Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the leadership strategies of nurses in university hospitals in response to care management changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, informed by John Kotter's insights. METHODS This multicentric study utilized qualitative and analytical methods. It was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 139 lead nurses from 10 university hospitals in Brazil. Data analysis included Bardin's content analysis and the webQDA software. RESULTS The primary category identified was "Nursing Leadership Strategies in the Battle Against COVID-19," encompassing five subcategories. This category underscored the importance of strategic vision in nursing leadership for combating COVID-19 within hospital settings, as well as the necessity of working collaboratively with their teams and other healthcare professionals. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS The results highlight the strategies used by lead nurses in confronting COVID-19, which can be associated with John Kotter's theoretical framework and his model of change.

Abstract
The objective is to produce a critical-reflexivity analysis of nursing care, from the perspective of complexity thinking and social entrepreneurship. Theoretical-reflective study, supported by the framework of complexity thinking and social entrepreneurship. The main characteristics that lead and support nursing care are analyzed from a systemic-entrepreneurial perspective. A parallel is conceived between vertical care, design from a hierarchical structure and nursing care in the systemic-entrepreneurial perspective, which leads to singularity, originality, circularity, complementarity and interactivity. The centrality of nursing care is reaffirmed as a tangible social good or not. Theoretical reflection on nursing care as a systemic and entrepreneurial phenomenon raises a unique and multidimensional perception of the human being/user, health, the nursing work process, in order to achieve an increasingly agile, dynamic, circular, complementary and interdependent care.

Abstract
This study aims to perform a critical-reflective analysis of leadership in nursing and health in the light of complexity thinking. This is a theoretical-reflexive essay based on the framework of complexity thinking. A parallel is conceived between traditional Cartesian leadership, outlined from a defined linear hierarchical structure, and leadership from a systemic-complex perspective. A schematic structure is demonstrated between the pyramidal conception and systemic-complex leadership, leading to circularity, complementarity, interdependence, and interactivity. Leadership's central role in nursing and health care is reaffirmed based on interactive, dialogic, and interdependent movements. The theoretical reflection calls for evolutionary and shared leadership in nursing and health, determined by the quality of interactions between members and different systems, in order to respond to the complexity of health phenomena quickly, effectively, and sustainably.

Abstract
(1) Background: Shaping leadership skills is a complex process, which may be modified by psychological factors such as self-efficacy and perfectionism. The aim of the study was to determine whether perfectionism can be a mediator between self-efficacy, and authentic leadership skills in nursing students; (2) Methods: The cross-sectional study included 615 Polish nursing students (women = 96.3%) was carried out at Medical University of Warsaw in 2019. The following research tools were used: Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Almost Perfect Scale-Revised (APS-R), and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES); (3) Results: The level of perfectionism is a significant mediator of relations between self-efficacy as measured by the GSES and the level of authentic leadership (Sobel test: t = 6.958; p < 0.000). The relation, without a mediating factor, is positive, and the standardized beta coefficient for the feeling of self-efficacy totals beta = 0.470 (p < 0.000), while in the presence of a mediator the strength of the correlation is smaller and amounts to beta = 0.366 (p < 0.000); (4) Conclusions: Personality factors such as self-efficacy and perfectionism play an important role in shaping AL skills of nursing students. Therefore, academic teachers should pay special attention to strengthening students’ self-efficacy and adaptive perfectionism. In this context, adequate feedback and reflection may be important.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Objective: analyze Resonant Leadership style among the nurse managers from the perspective of nurse managers and nurses. Methods: cross-sectional study, carried out in a hospital in Guyana. Participants were 171 registered nurses and nurse managers. Data were collected from July to October 2020 using Resonant Leadership scale and a socio demographic questionnaire. Results: in self-version, the total leadership rating was 38.9 for nurses and 41.6 for managers (p=0.003). The age category at most 30 are more likely to give a low rating of themselves than the age category 50 - 69 (p = 0.046). Managers scored on average 3.44 points more than nurses for the self total leadership rating. Conclusion: resonant leadership is practiced at a moderate level and managers have higher scores. Nurse Managers can improve their leadership style.

Abstract
RESUMO Objetiva-se realizar análise crítico-reflexiva sobre a liderança em enfermagem e saúde, à luz do pensamento da complexidade. Ensaio teórico-reflexivo alicerçado no referencial do pensamento da complexidade. Concebe-se um paralelo entre a liderança tradicional cartesiana, esboçada a partir de uma estrutura hierárquica linear definida e a liderança na perspectiva sistêmico-complexa. Demonstra-se uma estrutura esquemática entre a concepção piramidal e a liderança sistêmico-complexa que conduz à circularidade, complementaridade, interdependência e interatividade. Reafirma-se o papel central da liderança em enfermagem e saúde, a partir de movimentos interativos, dialógicos e interdependentes. A reflexão teórica convoca à liderança evolutiva e compartilhada em enfermagem e saúde, determinada pela qualidade das interações entre os membros e os diferentes sistemas, no sentido de responder à complexidade dos fenômenos de saúde de forma rápida, eficaz e sustentável.
