Abstract
OBJECTIVE A retrospective analysis was performed to explore the clinical effect of the Posterior Nasal Nerve (PNN) resection combined with hormone transnasal nebulization on Difficult-to-Treat Rhinosinusitis (DTRS). METHODS A total of 120 DTRS patients were selected and divided into a control group (n = 60) and a study group (n = 60) according to different treatments. The control group patients were treated via PNN resection, followed by normal saline transnasal nebulization; the study group patients were given PNN resection and then treated with budesonide suspension transnasal nebulization. Subsequently, the comparison was performed between the two groups in terms of (1) Clinical baseline characteristics; (2) Sino-nasal Outcome Test (SNOT)-22 scores before treatment and after 3-months, 6-months and 12-months of treatment; (3) Lund-MacKay scores before treatment and after 10, 30, 90, and 180 days of treatment; (4) Incidence of adverse reactions during treatment. RESULTS There was no significant difference in SNOT-22 or Lund-Kennedy scores between the two groups before treatment (p > 0.05). After treatment, the SNOT-22 and Lund-Kennedy scores of the control and the study groups were decreased, and compared with the control group, the SNOT-22 and Lund-Kennedy scores in the study group improved more significantly (p < 0.05). In addition, the study group and the control group presented with 1 and 4 cases of nasal adhesion, 2 and 3 cases of epistaxis, 1 and 4 cases of sinus orifice obstruction, 1 and 3 cases of lacrimal duct injuries, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (8.3% vs. 23.3%) (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION PNN resection combined with hormone transnasal nebulization treatment can improve the symptoms and quality of life of DTRS patients, with good clinical efficacy but few adverse reactions. Therefore, such combination treatment deserves a promotion and application clinically. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE Level 3.

Abstract
In this paper, we have focused on the investigation of the expression level of the enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) gene in bone marrow mononuclear cells of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients and analyze the relationship between EZH2 gene expression and EMI. The expression of EZH2mRNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells of 26 patients with incipient AML was detected by qRT-PCR, and the relationship between EZH2mRNA expression and clinical characteristics was analyzed. EZH2 mRNA expression was increased in 26 AML patients. EZH2 gene expression in male patients was significantly higher than that in female patients. The expression of EZH2 in the group with extramedullary infiltration (EMI) was significantly higher than that in the group without EMI. The patients were divided into different groups according to the chromosomal karyotype and prognosis. Statistical analysis showed that the expression level of the medium-risk group was significantly higher than that of the low-risk group, while there was no statistical difference in other groups (P > 0.05). The expression of EZH2 gene in AML patients was closely related to EMI, and the expression of EZH2 in AML cells was closely related to cell migration ability. EZH2 is expected to be one of the indicators of disease recurrence.

Abstract
Sympathetic hyperactivity is one of the main mechanisms of secondary hypertension. Reducing renal sympathetic activity through surgery can effectively reduce blood pressure. Many cases have shown that renal denervation (RDN) can selectively block renal artery sympathetic nerve activity to control refractory hypertension. This surgery is a minimally invasive surgery, and the risk of surgery-related adverse events is significantly reduced compared with surgery. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation of renal artery sympathetic nerve in the treatment of secondary hypertension. Eight patients with secondary hypertension diagnosed by the cardiovascular department of our hospital and treated with RDN were followed up for 3-18 months, of which 5 cases were followed up for more than 12 months and 8 cases were followed up for more than 3 months. Eight patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation of renal artery catheter. The parameters such as preoperative blood pressure, antihypertensive drugs, organ function, intraoperative ablation resistance, power, time, and temperature were determined. The related changes of blood pressure, antihypertensive drugs, and visceral function and the occurrence of side effects at 1 week and 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after operation were related to the operation. In conclusion, RDN has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of refractory hypertension, with stable postoperative blood pressure drop, reduced drug dosage, and less side effects.

Clinical Effect of Nursing Based on the Kano Model in Emergency Multiple Injuries. EVIDENCE-BASED COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE 2022; 2022:3586290. [PMID: 35873622 PMCID: PMC9303145 DOI: 10.1155/2022/3586290] [Citation(s) in RCA: 0] [Impact Index Per Article: 0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Figures] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 06/01/2022] [Accepted: 06/24/2022] [Indexed: 11/17/2022]
Abstract
Multiple injury refers to the injury of two or more anatomical parts of the body caused by mechanical injury factors. Even if only one injury exists alone, it can endanger limbs or lives. Therefore, nursing plays an important role in its treatment. Here, we investigated the application and clinical effect of nursing based on the Kano model in emergency multiple injuries. A case-control study was designed, where 48 patients with multiple injuries in the emergency department were divided into the control group to perform routine care and 48 patients were divided into the study group to carry on nursing based on the Kano model. The first-aid indexes, success rate of rescue, inflammatory response indicators, satisfaction rate of nursing, incidence of adverse events, and prognosis were compared between the two groups. A monofactor analysis showed that the emergency response time, admission time, and emergency department rescue time were shorter in the study group than those in the control group, indicating a higher success rate of rescue with nursing based on the Kano model. For the immunity of patients, the scores of mental states and the serum levels of inflammatory factors were lower in the study group than those in the control group. In addition, the rate of nursing satisfaction and good prognosis in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group. These results indicated that nursing based on the Kano model in patients with emergency multiple injuries can reduce the body inflammatory reaction, reduce the risk of adverse events, improve the prognosis of patients, and obtain high patient satisfaction.

Abstract
Medical image classification technology, preferably which is based on the deep learning, is not only a key auxiliary diagnosis and treatment method in clinical medicine but also an important direction of scientific research. With the intensification of social aging, the incidence of viral elderly pneumonia has been on the rise and needs dedication from the research community. Doctors rely on personal theories and experience to use traditional methods to check the computed tomography (CT) images of the lungs of elderly patients one by one, which is likely to cause diagnosis errors. The accuracy of the traditional method certainly meets the clinical needs, but it has higher requirements on the theory and experience of medical staff, and the classification efficiency is low. Constructing an accurate and fast auxiliary system can effectively save medical resources. In response to the above problems, we have proposed a viral pneumonia diagnosis method for lung CT images, which is based on the convolutional neural networks. The main research work is carried out around the following aspects: First, in the lung CT image classification task, the traditional methods are inefficient and effective for doctors. The basic quality requirements of the model are high, or, in the model training, the effective training data are small, and so forth, causing problems such as model overfitting. A lung CT classification model based on the improved Inception-ResNet is proposed. In this model, first the overall architecture of the network model is designed, and then the Contrast-Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) algorithm is used to perform the same image enhancement processing on the dataset and data needed in this article, and then the pictures pass through three different network models. A binary classification study was carried out on viral pneumonia and normal lung images, and finally the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the three models were compared. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the three models for the judgment of viral pneumonia is more than 95%. Among these, the model proposed in this article has better classification effect and fit, the highest accuracy rate, and less parameters and can be used for rapid screening of viral senile pneumonia. Objective. To complete the classification of lung CT images of the elderly with viral pneumonia based on the improved Inception-ResNet network architecture. Methods. (1) Find and study domestic and foreign medical literature, understand the diagnosis and treatment methods of viral pneumonia, and study lung CT imaging; compare the pattern classifications of deep learning in lung imaging at home and abroad, and further study the application of convolutional neural networks in the medical field application. (2) Study various models and technologies of convolutional neural networks, summarize them separately, and have in-depth understanding of convolutional neural networks, including architecture, methods, and related system frameworks, experimental environments, and so forth. Results. This paper proposes an optimized Inception-ResNet network architecture for image classification. The control experimental model uses two network models, GoogLeNet and ResNet, and selects the viral pneumonia dataset for training and testing. The experimental results are as follows: the sensitivity and specificity are superior to those in the other two models, which can be used for actual medical screening and diagnosis. Conclusion. The improved Inception-ResNet network model method in this paper performs better in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. Every metric is higher than those in the ResNet model and the GoogLeNet model, improving the classification effect. In addition, it can be seen from the experimental results that the model used in this paper has a very good classification effect in the classification of new coronary pneumonia CT image data.

Abstract
In this article, we have explored the effects of endoscopic sinus surgery together with budesonide treatment on nasal function and serum inflammatory factors on patients with chronic sinusitis. We retrospectively analyzed 120 patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 and were eligible for this study. They were separated into 2 groups according to different treatments, that is, the control group (treated with endoscopic surgery alone) of 58 cases and observation group (treated with endoscopic sinus surgery combined with budesonide) with 62 cases. Treatment efficacy, surgical status, overall symptom score before and after treatment, nasal mucociliary clearance function, serum eosinophils (EOS), serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), serum inflammatory factors, and occurrence of adverse reactions of both groups were recorded and compared. Total effective rate in the observation group presented strikingly more positive compared with that among patients in control group (P<0.05), as well as the data recorded in terms of operation time, blood loss during surgery and postoperative improvement time of patients (P<0.05). Overall symptom score, nasal mucociliary clearance, EOS, IgE and serum inflammatory factors in both groups were improved notably after treatment, while the observation group held a more obvious improvement. And it also had a markedly lower incidence of adverse reaction (P<0.05). Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic sinusitis could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reestablish the function of the nasal cavity and improve their inflammation level. Meanwhile, it was of high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.

Abstract
In hospitals, one of the dominant issues is the development of an accurate and precise nursing management system which is hard to implement due to the various problems in the implementation of the traditional manual system. For this purpose, we are to solve the imperfect functions of the traditional nursing information management system and the strong subjectivity and low accuracy of the way of manually judging the patient's condition. Firstly, the Immune Genetic Algorithm (IGA) is used to optimize the Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN). A mortality prediction model using IGA-BPNN is proposed. Secondly, a nursing information management system for critically ill patients in neurosurgery is designed. The IGA-BPNN prediction model is used as a part of the system to predict the mortality of critically ill patients. Finally, the performance of the predictive model and the system is tested using the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care (MIMIC)-III data set design experiment. The results show the following: (1) Precision, Recall, and F1-score of mortality prediction using the IGA-BPNN model are 7.2%, 7.2%, and 7.3% higher than those of other prediction models. The designed model has better performance. (2) The comprehensive performance of the system during operation can reach the standard. The researched content aims to provide important technical support for the nursing information management of critically ill patients in neurosurgery and the intelligent analysis of patients' condition.

In 77 cases with tertiary function, diplopia occurred in 32 cases (41.56%), and the average recovery time of diplopia was 9.61 ± 2.39; in 58 cases without tertiary function, diplopia occurred in 43 cases (74.14%), and the average recovery time of diplopia was 13.11 ± 3.05. There was a significant difference in the incidence of diplopia between the two groups (χ 2 = 14.221 P < 0.001). There was a significant difference in the recovery time of diplopia between the two groups (χ 2 = 5.355, P < 0.001). Conclusions The age, degree of strabismus, visual acuity, and binocular visual function of children with intermittent exotropia are significant factors affecting the occurrence rate and recovery time of diplopia after the operation. The younger the age, the smaller the degree of strabismus, the better the vision and the second or third grade of visual function, the smaller the occurrence rate of diplopia, and the shorter the recovery time of diplopia. Thus, the above influencing factors have a certain guiding significance in predicting the improvement of postoperative diplopia and the time of diplopia disappearance. The purpose of intermittent exotropia surgery in children is not only to correct eye position and improve appearance but also to establish normal retinal correspondence in order to obtain binocular monocular function. Furthermore, postoperative diplopia in children with concomitant exotropia is very common; therefore, careful examination, comprehensive analysis, and surgical plan should be designed according to the above factors. Stereoscopic vision training as early as possible after the operation is beneficial to the establishment of normal retinal correspondence and the elimination of diplopia.

A Case-Control Study of Photodynamic Therapy Combined with Thymosin in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum in Anal Canal. JOURNAL OF HEALTHCARE ENGINEERING 2022; 2022:3019379. [PMID: 35313515 PMCID: PMC8934216 DOI: 10.1155/2022/3019379] [Citation(s) in RCA: 1] [Impact Index Per Article: 0.5] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 12/12/2021] [Revised: 01/10/2022] [Accepted: 01/28/2022] [Indexed: 12/25/2022]
Abstract
A case-control study is performed in this paper to explore various possible effects and clinical value of the photodynamic therapy combined with thymosin for the treatment process of the condyloma acuminatum (CA) in the anal canal. For this purpose, a hundred (100) patients specifically with CA in the anal canal who were regularly treated in the hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were recruited. The first group, that is, the control group, was treated with thymosin, whereas photodynamic therapy combined with thymosin was used as a treatment for the study group. The curative effect, clinical index, LTN, SP, TGF-β 1, TNF-α, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and the adverse reactions of incidence were compared between these groups. Moreover, 27 cases were observed to be obviously effective, 22 were observed to be effective, and a single case was observed to be ineffective. Thus, 98% is the total effective rate where a single case relapses. Likewise, in the control group, 15 cases were observed to be obviously effective, 28 effective, and 13 ineffective. Thus, 86% is the total rate of effectiveness where thirteen (13) cases relapse. We have observed that the study group has a higher rate of effectiveness than the control group and the rate of recurrence of the former group was slightly lower than that of the latter group, that is, the control group (
< 0.05). In addition, the time of symptom improvement, the amount of bleeding, the disappearance time of bloody stool, and the time of the first recurrence of the study group were observed to be lower than those of the control group (
< 0.05). In levels of LTN and SP, we have observed no or zero significant differences between these groups before treatment. However, LTN’s levels of both groups increased after the treatment, and SP’s level decreased. LTN’s level of the study group was observed to be higher than that of the other group, and SP’s level in the former group was lower than that in the latter group. Zero significant differences were observed in the TGF-β 1 and TNF-α’s levels between these groups before treatment, but the level of TGF-β 1 and TNF-α has increased and decreased, respectively, in both groups specifically after treatment. The level of TGF-β 1 in the former group was observed to be slightly higher than that in the latter group, that is, the control group, while TNF-α’s level in the study group was lower than that in the control group. We have not observed any significant difference in CD4+, CD3+, and CD8+ levels between these groups before treatment. However, after treatment, CD3+ and CD4+ levels increased, and the levels of CD8+ decreased in both groups, while CD3+ and CD4+ levels in the former group were evident to be higher than those in the latter group and the level of the CD8+ in the study group was observed to be lower than that in the control group. Finally, we compared the adverse reactions of incidence between these groups. There were 4 cases of tingling sensation and 1 case of redness and swelling in the group study along with a total incidence of 10%. There were 5 cases of tingling sensation and 2 cases of redness and swelling in the control group along with a total incidence of 14%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was observed to be slightly lower than that in the control group, but a significant difference was not observed between these groups (χ2 = 0.378;
> 0.05).

Abstract
In this study, the impact of entrepreneurial college students from different backgrounds on mental health which is primarily based on the mediating role of social justice is studied. For this purpose, we have selected those start-up students who graduated from a university for one to two years as the research object, and 1890 questionnaires were distributed. The subjective family background, objective family background, social equity perception, anxiety, and depression of entrepreneurial college students were investigated, and the results were analyzed. The level of social equity and mental health of start-up college students with better birth was significantly higher than that of start-up college students with lower birth. Background, social equity, and positive emotions were significantly positively correlated, which was significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions, depression, and anxiety; Social equity played a partial mediating role in the relationship between birth and mental health indicators. Social equity helped to maintain the mental health of entrepreneurial college students from different backgrounds. This was of great significance to the entrepreneurial college students who come from a lower background.

Abstract
In this paper, we are going to analyze the influence of mixed teaching mode on the teaching effect of psychology students' experiment courses in higher vocational colleges. To realize and verify these claims, 80 psychology students of grade 2020 in our school were selected for observation. Class 1 of the psychology major in our school was randomly selected as the observation group (n = 40) and Class 2 as the control group (n = 40). The mixed teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode were adopted, respectively. After intervention, the experimental examination results, experimental report score, general evaluation results of the experiment, and experimental pass rate of the observation group were higher than those before intervention (P < 0.05). The control group had no significant change before and after intervention (P > 0.05). The experimental examination results, experimental report score, general evaluation results of the experiment, and experimental pass rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The results show that in the observation group, 92.50% of the students believed that the mixed teaching mode could arouse the enthusiasm for learning and improve the activity of the experimental class. 97.50% of the students thought that the mixed teaching mode could stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the ability of experimental operation. 100.00% of the students thought the mixed teaching mode could be helpful in understanding the experimental. The evaluation result of the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the comparison result was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After receiving the mixed teaching mode, the observation group had a higher satisfaction with the teaching effect, with a satisfaction rate of 95.00%. The control group had low satisfaction with the teaching effect, with a satisfaction rate of 52.50%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Through the application of the mixed teaching mode combining online and offline, psychology students in higher vocational colleges can achieve better learning results and improve students' evaluation and satisfaction of teaching effect of the mixed teaching mode of psychology experiment teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.

Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of EPOC on serum microRNA expression in patients with hypertension, we have carried out an experimental evaluation and presented a dedicated method to improve its effectiveness. For this purpose, 60 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the EPOC group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). Patients in both groups received conventional hypertension medication according to the treatment guidelines, and education and guidance were strengthened to ensure patients' drug compliance. The EPOC group received EPOC training in addition to conventional medication. After the intervention, 6MWD, LVEF, and LVEDD in the control group and the EPOC group were significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05). The improvement of cardiac function in the EPOC group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Physiological function, physiological characteristics, body pain, and general health of the control group and the EPOC group were significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05). The improvement of quality of life in the EPOC group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The indexes of heart rate, oxygen pulse, minute ventilation, oxygen uptake in kg, and anaerobic threshold in the EPOC group were significantly better than those in the control group before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Full-sample real-time PCR verification of the 8 miRNAs with the highest expression differentiation showed that, compared with the control group, the expression levels of miR-20a-5p, miR-93-5p, and miR-1287-5p in the serum of the EPOC group were significantly increased, while the expression levels of miR-7706, miR-28-5p, and miR-125b-5p were significantly decreased. The expression of miR-20a-5p was the highest, while the expression of miR-125b-5p was the lowest, suggesting that miR-20a-5p and miR-125b-5p might be involved in the process of HIIT to improve hypertension. After EPOC rehabilitation treatment, patients' heart function indexes, lung function indexes, and quality of life have been significantly improved. EPOC rehabilitation can improve exercise tolerance, enhance cardiopulmonary function, and improve the prognosis of patients.

Abstract
Due to the recent advancement in technology specifically mobile phones, these devices can be used in the hospital to monitor or speed up various activities, which are related to doctors and nurses. In literature, various mechanisms have been presented to resolve this issue, but none of these approaches have considered effectiveness of this technology in the development of a proper mobile nursing system, which is specifically designed for pregnant women. Therefore, in this paper, we have explored the effect of the intervention model based on the mobile nursing system on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women. In this study, an Android-based mobile nursing monitoring system was adopted to monitor and transmit the human physiological data through physiological parameter monitoring equipment and continuously monitor the physiological parameter data of pregnant women. If the physiological health data of the pregnant woman was abnormal, it had to implement timely nursing intervention. In this study, 266 pregnant women in the electronic records (E-records) were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the intervention method. Pregnant women in group A received routine physical examination during pregnancy, while those in group B received nursing intervention based on mobile nursing system. The results showed that the incidence of each indicator of pregnancy outcome in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing intervention model based on the mobile nursing system can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome. The mobile nursing system can help nursing staff find the abnormalities of pregnant women during pregnancy and give effective nursing measures in time, which helped improve the pregnancy outcomes, reduce the probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes, ensure the safety of puerperae and newborns, and lessen the delivery risk factors.

Abstract
A common and most basic brain tumor is glioma that is exceptionally dangerous to health of various patients. A glioma segmentation, which is primarily magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) oriented, is considered as one of common tools developed for doctors. These doctors use this system to examine, analyse, and diagnose appearance of the glioma's outward for both patients, i.e., indoor and outdoor. In the literature, a widely utilized approach for the segmentation of glioma is the deep learning-oriented method. To cope with this issue, a segmentation of glioma approach, i.e., primarily on the convolution neural networks, is developed in this manuscript. A DM-DA-enabled cascading approach for the segmentation of glioma, which is 2DResUnet-enabled model, is reported to resolve the problem of spatial data acquisition of insufficient 3D specifically in the 2D full CNN along with the core issue of memory consumption of 3D full CNN. For gliomas segmentation at various stages, we have utilized multiscale fusion approach, attention, segmentation, and DenseBlock. Moreover, for reducing three dimensionalities of the Unet model, a sampling of fixed region is used along with multisequence data of the glioma image. Finally, the CNN model has the ability of producing a better segmentation of tumor preferably with minimum possible memory. The proposed model has used BraTS18 and BraTS17 benchmark data sets for fivefold cross-validation (local) and online evaluation preferably official, respectively. Evaluation results have verified that edema's Dice Score preferable average, enhancement, and core areas of the segmentation of the glioma with DM-DA-Unet perform exceptionally well on the validation set of BraTS17. Finally, average sensitivity was observed to be high as well, which is approximately closer to the best segmentation model and its effect on the validation set of BraTS1 and has segmented gliomas accurately.

Abstract
In this paper, we have aimed to elucidate the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nailing (IMN) in treating comminuted proximal humeral fractures (CPHFs) and its influence on the recovery of shoulder joint function. For this purpose, 60 cases with CPHFs were selected, particularly from January 2020 to October 2021. In these cases, 28 cases were treated with a locking proximal humeral plate (LPHP) and assigned to the control (Con) group and the remaining 32 patients were treated with IMN and included in the research (Res) group. The therapeutic effect, surgical indicators, total complications, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, and postoperative shoulder joint function score were compared between the two arms. We observed that compared with the Con group, the effective rate in the Res group was higher while the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and fracture healing time were shorter, the overall complication rate and VAS score were lower, and the postoperative shoulder joint function score was higher, all with statistical significance. The above results indicate that IMN is effective and safe in the treatment of CPHFs, which can validly reduce the discomfort of patients and facilitate the recovery of shoulder joint function.

Abstract
In this paper, we have carefully investigated the clinical phenotype and genotype of patients with Johanson-Blizzard syndrome (JBS) with diabetes mellitus as the main manifestation. Retinal vessel segmentation is an important tool for the detection of many eye diseases and plays an important role in the automated screening system for retinal diseases. A segmentation algorithm based on a multiscale attentional resolution network is proposed to address the problem of insufficient segmentation of small vessels and pathological missegmentation in existing methods. The network is based on the encoder-decoder architecture, and the attention residual block is introduced in the submodule to enhance the feature propagation ability and reduce the impact of uneven illumination and low contrast on the model. The jump connection is added between the encoder and decoder, and the traditional pooling layer is removed to retain sufficient vascular detail information. Two multiscale feature fusion methods, parallel multibranch structure, and spatial pyramid pooling are used to achieve feature extraction under different sensory fields. We collected the clinical data, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations of JBS patients, extracted the genomic DNA of relevant family members, and validated them by whole-exome sequencing and Sanger sequencing. The patient had diabetes mellitus as the main manifestation, with widened eye spacing, low flat nasal root, hypoplastic nasal wing, and low hairline deformities. Genetic testing confirmed the presence of a c.4463 T > C (p.Ile1488Thr) pure missense mutation in the UBR1 gene, which was a novel mutation locus, and pathogenicity analysis indicated that the locus was pathogenic. This patient carries a new UBR1 gene c.4463 T > C pure mutation, which improves the clinical understanding of the clinical phenotypic spectrum of JBS and broadens the genetic spectrum of the UBR1 gene. The experimental results showed that the method achieved 83.26% and 82.56% F1 values on CHASEDB1 and STARE standard sets, respectively, and 83.51% and 81.20% sensitivity, respectively, and its performance was better than the current mainstream methods.

Abstract
Stroke is assumed as one of the common cerebrovascular diseases that endangers human health and life. Its incidence and mortality rates are high, while survivors (50% to 70%) suffer from different degrees of disability. Hemiplegia is a common disability after stroke, mainly manifested as muscle weakness of the affected side, limb spasm, and limited activity, which severely impacts a patient's daily life. There are various rehabilitation methods for stroke hemiplegia, including modern rehabilitation medicine, motor therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitation robot. The cost and effect of different rehabilitation methods are not the same. It is the focus to find an economical and effective rehabilitation method. In this paper, 128 stroke patients aged 41 to 73 hospitalized between January 2019 and January 2021 were analyzed. The intervention group used standard physical therapy and traditional acupuncture therapy, and the control group only used standard physical therapy. We used RStudio 1.1.419 (RStudio Corporation) for analysis. Experimental results show that the short-term efficacy of the intervention group is better than that of the control group. The intervention group was better than the control group in recovery from injury during rehabilitation, degree of muscle spasm, self-care ability in daily life, and overall degree of damage. In the long-term efficacy analysis, we can see that with the increase in the number of acupuncture, the efficacy of the intervention group is still better than that of the control group. Compared with physical rehabilitation alone, acupuncture has better short-term, and long-term clinical effects for stroke patients improves motor dysfunction and improves the quality of life and independence of stroke patients. With the increase in the number of acupuncture treatments, the patient's rehabilitation effect will be better.

Tooth Loss and the Incidence of Ischemic Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis. JOURNAL OF HEALTHCARE ENGINEERING 2022; 2022:1088371. [PMID: 35198131 PMCID: PMC8860521 DOI: 10.1155/2022/1088371] [Citation(s) in RCA: 3] [Impact Index Per Article: 1.5] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Figures] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 11/12/2021] [Revised: 01/02/2022] [Accepted: 01/10/2022] [Indexed: 01/28/2023]
Abstract
Generally, as the population is aging, ischemic stroke is imposing rising social and economic burdens. On that basis, the early intervention and prevention of ischemic stroke turns out to be a major public health issue. Extensive studies have reached mixed conclusions regarding the correlation between tooth loss and ischemic stroke, as well as transient ischemic attack (TIA). In this paper, a systematic review and meta-analysis is presented where we have aimed to examine whether tooth loss is correlated with a higher incidence of ischemic stroke and TIA in adults. The systematical search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and The Cochrane library from the inception dates to September 23, 2021, by employing the keywords (i.e., tooth loss and ischemic stroke). Observational studies conducted in adults were included, in which people with and without tooth loss (Exposition and Comparison) were observed to determine the incidence of ischemic stroke/TIA (Outcome). The data were extracted, and the study quality was assessed by two reviewers independently. Moreover, a meta-analysis was conducted to obtain the risk ratios (RRs) and 95% CIs by adopting random-effects models. The major outcome was the incidence of ischemic stroke/TIA in adults with and without tooth loss. On the whole, four cohort studies and three case-control studies were covered, which involved 4,625,514 participants with 33,088 ischemic stroke/TIA cases. In cohort (adjusted RR = 2.58, 95% CI: 2.39-2.79, P < 0.00001, I 2 = 31%) and case-control studies (adjusted MD = -4.15, 95% CI: -6.09-(-2.22), P < 0.001, I 2 = 77%), a significant correlation was identified between tooth loss and ischemic stroke. The subgroup analyses reported that the results in case-control studies were generally consistent regardless of the selection of controls. This meta-analysis indicated a certain correlation between tooth loss and ischemic stroke.

Abstract
As a chronic disease, diabetes in the elderly patients is incurable and has a long treatment time, most of the symptoms are atypical, and onset is difficult to detect. This is among the challenging issues in front of doctors and paramedical stall and needed to be addressed on a priority basis as it poses a great threat to the health and life of the elderly. At present, the corresponding home medical products and emergency medical equipment cannot provide comprehensive and real-time services for monitoring physical conditions. At present, smart wearable health monitoring products are still in an emerging field. Relying on the advantages of internet technology, actively monitoring the physical condition of elderly diabetic patients is conducive to health protection. This article uses questionnaire surveys and experimental research methods to analyze the information source channels of the elderly diabetic patients interviewed for diabetes and their concerns about using smart wearable health monitoring products and compare their satisfaction with traditional blood glucose monitoring products and smart wearable health monitoring products. According to the investigation results of 50 elderly diabetes patients in P City,, they use TV, newspapers, and magazines to learn more about relevant information. They are mainly worried that they are unfamiliar with the product and will not use the process. Compared with traditional blood glucose monitoring products, smart wearable health monitoring products are satisfied, and degree is higher. Therefore, in order to better let elderly diabetic patients understand their physical condition, they can also effectively avoid the risk factors that may be suffered in life so that the disease can be effectively controlled. Various claims of the proposed scheme are verified through a rigorous evaluation process which is carried out in the form of numerous experiments. These results show that the proposed scheme is an effective way to resolve the aforementioned issue in the hospitals.

Abstract
Primarily in this paper, we have thoroughly investigated the psychological status and job burnout of managers in petroleum enterprises. For this purpose, we have assumed managers in petroleum enterprises as the research objects, whereas the overall sampling method was adopted from January 2019 to June 2020. A total of 240 questionnaires were sent out and 236 valid questionnaires were received with a recovery rate of 98.33%. The research objects' general information, psychological health status, and job burnout level were investigated. Among the 236 management personnel in petroleum enterprises, 212 (89.83%) were male and 24 (10.17%) were female. The average age was (40.28 ± 7.07) years old, and the number of people aged 40–49 was the largest, accounting for 52.12%; 84.32% were in marriage; regular college or above accounted for 81.78%; no smoking or occasional smoking in the last one year was 52.97%; not drinking in the last year was 34.75%; and 60.17% of managers in petroleum enterprises never or occasionally exercise. 121 (51.27%) suffered from high burnout due to emotional exhaustion, 125 (52.97%) suffered from high burnout due to emotional alienation, and 139 (58.90%) suffered from high burnout due to reduced sense of achievement. The scores of somatization, obsessive symptoms, depression, anxiety, and terror of the respondents were significantly higher than the normal levels of domestic adults. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); there was no statistical significance in the scores of the other four factors compared with the national norm (P > 0.05). The phenomenon of job burnout and some psychological health problems existed in the managers in petroleum enterprises. The incidence of psychological evaluation was higher than that of the national norm, and the level of psychological health could predict the job burnout of petroleum enterprise managers.

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Microwave Ablation (MA) in the Treatment of Stage I Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma by CT and MRI Imaging. JOURNAL OF HEALTHCARE ENGINEERING 2022; 2022:8446294. [PMID: 35178237 PMCID: PMC8843974 DOI: 10.1155/2022/8446294] [Citation(s) in RCA: 0] [Impact Index Per Article: 0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 12/08/2021] [Revised: 01/05/2022] [Accepted: 01/18/2022] [Indexed: 11/17/2022]
Abstract
We have proposed an effective mechanism to corroborate the efficacy of microwave ablation (MA) in the treatment of stage I renal clear cell carcinoma in this paper. For this purpose, a total of 96 patients with stage I renal clear cell carcinoma presented in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into CT group (n = 48) and MRI group (n = 48). Patients in both groups were treated with microwave ablation after pathological diagnosis. Patients in the CT group received enhanced CT examination to monitor the therapeutic effect; in contrast, patients in the MRI group received MRI examination to monitor their therapeutic effect. The focus areas before and after tumor microwave ablation were compared between the two groups. The patients were followed up to 1 year after the operation, and the microwave ablation inactivation rates of the two groups were compared according to the postoperative follow-up results. There was no significant difference between CT and MRI in the levels of long and short diameter before and after microwave ablation of renal clear cell carcinoma (P > 0.05). In the CT group, CT examination was performed within 24 hours after microwave ablation treatment, and 44 of 48 ablation lesions showed complete ablation. The remaining 4 lesions showed nodular heterogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase, indicating that the tumor remained. Microwave ablation was performed on the residual lesions during the operation, and then enhanced CT was performed again to show that the lesions were ablated completely. In the MRI group, MRI examination was performed within 24 hours after microwave ablation treatment, and 45 of 48 ablation lesions showed complete ablation. The remaining 3 lesions showed nodular heterogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase, indicating that the tumor remained. Microwave ablation was performed on the residual lesions during the operation, and MRI examination showed that the lesions were ablated completely. The patients were followed up to 1 year after the operation, and the microwave ablation inactivation rate of the two groups was compared according to the postoperative follow-up results as the gold standard. The inactivation rate of microwave ablation in the CT group was 89.58 (43/48). The inactivation rate of microwave ablation in the MRI group was 100.00% (48/48). The inactivation rate of microwave ablation in the MRI group was higher than that in the CT group (χ2 = 5.275, P = 0.021).

[PMID: 35178234 PMCID: PMC8843998 DOI: 10.1155/2022/7875068] [Citation(s) in RCA: 0] [Impact Index Per Article: 0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 11/30/2021] [Revised: 12/30/2021] [Accepted: 01/03/2022] [Indexed: 11/25/2022]
Abstract
In this study, we have analyzed numerous effects of the acupuncture and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine on recovery of delayed muscle soreness in athletes. To implement this idea, a total of 84 athletes with delayed muscle soreness treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were included. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group: among them, 42 cases were in the experimental group and were treated by TCM acupuncture. In the control group, 42 athletes used rehabilitation training. Compared with serum CK levels in the control group, serum CK levels in the experimental group decreased after training, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). After intensive training in the control group (P < 0.05), it indicated that acupuncture and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine was effective in the recovery of fatigue after exercise, which was significantly better than that in the control group. The serum testosterone value of the experimental group before intensive training had no significant difference, but the serum testosterone value of the moxibustion group of male athletes after intensive training was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Female athletes have a low blood testosterone base and are less affected by the gonad axis. There was no statistically significant difference in RPE scores before treatment. After treatment, the RPE score of the experimental group decreased rapidly (P < 0.05), which was statistically significant compared with the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS scores before treatment. After treatment, the VAS score in the experimental group decreased rapidly (P < 0.05) compared with the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the experimental group had a decrease in calf circumference, an increase in muscle strength, and an increase in the range of motion (P < 0.05). Acupuncture and pressing of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious clinical application value in the treatment of delayed muscle soreness in athletes, and they have great clinical application value. Muscle injury is a common disease of athletes.
