Adaptação e validação do Cardiac Patients Learnings Needs Inventory para pacientes brasileiros

ASPECTOS TEÓRICOS E METODOLÓGICOS PARA ADAPTAÇÃO CUTURAL E VALIDAÇÃO DE INSTRUMENTOS NA ENFERMAGEM

RESUMO Objetivo: identificar na literatura os referenciais metodológicos utilizados em estudos de adaptação cultural e validação de instrumentos na Enfermagem. Método: trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura realizada a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF, IBECS, SciELO e PubMed em agosto e setembro de 2016. Resultados: analisou-se um total de 28 artigos. O referencial metodológico que tem sido utilizado para a adaptação cultural de instrumentos com maior frequência (22-78,57%) é o proposto por Beaton, Bombardier, Guillemin e Ferraz (2007); Beaton, Bombardier, Guillemin e Ferraz (2000) e Guillemin, Bombardier, Beaton. (1993). Esses autores propõem cinco etapas: tradução, síntese, retrotradução, comitê de juízes e pré-teste. A validação é classificada em três categorias: validade de conteúdo, de critério e de construto. Este estudo apontou que os critérios mais utilizados para a validação de instrumentos têm sido a validação de conteúdo (18-64,28%), de construto (13-46,43 %) e a validação de face (9-32,14%). Conclusão: nas pesquisas desenvolvidas na enfermagem tem sido valorizado seguimento de método criterioso com uso de instrumentos confiáveis e válidos. Neste sentido, o presente estudo tratou de referenciais empregados para a adaptação cultural e validação de instrumentos de medida. Identificou-se nos trabalhos os referenciais metodológicos mais empregados, os tipos de validação utilizados e os métodos que devem ser estimulados para garantir a confiabilidade e validade dos instrumentos.

Nursing diagnoses associated with the national policy for health promotion

OBJECTIVES

To identify the relationships between nursing diagnoses proposed by NANDA-I taxonomy II and the priority themes (PT) of the National Policy for Health Promotion (PNPS in Portuguse).

METHODS

An integrative literature review was carried out in the Scopus, Cinahl and SciELO databases, using the descriptors: health promotion, food habits, traffic accidents, drugs abuse, environment and public health. The search considered scientific articles published between 2000 and 2016.

RESULTS

Twelve articles were selected to identify and explore nursing actions related to PT. It was identified that although the said taxonomy offers a Domain called Health promotion, there is a need to relate the diagnoses of other domains to include the health actions described in the aforementioned Policy. It was observed that there is an attention and concern of the nursing professionals to address topics such as the training of managers and the promotion of healthy eating. In relation to the priority themes promotion of safe mobility and sustainable development, no nursing diagnoses were identified due to the scarcity of diagnoses related to them in the mentioned taxonomy.

CONCLUSIONS

Although the NANDA-I taxonomy presents a specific domain on health promotion, these are not sufficient to meet the needs of the priority themes proposed by PNPS.

[Measuring instruments in cardiology adapted into Portuguese language of Brazil: a systematic review]

This was a systematic review aimed at identifying and characterizing measuring instruments, developed in the context of cardiology, which were adapted into Portuguese language of Brazil. Systematic searches were performed in six databases. Information extracted included cultural adaptation process and measurement properties. To assess the methodological quality of studies, criteria based on international guidelines for cultural adaptation of instruments were used. Among the 114 articles found, 14 were eligible for review. Of these, most evaluated quality of life (35.7%) and health knowledge/learning (28.6%). Most studies followed all stages of the adaptation process recommended in the literature. With respect to measurement properties, internal consistency, verified by Cronbach's alpha, was the property reported in the majority of the studies, as well as construct and criterion validity. This study is expected to provide to the scientific community a critical evaluation of adapted questionnaires available in the context of cardiology.
