Abstract
Purpose This study investigates the relationship between audiologists' personality traits and professional satisfaction. Design Big Five-50 Personality Traits and Professional Satisfaction Scale was used to examine the relationship between audiologists' personality traits and professional satisfaction. Statistical analyzes were performed with SPSS and AMOS programs. Study example This study examines 167 audiologists who completed a minimum of an undergraduate program in audiology before the professional field. Results The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that both scales are reliable and valid. There is a significant relationship between extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and emotional stability and occupational satisfaction. However, there is no significant relationship between intelligence/imagination and professional satisfaction. Conclusions Extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability/neuroticism affect job satisfaction. Understanding these dynamics can inform strategies that will increase the professional wellbeing and productivity of audiologists.

Abstract
Background Type D personality is characterized by negative affect (NA) and social suppression (SI). It has been indicated Type D personality is associated with depression, anxiety, and burnout. Depressive complaints and social inhibition negatively affect job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to investigate the moderating role of Type D personality structure between the severity of depressive complaints and job satisfaction in teachers. Methods 939 teachers, who constitute the sample of the study, completed the sociodemographic form, Type D personality scale (DS-14), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Minnesota Satisfaction Scale Short Form with an online survey. Results While a negative relationship was found between teachers' NA scores and their intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction (r = -0.28 and r = -0.19, respectively), a negative relationship was detected between SI scores and intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction (r = -0.22 and r = -0.21, respectively). NA and SI had partial moderating roles in the relationship between BDI score and intrinsic job satisfaction. SI played a partial moderating role in the relationship between BDI and extrinsic job satisfaction. Conclusion It can be said Type D personality traits has a moderating role between the severity of teachers' depressive complaints and job satisfaction.

Abstract
(1) Background: This study aimed to examine the relationship between Spanish physical therapists' perceptions of the ethical climate, their moral sensitivity (awareness of ethical issues), and job satisfaction. (2) Methods: the study analyzed descriptive correlational data on 104 physical therapists from three Spanish metropolitan hospitals. Respondents completed a demographic data form, an ethical climate questionnaire, a job satisfaction survey, and a moral sensitivity scale. This study complies with the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines. (3) Results: With a mean score of 4.2, physical therapists are typically content with their jobs. The mean scores for the moral sensitivity and ethical climate questionnaires are high, at 40.1 (SD 6.3) and 96.8 (SD 17.1), respectively. There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and ethical climate (r between 0.59 and 0.79) but only a weak correlation between job satisfaction and moral sensibility (r between 0 and 0.32 for the three aspects measured). (4) Conclusions: Generally speaking, physical therapists reported that they had high job satisfaction, a positive workplace environment, and excellent management support. Despite a weak relationship with moral sensibility, there is a strong association between ethical behavior, hospital organization, and higher levels of job satisfaction. It is important to encourage the development of moral sensibilities to boost psychological well-being and therapeutic decision-making.

Abstract
Objective: to assess the job satisfaction of nursing professionals who worked in care and management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: cross-sectional epidemiological study, with the participation of 334 nursing professionals of a teaching hospital. Absolute and relative frequencies of qualitative variables and means of numerical variables were calculated. The mean scores of the domains of the Job Satisfaction Survey were compared with sociodemographic-labor variables. Student’s t-test, Mann-Whitney test, and ANOVA test were applied and followed by Tukey, Kruskal-Wallis, or Dunn’s post-test to verify the statistical significance of the results with a critical level of 0.05. Results: 90 professionals were satisfied with their work, three professionals were dissatisfied and 241 professionals were ambivalent. Conclusion: ambivalence was evidenced among nursing workers regarding their job satisfaction during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings indicate a path for managers and health policymakers to invest in career plans and work environments that improve the working conditions of nursing workers.

Abstract
Frontline power grid workers are always facing plenty of stressors such as aerial work and high job demands, which may lead them to be less satisfied with their job. Therefore, this study aims to investigate frontline power grid workers' job satisfaction (JS) and explore how it can be improved by its relationship with personality traits and work-family support (WFS). Data from 535 frontline power grid workers were collected from two power supply bureaus in Guangdong Province, China. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was adopted to examine the structural relationship between personality traits taken as independent variables, JS as dependent variable, and WFS as mediator. The bootstrap method was used to test the significance of indirect effects. Results suggested the overall job satisfaction of our sample is 3.34 ± 0.55 on a scale ranging from 1 to 5, and significantly correlated with personality traits and WFS. Moreover, the results of SEM and bootstrap indicated that WFS partially mediates the effect of neuroticism on JS and fully mediates the effect of conscientiousness and extraversion on JS. These findings shed light on how personality traits and environmental factors jointly impact JS and highlight the important role of WFS among frontline power grid workers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Workplace causes tress which negatively affects the physical as well as the emotional well-being of individuals. However, it is widely reported in the literature that a number of factors have received significant attention in the professional life, stressing their significance to the individual's psychological, social, and professional life. MATERIALS AND METHODS The research is a descriptive that study adopted a quantitative method, involving 40 female teachers. A survey method was randomly distributed to teachers who are identified to have worked with students with disability using randomly sampling, and data were then exposed to the descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. RESULTS The results showed that respondents had good psychological resilience level with moderate occupational stress level. Furthermore, a significant correlation between psychological resilience and occupation stress is supported. CONCLUSION The present study indicated that the participants have acceptance level of psychological resilience which helps them to reduce their stress when performing their work. The study, therefore, encouraged decision academicians to regularly organize several positive counseling and psychological training to the teachers.

Abstract
Satisfaction with life is a core dimension of well-being that can be of great importance in the workplace, in light of the close link between worker health and organizational success highlighted by the perspective of healthy organizations. This study aimed at analyzing the factors associated with satisfaction with life, focusing on the role of resilience, career adaptability, self-efficacy, and years of education. A sample of 315 workers (67% women; Mage = 34.84 years, SD = 12.39) filled out the Satisfaction with Life Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, and a demographic questionnaire. Data were analyzed by implementing a chained mediation model. Results showed a significant and positive relationship between resilience and satisfaction with life, partially moderated by the chained effect of career adaptability and self-efficacy, controlling for education. When inserted as a covariate, education showed a significant and negative association with satisfaction with life. Such findings contribute to enriching the field of research on the factors that contribute to the well-being of workers and may have important practical implications for interventions in organizations.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Job satisfaction has been described to be an important for individuals as well as for the society in general. However, several factors were introduced to be crucial for job satisfaction; one of the more influenced factors in satisfaction experiences is individual personality. The present study aim is to identify the relationship between the five major traits of personality and job satisfaction with virtual education among teachers of students with learning difficulties. MATERIALS AND METHODS The research is a descriptive quantitative design. The research population consists of 94 male and female teachers who are involved in primary and intermediate public schools in Saudi Arabia. Data were then exposed to the analysis, namely, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and Mann-Whitney U test to obtain the answers to the research questions at the level of <0.05. RESULTS Based on the results, the most common personality trait among the study sample is conscientiousness, while neuroticism was the least common among the five traits. It was also found that there are differences between males and females in all dimensions of job satisfaction with virtual education (satisfaction with the nature of work - the relationship with colleagues and bosses - the relationship with parents) and the overall score in favor of females, except for the dimension of the relationship with colleagues and superiors, where males and females are equal. CONCLUSION The average score of the personality types and job satisfaction is moderate. Job satisfaction has a significant relationship with personality types. In addition, partial significant differences were found among the study variables. Given the importance of identifying teachers' personality in the workplace, reducing psychological and work factors effects in the educational environment among teachers can be helpful to enhance their job satisfaction. The study therefor, enumerated implications and recommendations based on the findings.

Abstract
Teachers’ job satisfaction has been the subject of many studies that tried to identify its main sources. Based on the social cognitive career theory, the present study aimed to investigate the relationships between personality traits, goals orientation, and teachers’ job satisfaction. A total of 321 Romanian teachers completed an online questionnaire. The results demonstrated new insights regarding the relationships between psychological variables (conscientiousness, dispositional resistance to change, and achievement goals orientation) and teachers’ job satisfaction. Cognitive rigidity, as a mechanism to resistance to change, mediates between conscientiousness and teachers’ job satisfaction. Moreover, the moderation role of learning goals orientation manifests in the relation between conscientiousness and job satisfaction. These findings emphasize that school management needs to offer teachers information and explain the change’s benefits if they want to prevent individual resistance to change and decrease satisfaction related to their work.
