Abstract
In this study, we synthesized schiff base of pyrimidoazepine derivatives in high yields using multicomponent reactions of isatins, alkyl bromides, activated acetylenic compounds, guanidine and aldehydes in the presence of Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@ Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) as a high performance catalyst in water at room temperature. The Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@MWCNT synthesizes using Petasites hybridus rhizome water extract as a green media and moderate base. As well Fe3O4/CuO/ZnO@MWCNT magnetic nanocomposites show a good improvement in the yield of the product and displayed significant reusable activity. Investigation of antioxidant ability of synthesized compounds using radical trapping of diphenyl-picrylhydrazine and ferric reduction power experiment is another purpose in this research. Also, the antimicrobial activity of some synthesized compounds proved by employing the disk diffusion test on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. This procedure has some benefits such as short reaction time, product with excellent yields, simple catalyst and products separation.

Abstract
A one-pot, three-component synthesis of benzimidazole-linked thiazolidines from 2-cyanomethyl benzimidazole, iso-, isothio-, or isoselenocyanates and 1,2-dichloroethane is reported. Isolation of the key intermediate formed during the course of the reaction validates its mechanistic pathway. Under the same reaction conditions, benzimidazole-linked/fused thiazinanes were obtained when 1,3-dichloropropane or diiodomethane was used.

Abstract
A number of 2-amino-4-aryl-6-substituted pyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile derivatives were synthesized via one-pot multicomponent condensation reactions of different aromatic aldehydes with malononitrile and different primary amines, using different molecular ratios and different reaction conditions to achieve considerable product yields. Moreover, we succeed, for the first time to develop a new method to synthesize the aforementioned under the fusion condition without using solvent and catalysts. With this method, a wide range of novel 2-amino-3,5-dicyano-4-aryl-6-substituted aminopyridine derivatives were synthesized with high yields and board substrate of functional groups. The synthesized pyridine derivatives were found to have a corrosion inhibition efficiency, the rate of which increased with the increasing concentration of the derivatives. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data and elemental analyses.

Abstract
NbCl5-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of nitriles with alkynes was used to synthesize pyrimidine derivatives. In this reaction, the use of individual Lewis acids, namely NbCl5 and FeCl3, is a key strategy for achieving the reaction using a catalytic amount of NbCl5. The roles of the two Lewis acids were investigated using FT-IR spectroscopy. The results showed that NbCl5 served as an efficient Lewis acid catalyst for nitrile activation, whereas FeCl3 showed stronger Lewis acidity toward pyrimidines, releasing NbCl5 into the catalytic cycle.

Abstract
A series of 5,7-diaryl-4,7-dihydrotetrazolo [1,5-a]pyrimidines and 5-methyl-7-aryl-4,7-dihydrotetrazolo [1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylates were obtained from aryl aldehydes, 2-aminotetrazole, substituted acetophenones, or ethyl acetoacetate in good to excellent yields by proceeding through a simple, mild, and efficient procedure utilizing N,N,N,N-tetrabromobenzene-1,3-disulfonamide as catalyst.

Abstract
The title compounds were prepared by reaction of 1,1'-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3,4-diyl)diethanone (1) with different aromatic aldehydes 2a-c, namely Furfural (2a), 4-chlorobenzaldehyde (2b) and 4-methoxybenzaldhyde (2c) to yield the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ketones 3a-c. Compound 3 was reacted with malononitrile, 2-cyanoacetamide or 2-cyanothioacetamide yielded the corresponding bis[2-amino-6-(aryl)nicotinonitrile] 4a-c, bis[6-(2-aryl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile] 5a-c or bis[6-(2-aryl)-2-thioxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile] 6a,b, respectively. The reaction of compound 6a with each of 2-chloro-N-(4-bromophenyl) acetamide (7a), chloroacetamide (7b) in ethanolic sodium ethoxide solution at room temperature to give the corresponding 4,4'-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3,4-diyl)bis-6-(2-furyl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamide] derivatives 9a,b. While compound 6a reacted with hydrazine hydrate yielded the 4,4'-(5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3,4-diyl)bis[6-(2-furyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-3-amine] 11. The structures of the products were elucidated based on their spectral properties, elemental analyses and, wherever possible, by alternate synthesis. Antimicrobial evaluation of the products was carried out.
