Abstract
Educational technologies have proven to be an effective way to guide and educate patients, allowing them to increase awareness of their dysphagia condition and how treatment will help them. In this sense, this study aimed to develop and validate the content and appearance of 3D iconographic videos, which addressed the physiological demonstration and execution of protective and facilitating swallowing maneuvers, as well as verifying the feasibility of its use in teleconsultation, having adults and elderly people with oropharyngeal dysphagia as the main target audience. The development of the 3D videos was elaborated based on a guiding scientific script, constructed from an integrative literature review. After the development of the 3D videos by the digital designer, a committee of 12 expert judges evaluated the material produced to validate the content and appearance where a minimum agreement index of 0.8 among the judges was considered satisfactory. Subsequently with the validated material, the proof of concept was conducted together with the target population of 10 dysphagic patients through individual teleconsultation via Google Meet platform. After the teleconsultation, patients responded to a Google Forms questionnaire, analyzing the videos presented. From the integrative literature review, 29 studies that contained relevant information about the physiological effects caused by swallowing maneuvers were selected. Based on this information, the scientific script was created, allowing a detailed description of the physiological events that occurred during swallowing while executing the maneuvers. With the finished script, 3D videos of swallowing maneuvers were produced. After developing the material, the committee of expert judges validated the content and appearance. The twelve items that had an agreement index below 0.8 were adjusted. Once the adjustments were completed, the videos were analyzed again, obtaining approval from the judges, and ensuring the validation of content and appearance of the material developed. A proof of concept was conducted on ten dysphagic patients. The maneuver applied was chosen according to the patient's physiological changes, causing only 4 of the 9 maneuvers to be tested, as the patients did not demonstrate changes in swallowing that would justify the use of the other maneuvers. After this, patients answered a form in which all items covered received positive evaluations, related to both ease of understanding and learning. This study allowed the development of the 3D videos with a didactic demonstration of the physiology and execution of protective and facilitating swallowing maneuvers, in addition to having its content and appearance validity assured through analysis by the committee of expert judges.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Contraceptive illiteracy leads to non-adherence, discontinuation, and dissatisfaction with the method. Person-centered contraceptive counseling is based on quality care on a communicative basis that promotes shared decision-making, leading to a choice adapted to the woman's needs, lifestyle, and health condition. We intend to build and validate an instrument that serves as a guide for quality contraceptive counseling, facilitating decision-making about contraceptive methods. METHODS We used the Delphi method in a total of two rounds. The content was validated through a panel of eighteen experts with experience in teaching, research in contraceptive counseling, and obstetric nursing. To assess the consensus and stability of the responses, two questionnaires were administered and the Content Validity Index and Content Validity Ratio were calculated. RESULTS The initial version of the guide, consisting of six indicators and thirty-five items, was submitted to the panel of experts to obtain consensus and stability from respondents (first round). The results showed a response rate of 66.0%; thirty-four indicators reached consensus and one did not reach consensus. Suggestions for modifying the indicator were received by the experts and incorporated in the next round. In the second round, the response rate increased to 78.0%. Two indicators were resubmitted, of which one was accepted. This resulted in the final version of the instrument, with six points and thirty-five items. DISCUSSION The guide proved to be a valid tool for nurse-midwives to provide quality contraceptive advice to women, allowing them to make autonomous and informed choices regarding their sexual and reproductive health.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Burns are associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality, especially in low- and middle-income countries, such as Brazil, because there are no routine prevention programs, a lack of adequate legislation and supervision, and care quality in the acute phase is precarious. In most cases, initial care for burn patients is provided by emergency services without specialized personnel, which leaves the majority of cases to general practitioners who have no specific training in initial burn care, which can lead to worse prognoses and outcomes. OBJECTIVE To develop an instrument to assess physician knowledge of initial care for burn patients. METHODS This primary quantitative study used the Delphi technique, which involves consensus from a panel of expert panel, as a methodological reference. The instrument was based on information provided in the Ministry of Health's booklet on emergency burn treatment, and an agreement index of 80% was required for item inclusion. RESULTS After 3 Delphi phases, the instrument was approved by the panel with an agreement index of 100%. CONCLUSION Although the instrument was finalized, other psychometric properties must still be assessed to further determine its validity and reliability.

Abstract
RATIONALE, AIMS, AND OBJECTIVES Counselling is essential in drug dispensing, since it enables patients to receive and understand the information to correctly use their medicines. Although counselling is a quality indicator on drug dispensing, models that guide pharmacists in this practice are scarce. Thus, this study aimed to develop and validate the content of an instrument to support pharmaceutical counselling for dispensing of prescribed medicines. METHOD A two-stage validation study was conducted out from February to October 2017. The first stage involved the development of the instrument, and the second involved content validation. Instrument development included the following three steps: (1) drafting of the prototype; (2) an academic brainstorming meeting, and (3) a pre-Delphi process. Content validation was then conducted using the Delphi technique. At this stage, 40 pharmacists who were experts in drug dispensing, were invited to assess the instrument. Consensus among experts was calculated according to the content validity index (CVI). RESULTS The development stage generated three versions of the instrument: the prototype, Version 1 (modified after brainstorming meeting), and Version 2 (modified after the pre-Delphi process). Version 2 underwent the content validation process, in which 29 pharmacists participated during the first round (rate of return: 72.5%) and 23 of these during the second round (rate of return: 79.31%). All items obtained CVI > 0.82 and were thus considered to be validated. The final instrument comprised three components: suggestions for questions, dispensing process reasoning, and suggestions for counselling, and other conduct in 11 stages, each representing a step in the clinical reasoning process. CONCLUSIONS An instrument was developed to support pharmaceutical counselling for dispensing of prescribed medicines, suggesting main questions, counselling, and conduct to be taken by pharmacists, and its content validity was verified.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop and validate an instrument for evaluating primary health care professionals’ assistance to people with suicidal behavior. METHODS This was a methodological study, which began with a literature review, followed by the elaboration of an instrument. In its first version, the instrument had 34 items, divided into four domains: “professional characterization,” “professional perception ” “professional knowledge/abilities,” and “organization of the care network.” Contents were validated using the Delphi method. Semantic analysis was performed by college-educated primary health care professionals in greater and lesser strata of ability. For internal consistency analysis, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated. The study was conducted between January and December 2017. RESULTS After four Delphi rounds, the instrument was successfully validated. In its final form, it is comprised of 50 items, divided into five domains: “professional characterization,” “professional sensibility,” “professional experience,” “professional knowledge/abilities,” and “organization of the care network.” Questions belonging to the last four domains have answers on a five-point Likert scale. In the semantic analysis, 93.6% of the evaluations were “good” and “very good.” The instrument’s general Cronbach alpha was 0.90. CONCLUSIONS The final version of the instrument was able to fulfill its objectives. It is useful as a support for epidemiological research and planning of health actions. The evaluation of professional approaches to suicidal behavior is crucial for the organization of suicide assistance services in primary health care, and for the integration of services provided by different care units.

Abstract
WHAT IS KNOWN AND OBJECTIVE Qualified dispensing is fundamental for the promotion of the rational use of medicines. Documentation is an indicator of quality and one of the essential steps in the care process. However, in Brazil, there are no models of clinical documentation applicable to dispensing practices. Thus, the objective of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to document the dispensing process of prescribed medicines. METHODS A methodological development study was carried out from February 2017 to October 2017 in two stages, which were (i) the development of the instrument and (ii) content validation of the proposed instrument. The development phase comprised three stages, which were (i) the elaboration of the prototype based on a previously performed systematic review, (ii) academic brainstorming and (iii) a pre-Delphi consensus. The content validation process was performed using the Delphi technique. The instrument was sent to 40 experts with experience in dispensing, and the consensus among them was calculated using the content validity index (CVI). The study was approved by the Ethics Committee, and all participants signed an informed consent document detailing the terms of the study. RESULTS In the development stage, three versions of the instrument were generated, which were the prototype, version 1 (changed after academic brainstorming) and version 2 (changed after the pre-Delphi). In the content validation process of version 2 of the instrument, 23 experts returned their evaluation in the first round of the Delphi process and 17 in the second. All the items obtained a CVI >0.83, which resulted in the validation of the instrument. The final instrument comprised the following sections: general information, the identification of technical and legal problems of prescriptions, the conduct for the resolution of the technical and legal problems of prescriptions, medication dispensed, suspected drug-related problems, verbal guidance, written guidance, referral and the referral result. WHAT IS NEW AND CONCLUSION The developed and validated instrument presents the main variables that should be documented during the dispensing process.

Abstract
Abstract Objective: To elaborate and validate an instrument for the admission of the elderly to long-term care facilities. Method: A methodological study was performed, divided into two phases, the first of which was the elaboration of the instrument based on a literature review of research published in journals indexed in SciELO and in databases such as Medline, LILACS, IBECS, Embase and books related to gerontology, defining theoretical dimensionality through relevant information to support individualized and integral care for the elderly. The second phase of the study involved validation by nine experts from a multidisciplinary field. Six criteria were used to validate the construct, for which the experts chose one of the following options: adequate, inadequate or requires greater adequacy and also, when necessary, added suggestions. The decision to maintain, reformulate or exclude items was based on the Percentage of Consensus (PC) among the experts, for which consensus of more than 80% was adopted as the value of statistical significance. Results: The scientific evidence base for the construction of the instrument consisted of anamnesis and physical examination domains, segmented in ten and four sections, respectively. Half of the sections achieved a score above that proposed, four of which received a maximum consensus score in all criteria. Conclusion: The instrument was developed and proved to be consistent for applicability by different professionals in the area, with the aim of promoting geriatric care focused on the health of the institutionalized patient.

Abstract
Gluten cross-contamination in gluten-free food may jeopardize treatment of celiac patients. Considering the deficit of appropriate instruments to enable the implementation of safe production practices for gluten-free food, this study aimed to evaluate the application of a check-list elaborated for gluten cross-contamination prevention in food services. The instrument was applied in 60 Brazilian food services. Interobserver reproducibility and internal consistency of the check-list were tested. A score classification was created for establishments according to the food contamination risk assessment. Subsequent to the application and statistical analysis, the original instrument was reduced to a 30-item check-list. In the reproducibility analysis, none of the 30 items showed significant divergence among the evaluators (p > 0.05 in the Cochran Q test). The 30-item version of the check-list presented Kuder–Richardson Formula 20 (KR-20) = 0.771, indicating good internal consistency. The proposed classification score is obtained by adding 1 point for each item with an “adequate” response; therefore, the final score may vary between 0 and 30 points. Establishments with up to 15 points exhibit risk of gluten contamination, while establishments with a score above 16 points exhibit low risk of contamination. The check-list displayed good reproducibility and internal consistency, suggesting that it could be a useful gluten contamination control instrument in food services.

Abstract

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the available evidence regarding the efficacy of using therapeutic play on behavior and anxiety in children undergoing invasive procedures. DATA SOURCE The systematic review search was performed in the MEDLINE, LILACS, CENTRAL and CINAHL databases. There was no limitation on the year or language. SYNTHESIS OF DATA The literature search found 1892 articles and selected 22 for full reading. Eight articles were excluded, as they did not address the objectives assessed in this review. Twelve studies, representing 14 articles, were included. The studies were conducted between 1983 and 2015, five in Brazil, one in the United States, five in China, one in Lebanon, one in Taiwan, and one in Iran. Most studies showed that intervention with therapeutic play promotes reduction in the level of anxiety and promotes collaborative behavior and acceptance of the invasive procedure. CONCLUSIONS Evidence related to the use of therapeutic play on anxiety and behavior of children undergoing invasive procedures is still questionable. The absence, in most studies, of the creation of a random sequence to assign the subjects to either the control or the experimental group, as well as allocation concealment, are factors that contribute to these questions. Another issue that characterizes an important source of bias is the absence of blinded evaluators. It is necessary to perform further studies that will take into account greater methodological stringency.

Abstract
Cross-sectional and quantitative study, conducted in 2013, aiming to evaluate the implementation of User Embracement with Risk Rating (ACCR) in four Emergency Hospital Services. One hundred fifty six nurses participated and answered the questionnaire "User Embracement with Risk Rating". The data were treated through descriptive and inferential statistics, from the Kruskal-Wallis test. The implementation of ACCR was assessed as precarious, mainly due to the lack of referral of low complexity cases to the basic health system, the inadequate physical space for companions and the lack of discussion and periodic assessment of the flow of care in ACCR. The dimension Result of Implementation obtained a slightly higher score and Structure was the dimension with the lowest score. It was concluded that the negative assessments by nursing professionals of the referred dimensions in the investigated sites suggests the need for improvements, especially in the dimension Structure.

Abstract
This study featured a methodological quantitative approach and its objective was to validate an instrument on the initial assistance given to burns victims, on medical and nursing knowledge, using the theoretical stage of Pasquali's model. The data were collected in June - August 2008, in two parts: analysis of face validity and content validity by 18 judges; and analysis of internal consistency, undertaken through Item Response Theory, by 42 doctors and nurses from a teaching hospital in the North-West region of the Brazilian state of Paraná. Following the judges' analysis, 35 questions regarding general, medical and nursing knowledge showed agreement above 80% for the concepts. Through the internal consistency analysis applied to the general knowledge questions, three were discarded due to not being correlated with the construct. The remaining seven questions (70%) presented low discrimination of the respondents, varying levels of difficulty, and similar probabilities of correct random guesses. The final instrument contains 32 questions and is available for use.

METHOD Quantitative and descriptive research, exploratory and prospective, using random sampling stratified by professional category, comprising a universe of 216 professional people. RESULTS They found some points of agreement regarding the promotion of a welcoming and humane environment; privacy and security; welcome and shelter of the companion and also the sheltering and classification of all patients; however, there was disagreement about the comfort of the environment, reference system and counter-reference, prioritisation of seriously ill patients in post-classification service, communication between the members of the multi-professional team and reassessment of the guideline. CONCLUSION The workers assess the development of the guideline as being precarious, due mainly to the lack of physical structure, due to the lack of physical structure and shortcomings in the service process.
