Abstract
The management of radiation-induced secondary malignancies in the female genital tract after pelvic radiation treatment for a primary gynecological tumor is a challenge for multidisciplinary teams that follow survivors. Considering the lack of data on the incidence of this disease and the absence of guidelines for its management, in this review, the available literature is analyzed to determine the characteristics and the clinical management of gynecological radiation-induced secondary malignancies. Gynecological radiation-induced secondary malignancies were found to be predominantly more aggressive, poorly differentiated, and had rare histologic types compared with sporadic tumors. The management is influenced by previous radiation doses and the localization of the radiation-induced secondary malignancies. Surgery, when feasible, was the cornerstone; re-irradiation was an option when a surgical approach was not feasible and high-dose conformal techniques should be preferred considering the need to spare previously irradiated surrounding normal tissues. Clinical outcomes, when reported, were poor in terms of local control and survival. Given the difficulty in managing these uncommon malignancies, a centralization of care in sites that are connected to research networks actively partaking in international discussions and with higher expertise in complicated surgery or radiotherapy should be considered to improve clinical outcomes.

Abstract
Angiosarcoma is a rare vascular soft tissue tumor of endothelial origin most commonly seen in the elderly as a primary cutaneous head and neck malignancy. Furthermore, a peritoneal angiosarcoma is an exceedingly rare entity. This is the second case of primary peritoneal angiosarcoma reported in literature that is not associated with prior radiotherapy. Herein, we describe a case of primary peritoneal angiosarcoma metastatic to both the liver and bone in a male patient with metachronous renal cell carcinoma and parathyroid adenoma.

Abstract
Angiosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor with an aggressive clinical course and a poor prognosis. Intraperitoneal angiosarcoma, especially originating from the omentum, is extremely rare. We report a case of radiation-induced angiosarcoma of the omentum that arose in a 38-year-old female seven years after concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer. The primary tumor was unknown until diagnostic laparoscopy revealed an unresectable omental mass. Pathological examination revealed high-grade malignant cells positive for endothelial markers. Although the small number of cases limits the consensus on optimal therapy for advanced angiosarcoma, the patient was managed successfully by taxane-based chemotherapy, leading to complete response and consequent complete cytoreductive surgery. Our report is the fifth case of radiation-induced angiosarcoma of the omentum, and all have developed after treatment for gynecologic cancer. Although very rare, this complication should be considered after radiation therapy in cancer treatment, particularly given the increasing importance of this therapy.

Abstract
Angiosarcomas account for only 1-2% of all soft tissue sarcomas, with the most common site of origin being in the head and neck region. Peritoneal angiosarcoma is an extremely rare tumour and few cases have been reported previously. Presentation of peritoneal angiosarcoma can be very variable, hence making diagnosis difficult. Herein, we review the current literature and describe a rare case of a patient who presented with haemorrhagic ascites, 17 years after radiotherapy for endometrial carcinoma and was subsequently diagnosed with peritoneal angiosarcoma. Due to extensive disease, surgery was not a viable option. She was started on palliative chemotherapy, but despite treatment, her condition deteriorated further and she eventually passed away. We highlight the diagnostic challenges and considerations in these patients as well as current treatment and management options available.
