Abstract
The project aimed to conduct an up-to-date and comprehensive bibliometric analysis of robotic surgery to provide a detailed and holistic understanding of the field. Three strategies were employed in the data analysis i.e. search terms were explored in (A) the title, abstract, and keywords and (B) only in the title of the documents. In 3rd part we analyzed the top 100 most cited papers. Vosviewer and R Studio were utilized for detailed bibliometric and network analyses. Strategy one identified 38,469 publications, and strategy two identified 6451 publications from 2001 to 2023. The top authors, universities, countries, sponsors, and sources based on the number of publications were identified for both strategies. The top 100 most cited papers were analyzed, providing the annual number of publications and various citation metrics. Top authors (by number of publications, total citations, h-index, g-index, and m-index), universities, and countries within these highly cited papers, along with their co-authorship networks and dynamics, were examined. Co-words analysis of the top 100 most cited papers revealed the primary focus of these documents across 25 categories. This comprehensive bibliometric analysis of robotic surgery highlighted significant contributions and collaborations in the field, emphasizing the importance of global and collaborative efforts in advancing robotic surgery research.

Abstract
The rise of robotic surgery throughout the world, particularly in Latin America, justifies an objective evaluation of research in this field. This study aimed to use bibliometric techniques to identify the research trends and patterns of robotic surgery in Latin America. The research strategy used the terms "Robotic," "Surgery," and the name of all the Latin American countries, in all fields and collections of Web of Science database. Only original articles published between 2009 and 2022 were included. The software Rayyan, Bibliometric in the R Studio, and VOSViewer were used to develop the analyses. After screening, 96 articles were included from 60 different journals. There was a 22.51% annual increase in the scientific production of robotic surgery in the period studied. The more frequent topics by specialty were: Urology (35.4%), General Surgery (34.4%), and Obstetrics and Gynecology (12%). International cooperation was observed in 65.62% of the studies. The Latin American institution with the highest production of manuscripts was the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Mexico, Chile, and Brazil were, in descending order, the nations with the highest number of corresponding authors and total citations. When considering the total number of articles, Brazil ranked ahead of Chile. Scientific production regarding robotic surgery in Latin America has experienced accelerated growth since its beginning, supported by the high degree of collaboration with leading countries in the field.

Abstract
Background Post-transplant lymphoproliferative diseases (PTLD) are a heterogeneous collection of neoplasms that occur after solid organ transplants (SOT). In the past 20 years, there has been a rise in PTLD research. This study aims to investigate the global research output and interest regarding PTLD using a bibliometric approach. Material and methods On 28 November 2022, the Web of Science Core Collection documents on PTLD published between 2000 and 2022 were collected and analyzed using bibliometric techniques. The VOSviewer application was utilized to visualize the annual number of publications, authors, organizations, countries, published journals, citations, and most occurring keywords. Results A total of 2814 documents were retrieved, and a screening process included 1809 documents. The total number of citations was 45 239, and the average number per item was 25. Most articles (n = 747) and citations (n = 25 740) were produced in the United States. Based on citations, most of the top 10 institutions that contributed were in the United States of America. The University of Pittsburgh topped the list with 2700 citations and 64 articles. The vast majority of articles were published in Pediatric Transplantation (n = 147), Transplantation (n = 124), and the American Journal of Transplantation (n = 98). Transplantation has received the most citations, 6499, followed by the American Journal of Transplantation with 5958 citations and Blood with 4107 citations. Conclusion With ongoing debates over optimal classification, Epstein-Bar virus involvement, and treatment, this topic has received significant interest from researchers in recent years. Our results can be used as a guide for future research in the field and as a framework for a more in-depth look at the scientific progress of PTLD.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Robotic transplant surgery has garnered worldwide attention since 2002. Discussions on this issue have led to more publications over the past decade. This study assessed global robotic organ transplantation studies using bibliometric analysis. METHOD The study sample was robotic technique use in organ transplantation publications from 2002 to 2021 in the Web of Science database. We analysed top-cited authors, countries, institutions, journals, and keywords. Citations were used to visualise and analyse target literature in VOSviewer. RESULTS 160 articles were included in the bibliometric study. Among the nations that are presently involved in the use of robotics in organ transplantation research, the United States of America leads robotic organ transplantation studies. The American Journal of Transplantation published the most articles overall. CONCLUSION Based on publication and citation numbers, robotic organ transplantation techniques are becoming more global attention. This robotic abdominal organ transplant surgery bibliometric analysis review covers research output and hotspots.

Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and intraoperative technical parameters of the new robot-assisted surgical system Avatera by performing bilateral nephrectomy in a live porcine model. Materials and Methods: Six pigs underwent bilateral robot-assisted radical nephrectomy using the Avatera robotic system (RS). The operations were performed by experienced open (Group 1) and laparoscopic (Group 2) surgeons. The operating time, docking time, set-up time, and console time were evaluated. Data regarding intraoperative complications (major or not), injury of adjacent organs, and technical difficulties during the operation were also recorded. Results: Robot-assisted bilateral nephrectomy was completed effectively in all sample pigs. The docking time and set-up time were similar among the two groups, whereas the console time and operating time were significantly longer for the open surgeon group. Two intraoperative minor complications occurred in the open surgeon's group. An inadvertent damage of the renal vein occurred in two cases and the bleeding was controlled effectively. Other than the initial two cases, the estimated blood loss was <50 mL in both groups. Injury of the adjacent organs was not noticed. Conclusions: The study demonstrated that radical nephrectomy using the Avatera robotic surgical system is technically feasible, safe, and valid in pigs. Our results warrant the application of the Avatera RS in other urologic procedures, collecting data for further clinical trials.
