on left and right sides of their face randomly for 4 weeks. All the patients were visited before commencing the therapy as well as two and four weeks later by a dermatologist, blinded to the drugs and the number of lesions. Results: Twenty nine patients (25 females, four males) completed the study. The mean reduction in the number of lesions was significantly higher with Atropine cream in comparison with AlCl3 solution, 10.2±7.4 vs. 6.2±5.3 (P < 0.05). There were no recurrences after three months follow-up in both groups. Conclusion: It seems that both Atropine and AlCl3 are useful therapies in eccrine hidrocytomas but the former might be more effective. We think that other randomized clinical trials with larger sample sizes are needed.

Abstract
Eccrine porocarcinoma is an extremely rare skin tumor derived from the acrosyringium. Four cases of eccrine porocarcinoma are described, two males and two females, aged from 49 to 64 years. Tumors grew in an interval of one to 20 years. Lesions ranged from 1.2 x 2 cm to 4 x 5 cm and were on limbs or face. Two patients had basal cell carcinoma in a site different from the eccrine porocarcinoma. Two biopsies were described as eccrine poroma. Malignancy was observed in all cases after wide excision. Therefore, eccrine porocarcinoma should always be considered after a biopsy compatible with eccrine poroma.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Multiple eccrine hidrocystomas are benign cystic lesions that are associated with a chronic course and seasonal variability. Even though in the literature it is presented as a very infrequent pathology, we think this is more a lack of knowledge of the existence of said pathology and the fact that patients confuse it with comedo. OBJECTIVE To treat multiple eccrine hidrocystomas of the face. RESULTS We present a case of multiple eccrine hidrocystomas of the face in a cook man. Hidrocystoma is a benign cystic tumor of the sweat glands eccrine or apocrine. Multiple eccrine hidrocystomas are benign cystic lesions that are associated with a chronic course and seasonal variability. They appear like multiple shining small papule. Although a solitary eccrine hidrocystoma can be treated easily with surgical excision, the elimination of multiple lesions is problematic because of their number and location. CONCLUSION The benefits of BTX-A treatment for multiple eccrine hidrocystomas include ease of application, no risk of scarring, and a good postoperative course. Because of the blockage produced by BTX-A on cholinergic terminals of the parasympathetic system that governs sweat glands secretion, it is suggested that periodic doses of BTX-A are injected in the superficial epidermis in order to treat multiple eccrine hidrocystomas.
