Contribution to the knowledge of Neoperla (Plecoptera: Perlidae) from Hainan Province of China

Two new species and records of Neoperla (Plecoptera, Perlidae) from Yunnan, China

Two new species of the stonefly genus Neoperla, N.gaoligongshana sp. nov. and N.hajeki sp. nov. are described from Yunnan Province of southwestern China based on the morphological and distributional data, and the new species are compared with two congeners, N.wuzhishana Chen & Du, 2016 and N.orissa Stark & Sivec, 2015. Neoperlahubleyi Stark & Sivec, 2008 is recorded from Yunnan Province for the first time.

Notes on Neoperla sinensis Chu, 1928 and Neoperla anjiensis Yang amp; Yang, 1998, with descriptions of new species of Neoperla from China (Plecoptera: Perlidae)

The identity of Neoperla sinensis Chu, 1928 is confirmed in this paper. Two new species of Neoperla, N. huangshana Huo, Du Zhu, sp. nov. and N. pangi Huo, Du Zhu, sp. nov. are proposed from Anhui Province, southeast China, closely related to N. sinensis. Neoperla anjiensis Yang Yang, 1998 is newly recorded in Anhui Province.

One new species and one poorly known species of Neoperla in the montivaga group (Plecoptera: Perlidae) from Hainan Province, China

One new species of the genus Neoperla in the montivaga species group, N. limushana sp. nov. is proposed from Hainan Province of southern China. The new species is compared with related congeners of the group. In addition, a supplementary description and illustrations of the adult male of N. hainanensis Yang Yang, 1995 also presented. A provisional key to the presently known species of the N. montivaga group of Hainan Province is also given.
