INFLUENCE OF ABDOMINAL CORE STRENGTHENING ON FLEXIBILITY IN KUNG FU ATHLETES

ABSTRACT Introduction Good flexibility is one of the foundations for developing a high level of exercise. Flexibility training in martial arts mainly focuses on flexibility training of the abdominal center and upper and lower limbs. Objective Explore the effect of strengthening the abdominal center on flexibility in martial arts athletes. Methods Among 20 experimental volunteers from the team of martial arts athletes, five men and five women in the experimental group and five men and five women in the control group, the experiment was conducted by strengthening the training of the abdominal center in a specific protocol for four months. Results Among the control group athletes in orthostatic posture, eyes open on both feet before the experiment, the flexibility score increased by 6.69% after the experiment; among the control group athletes in the same orthostatic posture, with eyes closed, the flexibility score increased by 3.41% after the experiment. Conclusion Strength training with the developed protocol and traditional strength training can promote flexibility improvement in martial arts athletes, with the specific protocol presenting the most significant effects. Precise Marketing of E-Commerce Products Based on KNN Algorithm

In order to better understand the purchase decision-making process of consumers, this paper makes an in-depth study on the precision marketing of e-commerce products on the basis of KNN algorithm. Through data mining, classic KNN algorithm, BPNN algorithm, and other methods, this paper takes the price and purchase intention of e-commerce agricultural products as an example. Based on the classic nearest neighbor algorithm, binomial function is combined with Euclidean distance formula when calculating the nearest neighbor through similarity. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the binomial function coefficient and the K value of the nearest neighbor algorithm, and the results of the best prediction model for the prediction application of e-commerce agricultural product price and purchase intention are established. Both pricing strategies and promotion strategies will weaken the compromise effect of consumers when they choose e-commerce agricultural products. After studying the calculation method of the KNN algorithm, it not only correctly predicts the price of e-commerce agricultural products but also makes a corresponding prediction and analysis of consumers' purchase intention of e-commerce agricultural products, with the highest accuracy of 94.2%. At the same time, in the future precision marketing process, e-commerce agricultural products enterprises use data technology to achieve precision marketing, which effectively changes the shortcomings of traditional marketing and improves the product marketing effect and economic benefits.

Research on data mining method of network security situation awareness based on cloud computing

Due to the complexity and versatility of network security alarm data, a cloud-based network security data extraction method is proposed to address the inability to effectively understand the network security situation. The information properties of the situation are generated by creating a set of spatial characteristics classification of network security knowledge, which is then used to analyze and optimize the processing of hybrid network security situation information using cloud computing technology and co-filtering technology. Knowledge and information about the security situation of a hybrid network has been analyzed using cloud computing strategy. The simulation results show that a cyber security crash occurs in window 20, after which the protection index drops to window 500. The increase in the security index of 500 windows is consistent with the effectiveness of the concept of this document method, indicating that this document method can sense changes in the network security situation. Starting from the first attacked window, the defense index began to decrease. In order to simulate the added network defense, the network security events in the 295th time window were reduced in the original data, and the defense index increased significantly in the corresponding time period, which is consistent with the method perception results, which further verifies the effectiveness and reliability of this method on the network security event perception. This method provides high-precision knowledge of network security situations and improves the security and stability of cloud-based networks.

Kinect and Few-Shot Technology-Based Simulation of Physical Fitness and Health Training Model for Basketball Players in Plateau Area

Players in modern basketball have a lot of physical contact, a lot of bumps, and a lot of physical struggles. The competition for the ball, whether in the air or on the ground, is fierce, putting higher demands on the players' physical abilities. Coaches frequently use plateau physical training, which is very effective in developing athletes' cardiopulmonary function, among many other training methods. The proportional length and active area of arms are obtained using the skin color model of the human body, the angle and posture information of each joint is extracted from dynamics, and the 3D posture of arms and dynamic arms is trained and recognized in this paper, which is based on Kinect. The findings revealed that mild hypoxia in the plateau significantly lowered basketball players' performance and that basketball players' maximum heart rate and 1-minute heart rate recovery in high-intensity exercise were lower than those in flat area training.
