Abstract
The objective of this study was to explore the impact on hospital-family integrated continuation care based on information technology on the negative emotions, family function, and sexual function of patients after cervical cancer surgery. The clinical case data onto 114 postoperative cervical cancer patients who were nursing in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used routine nursing care, and on this basis, the observation group used information technology as the basis for hospital-family integrated continuation care, and we observed and compared the differences in the 2 groups of patients bad mood, family function, and sexual function. The score of anxiety (P = .017), depression (P = .009), fatigue rating (P = .012), and anger (P < .001) in the observation group after care were significantly lower than those in the control group. Problem solving, role, emotional response, emotional involvement, and family function total score in the observation group after care was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < .05). Sexual desire score, sexual arousal score, vaginal lubrication score, orgasm score, sexual satisfaction score, dyspareunia score, and Female Sexual Function Inventory total scores in the observation and control groups after care were significantly higher than those before care (P < .05). The sexual function scores in the observation group after care was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < .05). The hospital-family integrated continuation care based on information technology is more effective than conventional nursing care for patients after cervical cancer surgery.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Laboratory tests, especially point-of-care testing (POCT), and related health information exchange (HIE) are necessary for patient management in the home care setting, where clinic-hospital cooperation and interprofessional collaboration are important. METHODS We raised the issues ahead of HIE in relation to POCT in home care in Japan, including issues in electronic medical record use, localized interprofessional collaboration networks with information and communication technology, personal health record use and open connectivity. RESULTS HIE system may depend on the initiatives of expert communities with non-expert partnership, as well as national healthcare policies. CONCLUSION We promote future challenges in this growing area.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This scoping review will explore the challenges experienced by home care agencies and home care providers during the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes made to overcome these challenges. INTRODUCTION The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges to home care agencies and providers worldwide. In response, home care agencies and providers were forced to make changes to the way they operate in order to continue providing quality care to homebound patients. INCLUSION CRITERIA This scoping review will consider studies that explore the challenges experienced by home care agencies and providers during the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes implemented, or strategies, used to overcome the identified challenges. All geographic locations will be considered for inclusion. METHODS This review will be conducted in accordance with the JBI methodology for scoping reviews. Key information sources will include MEDLINE, CINAHL, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science. Sources of unpublished studies and gray literature will include ProQuest Dissertations and Theses, OpenGrey, medRxiv, and bioRxiv. The review will be limited to articles published in English, from 2020 until present day. Two independent reviewers will use a data extraction tool to collect data. Along with a narrative summary, the results will be presented in diagrammatic or tabular format in a manner that aligns with the review objective and questions.

Abstract
The management of cardiovascular diseases in rural areas is plagued by the limited access of rural residents to medical facilities and specialists. The development of telecardiology using information and communication technology may overcome such limitation. To shed light on the global trend of telecardiology, we summarized the available literature on rural telecardiology. Using PubMed databases, we conducted a literature review of articles published from January 2010 to December 2020. The contents and focus of each paper were then classified. Our search yielded nineteen original papers from various countries: nine in Asia, seven in Europe, two in North America, and one in Africa. The papers were divided into classified fields as follows: seven in tele-consultation, four in the telemedical system, four in the monitoring system, two in prehospital triage, and two in tele-training. Six of the seven tele-consultation papers reported the consultation from rural doctors to urban specialists. More reports of tele-consultations might be a characteristic of telecardiology specific to rural practice. Further work is necessary to clarify the improvement of cardiovascular outcomes for rural residents.
