O Papel da Equipe nas Práticas Grupais na Atenção Básica em Saúde

Introdução: As práticas grupais têm sido um dos recursos técnicos de grande potencial para a promoção da saúde na atenção básica. O objetivo do estudo foi compreender o papel da equipe de saúde no campo das práticas coletivas, em especial a partir da experiência de grupos na Atenção Básica (AB). Método: Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com dez participantes de um grupo de promoção de saúde e observações de quatro encontros do respectivo grupo. Os dados foram triangulados e analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados e Discussões: Evidencia-se que os profissionais de saúde parecem comprometidos com as práticas grupais, estabelecendo uma relação de vínculo, acolhimento, proximidade e cuidado, realizando um trabalho vivo em ato, marcado pelo reconhecimento dos usuários como protagonistas. Conclusões: O estudo constatou relevância das práticas grupais na AB, numa concepção ampliada de cuidado, sendo essa uma das contribuições deste trabalho.

Matrix support in children's mental health in Primary Health Care: institutional socio-clinical intervention research

OBJECTIVE

To analyze matrix support for Family Health Strategy teams in relation to Mental Health in Children and Adolescents.

METHOD

This is a research-intervention with a qualitative approach, based on the Institutional Analysis framework, Socio-clinic, carried out with eighteen health workers from two Family Health Strategy and Psychosocial Care Center teams of a small municipality in the countryside of the state of São Paulo, through eleven reflection meetings.

RESULTS

The following themes emerged: The dynamics of relations in the FHS territory; Matrix Support as a technological device: unveiling established practices. Subsequently, the results were discussed based on the principles of Institutional Socio-clinic.

CONCLUSION

Matrix support in children's mental health, based on Institutional Socio-clinic, favored the deterritorialization of professionals, revealing how mental health care is provided for children and adolescents, and the crossings that occur in the production of this care as well as possible paths to be followed to improve health actions.

Psychosocial care network: managers' perception and tensions of the field

OBJECTIVE

to analyze the perception of workers and managers about the psychosocial care network in a medium-sized municipality in the inlands of the state of Minas Gerais.

METHOD

qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study involving twelve participants from different points of the network. The semi-structured interviews were analyzed in the light of Pierre Bourdieu's framework of constructionist structuralism.

RESULTS

the actions offered by the services were based on the perspectives of resocialization, user embracement, group and multiprofessional care, and on approaches to harm reduction, recreation and daily organization. These were configured as the network resources/capital. Tensions were identified in family embracement and in relationships between families and users, as well as in the prejudice towards people with mental disorders. Final considerations: the social agents were willing to contribute to processes of change in order to overcome the focus on specialties, the lack of training of some teams, lack of infrastructure and of some components, especially those related to leisure and community life.

Matrix support in mental health in primary care: the vision of supporters and nurses

Abstract Objective: To understand the view of supporters and nurses on matrix support mental health actions in Primary Health Care. Method: A qualitative and phenomenological study, with Alfred Schutz’s framework of phenomenological sociology. The study was conducted with five supporters and 22 nurses from Basic Health Care Units in the city of Porto Alegre. The participants' intentions and expectations, captured through a phenomenological interview, made up the corpus of analysis. Results: The supporters have the intention, given the actions of the matrix support, to improve mental health care for the user. On the other hand, the nurses expect support to the health units, which reveals nonconformities in the mental health practices instituted in the basic network. Final considerations: Knowing the motivations of supporters and nurses can be a powerful strategy for consolidating public policies with a view to the psychosocial way in the territory.
