Abstract
Patients with well-controlled HIV are still at increased risk of PCL.
Multimodal imaging led to the diagnosis prior to histopathologic confirmation.
Surgical resection is indicated in the setting of hemodynamic compromise.
Patients with PCL and hemodynamic compromise can have a good prognosis.
