Abstract
Lymphoma of the breast is a rare malignancy of the breast lymphoid tissue. It can present as either a primary or a secondary malignancy due to metastasis from a systemic disease. Secondary breast lymphoma (SBL) is one of the most common malignancies to metastasize to the breast. Once present in the breast, these masses are often difficult to distinguish from primary breast carcinoma on both physical examination and diagnostic imaging modalities. Differentiating these tumors is imperative because each has a different management plan. This report presents a rare case of SBL in a 55-year-old Hispanic female and includes a review of its presentation, radiologic imaging findings, and management.

Abstract
① Gray scale ultrasound showed multiple hypoechoic masses of varying sizes in the right breast. The larger one was 1.8 × 0.7 cm (arrow), oval in shape, with clear boundaries, and lymphatic hilar-like structures. ② Color Doppler ultrasonography showed blood flow signals within the hypoechoic mass, and the larger (arrow) mass showed blood flow signals similar to lymphatic hilum. ③ Elastography showed the mass was soft and blue (short arrow) or green (long arrow) in texture, and the surrounding tissue was hard and red in texture. ④ Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that after 19 s of contrast agent injection, the whole breast showed a 'snowflake' high enhancement, but no enhancement was observed in local areas (arrow). ⑤ The ultrasound-guided puncture image clearly showed the puncture needle (arrow) insert into the hypoechoic mass for biopsy. ⑥ The arrow in the pathological image (HE, 20 × 10 times) showed tumor cells.

Abstract
Lymphoma of the breast accounts for 0.4-0.5% of all breast-located cancers and is found in a similar fashion to breast cancers. Here we present a 74-year-old woman who presented for a biopsy of a breast mass found on a routine mammogram, which was found to be a primary breast lymphoma. According to current practice guidelines, medical therapy is favorable for the definitive management of primary breast lymphomas. However, biopsy specimen cytology found neoplastic cells positive for human germinal center-associated lymphoma, a nonspecific marker for various types of lymphomas. Without a definitive classification of lymphoma, optimal medical therapy could not be achieved. Therefore, a decision was made to undergo a lumpectomy of the mass, which yielded a specimen that was found pathologically favorable for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. With this information, the patient was referred to follow-up oncology for adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Abstract
We report a case of primary breast lymphoma which was incidentally detected in a 71 year-old-female while investigating for pulmonary embolism with Computed tomography angiograph (CTA) of the chest. Primary breast lymphoma has no specific imaging features however may have better prognosis than breast carcinoma and management is non-surgical.

Abstract
Introduction Breast involvement by lymphoma is rare. It can occur as a primary breast tumour or as an extranodal manifestation of the systemic disease. The imaging features of breast lymphoma (BL) are not characteristic. Biopsy is necessary for diagnosis due to non-specific imaging features. Materials and Methods A retrospective electronic medical chart review was conducted of patients diagnosed with lymphoma of breast that underwent diagnostic radiological procedures (including mammography, ultrasound breast, computed tomography (CT) scan and positron emission tomography (PET/CT) scan from 1 July 2018 to 31 March 2019 at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Pakistan. Results Four patients were identified. On mammogram, the most common finding consisted of the presence of high-density masses with circumscribed or indistinct margins. On ultrasound, hypoechoic masses and indistinct diffuse infiltrative patterns were observed. PET/CT and CT were helpful in detecting extramammary sites of disease and for classifying the disease into primary or secondary BL. Conclusion The early diagnosis of the BL is important. The radiologists should include lymphoma in the differential diagnosis when there is the absence of microcalcifications or spiculated margins on mammography and ultrasound.

Abstract
Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is considered a rare clinical entity forming about 0.4%-0.5% of all breast tumors. In this report we have presented a case of PBL in a 56-year-old female complaining of a mass in the upper medial quadrant of the breast. PBL suspicion of our case was made by breast radiology and the sure diagnosis was reached by the immunohistochemistry results; CD (cluster of differentiation) 20: was diffusely positive; Pan-CK (pan-cytokeratin): was diffusely negative in tumor cells. Hence, the case was finally diagnosed as a primary breast a primary breast diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of lymphoma. The management and outcome of PBL and carcinoma are totally different. Accurate diagnosis of PBL by true cut needle biopsy and immunocytochemistry is important to avoid unnecessary mastectomies.

Abstract
Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare disease, and few clinicohistopathologic features of the disease have been discussed in previous studies. It represents 2.2% of extranodal lymphomas and constitutes 0.04% to 0.5% of malignant breast neoplasms, despite the clinical and radiographic similarities between breast lymphoma and carcinoma, the prognosis, as reported in the literature, varies. No consensus exists on the best way to treat PBL. However, radiotherapy and chemotherapy were used alone or in combination to treat various cases of PBL. We retrospectively studied 3 cases of PBL of the breast seen in patients attending a tertiary cancer center in Qatar, between 2012 and 2015, in an attempt to determine the common clinical features, therapy, and prognosis of PBL.

Abstract
Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) represents 0.04-0.5% of all malignant breast tumors, <1% of all patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphomas and 1.7-2.2% of all patients with extra nodal lymphomas. Despite the high prevalence of breast cancer, primary breast lymphoma is very rare. We report a rare case of PBL, successfully treated with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This is the first case of PBL to be reported from Sudan to our knowledge.
