Abstract
Adult-onset histiocytoses (AOH), primarily Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), Erdheim-Chester Disease (ECD), and adult Langerhans cell histiocytosis (ALCH), are a group of related histiocytic neoplastic disorders featuring multisystemic manifestations. The disorders are largely incurable, and are essentially chronic neoplastic diseases with a variable prognosis. Prompt diagnosis and treatment is important to prevent debilitating and even life-threatening complications. Survivorship issues abound in AOH, due to their multisystemic manifestations and the sometimes recalcitrant chronic inflammation, which can lead to other debilitating complications such as fatigue, weakness, and pain. Because these disorders are rare, few healthcare professionals are proficient in their management; therefore the aim of these guidelines is to offer guidance on how to manage patients, and how to create survivorship care plans through the efforts of an interdisciplinary team.

Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare and self-limiting disease process that presents most commonly in young patients as massive, painless, cervical lymphadenopathy. Extranodal involvement may also occur. Histopathologic evaluation is the main diagnostic modality. We report an unusual presentation of RDD with cervical lymphadenopathy and an incidentally discovered sinonasal mass, clinically worrisome for malignancy. We emphasize that a high index of clinical suspicion is critical for accurate diagnosis of RDD. Clinicians and pathologists should consider RDD in a differential diagnosis of cervical lymphadenopathy, especially in young patients.

Abstract
The objectives of this article were: (1) to review common and rare manifestations of systemic and pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Rosai-Dorfman disease, Erdheim-Chester disease and juvenile xanthogranuloma; (2) to provide the reader with important pathologic, epidemiologic and clinical features of these diseases. The histiocytoses are a diverse group of diseases which typically manifest with multiorgan involvement. Understanding the pathologic, epidemiologic and clinical features of these entities can help the radiologist suggest an accurate diagnosis of histiocytosis when typical imaging features are encountered.

Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a non-malignant pathology of histiocyte proliferation. The classical clinical presentation is with painless cervical lymphadenopathy, but extranodal involvement is frequent, occurring in approximately 40% of cases. The literature was systematically reviewed to identify reported cases of RDD with cardiac involvement. Eighteen cases were identified (3 pediatric and 15 adult). In adult cardiac RDD (cRDD), three patterns of disease were noted: an intra-cardiac mass, epicardial involvement, and pulmonary artery involvement. Reported cases suggest that surgical excision of intra-cardiac masses confers a good prognosis.

Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare entity that usually involves the lymph nodes but extranodal involvements have been seen in numerous cases, although RDD with cardiovascular involvement is extremely rare. We describe a case of a young male who presented with intermittent palpitations and was found to have a left atrium mass. Our case not only emphasizes the rarity of the above lesion but also highlights the importance of modern-day imaging like computed tomography, Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CMRI), and PET scan in characterizing such nonspecific lesions and directing appropriate line of treatment. RDD should be considered as one of the differentials even for isolated cardiac lesions.

Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) involving the cardiovascular system is extremely rare; to our knowledge, there are only 9 cases in the literature. Here, a case of a 60-year-old male with RDD involving the right atrium is presented. A comprehensive literature review was undertaken to summarize the clinical and pathologic features of this disorder.

Abstract
Rosai Dorfman disease (RD), also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SHML), is a benign histiocytic proliferative condition of unsubstantiated etiology that most often presents as bilateral painless cervical lymphadenopathy. Head and neck manifestations of RD are diverse but most commonly present as massive cervical lymphadenopathy. Interestingly, a retropharyngeal fluid collection has never been described as a sequelae of RD. Our objective is to present a novel case of a 9-year old female with RD that suffered from recurrent retropharyngeal phlegmon and to discuss diagnostic and treatment recommendations for this disease process.

Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) involves abnormal proliferations of oddly behaving histocytes that are not derived from the Langerhan's Cell linage. These collections tend to occur within lymph nodes, with occasional extra nodal presentation. While RDD is a rare entity itself, extra nodal cases are even more so, with even fewer reporting cardiac involvement, and previously only in adults. This report describes the disease in a pediatric patient who had the unique feature of an extra nodal cardiac mass. The patient, who was known to have sickle cell disease, was initially erroneously thought to have acute chest syndrome. Sudden changes in the patient's status, including development of 3rd degree heart block, demanded investigation with additional imaging. Chest CT revealed a mass arising from the cardiac interatrial septum and encircling the entire thoracic aorta. Imaging features of Rosai-Dorfman disease are nonspecific, complicating the diagnosis. We present this case with discussion of this extremely uncommon entity. We describe the diagnostic methods, the differential diagnosis, and the treatment options.
