Abstract
The milk flavor can be attributed to the presence of numerous flavor molecules and precursors. In this study, we employed widely targeted metabolomic analysis techniques to analyze the metabolic profiles of various milk samples obtained from goats, sheep, dairy cows, and buffaloes. A total of 631 metabolites were identified in the milk samples, which were further categorized into 16 distinct classes. Principal component analysis (PCA) suggested that the metabolite profiles of samples from the same species exhibit clustering, while separated patterns of metabolite profiles are observed across goat, sheep, cow, and buffalo species. The differential metabolites between the groups of each species were screened based on fold change and variable importance in projection (VIP) values. Five core differential metabolites were subsequently identified, including 3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxypropanoic acid, inosine 5'-triphosphate, methylcysteine, N-cinnamylglycine, and small peptide (L-tyrosine-L-aspartate). Through multiple comparisons, we also screened biomarkers of each type of milk. Our metabolomic data showed significant inter-species differences in the composition and concentration of some compounds, such as organic acids, amino acids, sugars, nucleotides, and their derivatives, which may affect the overall flavor properties of the milk sample. These findings provided insights into the molecular basis underlying inter-species variations in milk flavor.

Abstract
This study was designed to appraise the antioxidant and anticancer competence of solvent extracts of Tecoma stans (Linn) and analyze the phytoligands interaction against Bcl2 VEGFR2 through in silico studies. The phytochemical analysis revealed that the ethyl acetate extract contains more number of pharmaceutically valuable phytochemicals than other solvent extracts. Among the various phytochemicals, flavonoid was found as a predominant component, and UV-Vis- spectrophotometer analysis initially confirmed it. Hence, the column chromatogram was performed to purify the flavonoid, and High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed. It revealed that the flavonoid enriched fraction by compared with standard flavonoid molecules. About 84.69% and 80.43% of antioxidant activity were found from ethyl acetate extract of bark and flower at the dosage of 80 μg mL-1 with the IC50 value of 47.24 and 43.40 μg mL-1, respectively. In a dose-dependent mode, the ethyl acetate extract of bark and flower showed cytotoxicity against breast cancer cell line MCF 7 (Michigan Cancer Foundation-7) as up to 81.38% and 80.94% of cytotoxicity respectively. Furthermore, the IC50 was found as 208.507 μg mL-1 and 207.38 μg mL-1 for bark and flower extract correspondingly. About 10 medicinal valued flavonoid components were identified from bark (6) and flower (4) ethyl acetate extract through LC-MS analysis. Out of 10 components, the 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid (ΔG -8.8) and Isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (ΔG -8.3) had the competence to interact with Bcl2 (B-Cell Lymphoma 2) and VEGFR2 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2) respectively with more energy. Hence, these results confirm that the ethyl acetate extract of bark and flower of T. stans has significant medicinal potential and could be used as antioxidant and anticancer agent after some animal performance study.

Abstract
An optical monitoring device combining a smartphone with a polychromatic ratiometric fluorescence-colorimetric paper sensor was developed to detect Hg2+ and S2- in water and seafood. This monitoring included the detection of food deterioration and was made possible by processing the sensing data with a machine learning algorithm. The polychromatic fluorescence sensor was composed of blue fluorescent carbon quantum dots (CDs) (BU-CDs) and green and red fluorescent CdZnTe quantum dots (QDs) (named GN-QDs and RD-QDs, respectively). The experimental results and density functional theory (DFT) prove that the incorporation of Zn can improve the stability and quantum yield of CdZnTe QDs. According to the dynamic and static quenching mechanisms, GN-QDs and RD-QDs were quenched by Hg2+ and sulfide, respectively, but BU-CDs were not sensitive to them. The system colors change from green to red to blue as the concentration of the two detectors rises, and the limits of detection (LOD) were 0.002 and 1.488 μM, respectively. Meanwhile, the probe was combined with the hydrogel to construct a visual sensing intelligent test strip, which realized the monitoring of food freshness. In addition, a smartphone device assisted by multiple machine learning methods was used to text Hg2+ and sulfide in real samples. It can be concluded that the fabulous stability, sensitivity, and practicality exhibited by this sensing mechanism give it unlimited potential for assessing the contents of toxic and hazardous substances Hg2+ and sulfide.

Abstract
Metal ions possess abundant electrons and unoccupied orbitals, as well as large atomic radii, whose doping into carbon dots (CDs) is a facile strategy to endow CDs with additional physicochemical characteristics. After being doped with metal ions, CDs reveal obvious changes in their optical, electronic, and magnetic properties by adjustments to their electron density distribution and the energy gaps, leading them to be promising and competitive candidates as labeling probes, imaging agents, catalysts, nanodrugs, and so on. In this review, we summarize the fabrication methods of metal-ion-doped CDs (M-CDs), and highlight their biological applications including biosensing, bioimaging, tumor therapy, and anti-microbial treatment. Finally, the challenging future perspectives of M-CDs are analyzed. We hope this review will provide inspiration for further development of M-CDs in various biological aspects, and help readers who are interested in M-CDs and their biological applications.
