Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand the self-care requirements of informal male workers in carrying out their activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the light of Orem's theory. METHOD Qualitative approach, with an exploratory descriptive nature. Data collection was conducted through a closed questionnaire, with questions that refer to the self-care requirements and semi-structured interviews, both conducted in a virtual environment. Ten men working as delivery workers and app drivers participated. Data analysis was performed using thematic content analysis. RESULTS The diagnosis of the self-care requirements performed by each of the interviewees was presented. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS The work performed by the participants influences the self-care requirements of the population studied, and it is possible to infer that as specializations of these requirements occur, they are no longer performed or are practiced superficially.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the health-related habits of community health workers (CHW). METHODS This was a cross-sectional study conducted in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brazil, 2018. Anthropometric, sociodemographic, labor and lifestyle characteristics were evaluated. Poisson regression was applied to calculate the prevalence ratio (PR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) of unhealthy habits according to independent variables. RESULTS 675 CHW participated. Regarding their health profile, 60.8% were overweight, 83.0% reported low fruit consumption and 58.1% reported low greens and vegetable consumption. Physical inactivity was reported by 26.2%. 7.1% stated they were smokers were 37.6% drank alcoholic beverages. Inadequate health habits were higher among males (PR=1.24 - 95%CI 1.05;1.45), younger workers (PR=1.19 - 95%CI 1.01;1.40) and workers without a religion (PR=1.23 - 95%CI 1.04;1.45). CONCLUSION There was relevant prevalence of inadequate health habits among community health workers, associated with sociodemographic factors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to identify men's knowledge on body care. METHOD it is a cartographic study with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted with 70 men in the city of Boa Vista, state of Roraima. The strategy for data production was called the meeting. Participants were encouraged to think about epistemic units, care and body, from models that were recorded and their meanings transcribed for content analysis according to Bardin. RESULTS 282 units of decoded records such as body hygiene, sexual health and physical exercise were evidenced. In the decoding units, the conscious, functional male body is discussed, which serves for health professionals to think about caring approaches. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS cartographic forays allowed the male body to be recognized for its functionality, with structured knowledge on care in three dimensions: body hygiene, sexuality and sports practices.

Abstract

Abstract
Middle-aged and older men who have sex with men (MSM) are one of the most underestimated populations with regard to HIV/AIDS infection, despite the worldwide trend of increasing prevalence in recent years. This population also has low rates of testing, although rare studies are done exclusively with middle-aged and older MSM assessing the factors associated with this prevalence. Thus, based on data from an exclusive online survey with middle-aged and older MSM who use geolocation-based dating applications, the purpose of the study was to analyze factors associated with not taking the HIV test among middle-aged (50 years old) and older MSM in Brazil. Using a modification of time-location sampling adapted to virtual reality, 412 volunteers were approached in Grindr®, Hornet®, SCRUFF®, and Daddyhunt®. The multivariate logistic regression model was adopted to produce adjusted odds ratios (ORa), considering a significance level at .05. There were factors associated with not taking the test: being in a relationship (ORa: 0.24; 95% CI [0.10, 0.53]); knowing partner through the applications (ORa: 1.84; 95% CI [1.07, 3.15]); not knowing the serological status (ORa: 5.07; 95% CI [1.88, 13.67]); ejaculating outside of anal cavity (ORa: 1.79; 95% CI [1.04, 3.05]); practicing sex without penetration (ORa: 2.30; 95% CI [1.17, 4.50]); not taking the test as a form of prevention (ORa: 2.83; 95% CI [1.05, 7.68]); and rarely using Viagra in sexual intercourse (ORa: 1.91; 95% CI [1.20, 3.65]). There is a blind spot in the prevalence of HIV testing in older MSM because this population is not being covered by services, which compromises the overall response to HIV, the goals set for universal health coverage.
