Abstract
Interprofessional care obliges different healthcare professions to share decision-making and sometimes, practices. Given established hierarchies, it can be difficult to promote interprofessional care, partly because of the need to reshape professional identities. Despite interest in effective interprofessional care, there is limited research on how professional identity can be mobilised to promote it. A scoping review as well as lexical review of academic publications was conducted to address this void. After searching seven academic databases and screening the identified publications, 22 publications met the inclusion criteria. They collectively reported on 22 interventions, most of which were used in healthcare. The scoping review suggested there is some evidence that professional identities can be mobilised. Yet, of the 22 interventions, only ten explicitly targeted professional identity. The most common intervention was a training or development program, followed by workplace redesign. The need for internal motivation to mobilise professional identity was reported as was the impact of external drivers, like extending the scope of practice. Extending these findings, the lexical review demonstrated that, among the 22 publications, the relationship between professional identity and mobilisation did not feature prominently within the discourse. Furthermore, it seems that geography matters-that is, while all the publications spoke of professional identity, they differed by region on how they did this. Given these findings, concentrated scholarship is needed on the relationship between professional identity and interprofessional care, lest interprofessional care programs have limited, sustained effect. Implications for scholars and practitioners are explicated.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the prevalence of oral manifestations of leprosy. STUDY DESIGN This systematic review with meta-analysis was reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines and included cross-sectional studies by 2 independent reviewers in 2 phases, who reported bacilloscopic-confirmed oral manifestations of leprosy. Studies were selected based on predetermined eligibility criteria. Searches in 6 main databases were performed, such as PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS/BVS, and LIVIVO, in addition to the gray literature. The risk of bias was assessed using the JBI Checklist for Analytical Cross-Sectional Studies, and the quantitative synthesis of the data was performed using the Jamovi 2.3 application. RESULTS Ten studies were included, and the meta-analysis was performed with 917 patients with different types of leprosy. The overall prevalence of oral alterations was 6.0% (95% IC, 0.02-0.11; I2 = 97.01%; Q = 75.56), with plaques (27.2%), infiltrations (18.1%), and macules (15.1%) being the most prevalent fundamental lesions, especially in multibacillary patients. CONCLUSIONS Even though there is no oral pathognomonic lesion of leprosy, this infectious disease can manifest in oral tissues in different ways, depending mainly on the leprosy type and stage of treatment.

Abstract
Interprofessional collaboration is vital in the context of service delivery for children with physical disabilities. Despite the established importance of interprofessional collaboration and an increasing focus on research on this topic, there is no overview of the research. A scoping review was conducted to explore current knowledge on interprofessional collaboration for children with physical disabilities from the point of view of the actors involved. The steps of this review included identifying a research question, developing a protocol, identifying relevant research, selecting studies, summarizing and analyzing the data, and reporting and discussing the results. Through databases and studies from hand-searches, 4,688 records were screened. A total of 29 studies were included. We found that four themes: communication, knowledge, roles, and culture in interprofessional collaboration illustrate current knowledge on the topic. Interprofessional collaboration for children with physical disabilities is shown to be composed of these four themes, depending on the actors involved. Interprofessional collaboration is affected by how these four themes appear; they mainly act as barriers and, to a lesser extent, as facilitators for interprofessional collaboration. Whether and how the themes appear as facilitators need further exploration to support innovation of interprofessional collaboration.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Healthcare providers must understand patients' expectations and perceptions of the care they receive to provide high-quality care. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyse different clusters of patient satisfaction with the quality of care at Finnish acute care hospitals. METHODS A cross-sectional design was applied. The data were collected in 2017 from three Finnish acute care hospitals with the Revised Humane Caring Scale (RHCS) as a paper questionnaire, including six background questions and six subscales. The k-means clustering method was used to define and analyse clusters in the data. The unit of analysis was a health system encompassing inpatients and outpatients. Clusters revealed the common characteristics shared by the different groups of patients. RESULTS A total of 1810 patients participated in the study. Patient satisfaction was categorised into four groups: dissatisfied (n = 58), moderately dissatisfied (n = 249), moderately satisfied (n = 608), and satisfied (n = 895). The scores for each subscale were significantly above average in the satisfied patient group. The dissatisfied and moderately dissatisfied patient groups reported scores for all six subscales that were clearly below the average value. The groups significantly differed in terms of hospital admission (p = .013) and living situation (p = .009). Patients representing the dissatisfied and moderately dissatisfied groups were acutely admitted more frequently than patients in other groups and were more likely to live alone than satisfied and moderately satisfied patients. CONCLUSION The results mostly demonstrated high levels of patient satisfaction; however, the perceptions of minority populations of dissatisfied patients should be assessed to identify shortcomings in the care provided. More attention should be paid to acutely admitted patients who are living alone and the pain and apprehension management of all patients.

Abstract
Interprofessional teamwork provides significant benefits for patients. However, qualitative research on interprofessional collaboration in the breast cancer unit is uncommon. Therefore, a qualitative study was conducted to assess the perceptions of outpatient breast cancer patients regarding interprofessional collaboration in the breast care unit of an Indonesian referral center hospital. The teamwork involved in the interprofessional collaboration included breast cancer specialists, pharmacists, and nurses. In this study, in-depth interviews were performed with nine breast cancer outpatients. All interviews were audio recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings were divided into two categories to gather breast cancer patients' viewpoints on interprofessional collaboration: (1) obstacle components to interprofessional collaboration: incompleteness of health personnel, no justification from health personnel, no knowledge of patients about health professionals, no involvement of patients in the therapy decision making; (2) enabling elements: patient-oriented, patient expectations, collaboration among healthcare personnel, patient participation in interprofessional collaboration, health personnel responsibilities, comprehensive hospital services. Respondents assumed interprofessional collaboration positively. However, several obstacles must be overcome to implement interprofessional collaboration in a breast care setting effectively. The research findings can be utilized to establish interprofessional collaborations aimed at improving quality healthcare in breast cancer units.

Abstract
Teamwork, as the preferred method of cooperation in healthcare, became prevalent in the 1960s, and since then has been universally recognized as a measure to improve the quality of healthcare. Research indicates that medical care based on interdisciplinary cooperation is associated with increased patient safety, lower hospitalization rates, and reduced rates of complications and medical errors. Furthermore, it enhances the coordination of care and improves patient access to medical services. This model of providing medical care also results in considerable benefits for medical professionals. These include greater job satisfaction and a reduced risk of professional burnout syndrome. AIM The aim of the study was to explore the opinions of medical students with regard to cooperation in the interdisciplinary team, as well as the factors affecting the formation of opinions. MATERIAL AND METHODS The study was conducted using the Polish version of the questionnaire Attitudes Towards Interprofessional Health Care Teams. The study involved 1266 participants, including students of medicine (n = 308), midwifery (n = 348), nursing (n = 316) and physiotherapy (n = 294). RESULTS According to the opinions of the students participating in the study, the therapeutic process based on the interdisciplinary model improves the quality of medical care provided, increases patient safety, and improves communication between members of the therapeutic team. The factors affecting the assessment of cooperation in interdisciplinary medical care teams included the faculty and the year of studies, gender, as well as participation in the multidisciplinary courses. CONCLUSIONS Students recognize the need for interdisciplinary medical teams. The training of future medical professionals should incorporate the elements of interprofessional education. This form of education allows students to develop both a professional identity and identification with their own profession, as well as encourages teamwork skills and shapes the attitude of openness towards representatives of other medical professions. However, in order to provide the students with the relevant knowledge, skills and competencies, it is essential to respect their diversity in terms of the faculty, as well as to account for the impact of gender and the year of studies which may affect their readiness to engage in teamwork.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To describe the experience of the implementation of pharmaceutical care in a geriatric hospital unit and to propose an instructional protocol for the practice. METHODS Experience report that became the practice manual of pharmaceutical care in geriatrics (MaP-CFarmaGeri) of a Brazilian hospital and was structured in three topics (1. Situational diagnosis; 2. Adequacy of the procedure and service provision; 3. Practice exercise). RESULTS The situational diagnosis comprised the collection of data on the structure of the ward and the epidemiological profile. The pharmaceutical services provided included pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, medication reconciliation and pharmacotherapy review. The certification of the content of this procedure was attested by specialists from a multiprofessional team and the technique served more than 60 patients in practice, with good acceptance by the participants. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS The MaP-CFarmaGeri proved to be a satisfactory strategy in the implementation of pharmaceutical care in geriatrics and can support this insertion in similar locations.

Abstract
Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (IPECP) is a field of study suggested to improve team functioning and patient safety. However, even interprofessional teams are susceptible to group pressures which may inhibit speaking up (positive deviance). Obedience is one group pressure that can inhibit positive deviance leading to negative patient outcomes. To examine the influence of obedience to authority in an interprofessional setting, an experimental simulated clinical scenario was conducted with Respiratory Therapy (RT) (n = 40) and Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) (n = 20) students. In an airway management scenario, it was necessary for students to challenge an authority, a senior anesthesiologist, to prevent patient harm. In a 2 × 2 design cognitive load and an interventional writing task designed to increase positive deviance were tested. The effect of individual characteristics, including Moral Foundations, and displacement of responsibility were also examined. There was a significant effect for profession and cognitive load: RT students demonstrated lower levels of positive deviance in the low cognitive load scenario than students in other conditions. The writing task did not have a significant effect on RT or ACP students' behaviour. The influence of Moral Foundations differed from expectations, In Group Loyalty was selected as a negative predictor of positive deviance while Respect for Authority was not. Displacement of responsibility was influential for some participants thought not for all. Other individual variables were identified for further investigation. Observational analysis of the simulation videos was conducted to obtain further insight into student behaviour in a compliance scenario. Individual differences, including experience, should be considered when providing education and training for positive deviance. Simulation provides an ideal setting to use compliance scenarios to train for positive deviance and for experimentation to study interprofessional team behaviour.

Abstract
Although there is considerable literature on job satisfaction among nurses in various settings, there is little research about contributing factors, including moral distress to job satisfaction among a certain group of nurses, such as nurses acting as physician assistants. The purpose of this study was to verify the impact of nurse-physician collaboration, moral distress, and professional autonomy on job satisfaction among nurses acting as physician assistants. Descriptive and correlational research was conducted on a convenience sample of 130 nurses from five general hospitals in South Korea. In the final regression model, the adjusted R square was significant, explaining 38.2% of the variance of job satisfaction (F = 8.303, p < 0.001), where 'cooperativeness' (β = 0.469, p = 0.001) from nurse-physician collaboration, 'institutional and contextual factor' from moral distress (β = -0.292, p = 0.014), and professional autonomy (β = 0.247, p = 0.015) were included. In hospital environments, a more cooperative inter-professional relationship between nurses and physicians led to less moral distress caused by organisational constraints. A higher level of professional autonomy among nurses acting as physician assistants is required to increase their job satisfaction.

Abstract
RESUMO Objetivo: Descrever a experiência da implantação do cuidado farmacêutico em uma unidade hospitalar de geriatria e propor um protocolo instrutivo da prática. Métodos: Relato de experiência que se converteu no manual da prática do cuidado farmacêutico na geriatria (MaP-CFarmaGeri) de um hospital brasileiro e foi estruturado em três tópicos (1. Diagnóstico situacional; 2. Adequação do procedimento e oferta do serviço; 3. Exercício da prática). Resultados: O diagnóstico situacional compreendeu o levantamento dos dados sobre a estrutura da enfermaria e o perfil epidemiológico. Os serviços farmacêuticos ofertados incluíram o acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico, com a conciliação de medicamentos e a revisão da farmacoterapia. A certificação do conteúdo desse procedimento foi atestada por especialistas de uma equipe multiprofissional e a técnica atendeu mais de 60 pacientes na prática, com boa aceitação dos participantes. Considerações finais: O MaP-CFarmaGeri mostrou ser uma estratégia satisfatória na implantação do cuidado farmacêutico na geriatria e pode amparar essa inserção em locais semelhantes.
