Abstract
The prevalence of dissatisfaction with dental services and its association with normative and subjective oral health conditions among adult Brazilians was evaluated. This cross-sectional study used data from the last Brazilian National Oral Health Survey (SBBrasil), conducted in 2010. It was considered a representative sample of the adult Brazilian population. Data were analyzed by descriptive, univariate and multiple statistics (OR / 95% CI), with correction by the design effect. Among the 4539 adults included in the study, 614 (13.4%) reported dissatisfaction with dental services. Dissatisfaction was higher among adults who had any decayed teeth (1.61 / 1.06; 2.44), adults who were dissatisfied with their teeth and mouth (2.36 / 1.39; 4.02) and adults who had reported toothache in the previous six months (1.99 / 1.29, 3.07). The conclusion drawn was that the prevalence of dissatisfaction with dental services among Brazilian adults was low and associated to normative and subjective oral health conditions.

Abstract
In 2005, a pharmaceutical care service was created in the State of Ceará to provide pharmacotherapeutic follow-up for individuals infected with Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas Disease). After 10 years of operation, an evaluation was conducted to assess the degree of satisfaction of patients treated under the service. This prospective study used a questionnaire comprising the following sections: socioeconomic data; infrastructure, facilities and operations; pharmaceutical care; and importance of the service. Seventy patients of both sexes and over 18 years of age were interviewed between August 2014 and May 2015. As for infrastructure, location and operation, the average grades show a high level of patient satisfaction. Regarding pharmaceutical care, most patients reported being satisfied and considered "being well treated" to be the most important aspect during treatment. In addition, all patients (100%) rated the service as very important and would recommend it to other individuals. Overall, the study showed a high level of patient satisfaction with the service. There is, however, still much to work to be done on this service in order to promote greater access and qualified care to fully achieve a humanized model focused on patient needs.

Abstract

Abstract
The scope of this article is to outline the construction of the regionalized health network, focusing on oral health care and identifying the problems and the progress in its implementation. The context was the proposed national network model in the policies that underpin the Unified Health System. This is a descriptive-exploratory study with a qualitative approach methodologically supported by Grounded Theory. Interviews were conducted with managers, health professionals and teachers graduated in Dentistry, forming three sample groups. The core category was named "Enhancing the interaction of oral health care in the health network in the regionalization process." In the proposed theoretical model, the enhancement of interaction arises from conditions such as: the characterization of oral health care in the regionalized health network; the identification of difficulties in the implementation process; and the analysis of the operation of the oral health care network. The inclusion of oral health in the network is at an early stage, sometimes detached from the set of relations that constitutes the health network, which is also being consolidated. Evidence gathered in this study indicates the structuring of the regionalized health care network as a prerequisite to raise oral health care and assistance to a new level.

Abstract
This scope of this article is to discuss the inclusion of oral health in the Brazilian Family Health Strategy in municipalities of a micro-region of southeastern Brazil, from the standpoint of human resources. Questionnaires were distributed to members of the oral health service: dentists, assistants and managers. The instrument included three dimensions: how and why they adopted the new model; how the service is being reorganized; and what advances were perceived by professionals. The most common reason mentioned by managers for the inclusion of Oral Health was the possibility of changing the technical care model. When asked about their motivation, dentists and assistants also considered the possibility of change in practices to be a priority. It was also seen that there are critical bottlenecks in the hiring and training of human resources to work in the oral health team and in integration among health professionals. Indeed, access is enhanced either by the organization or by the expansion of the teams. The municipalities of the micro-region still encounter difficulties for the functioning of the oral health service, after Family Health, to show actual progress in care practices. However, advances exist and these need to be bolstered to consolidate the health system and improve the quality of life of the population.

Abstract
This paper is a case study on the implementation of the Brazilian National Oral Health Policy (PNSB), known as "Smiling Brazil", in the cities of the Regional Health Department of Araraquara (DRS III) in São Paulo State. A structured questionnaire was given to the municipal oral health coordinators, an interview with oral health care professionals and managers was conducted, and the official data provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Health were coded to assess the policy's scope: (i) expansion and qualification of actions; (ii) work conditions; (iii) care; (iv) access; and (v) planning and management. The quantitative and qualitative analyses were linked by methods triangulation. In terms of PNSB implementation, the majority of the cities (52.6%) were classified as "good", with 42.1% classified as "bad". Approximately 10 years after launching the PNSB, despite strides in oral health care and access to different levels of care, the cities still experience difficulties in implementing the policy's principles.

Abstract
In 2004, the National Oral Health Policy (PNSB) - Smiling Brazil was launched. Its guidelines seek to qualify Primary Health Care, ensure comprehensive actions, work on the basis of health surveillance, plan actions in accordance with the epidemiology and information available on the territory, financing and scheduling the research agenda so that the work can be based on scientific evidence. The purpose of this case study was to investigate the perspectives of health care professionals and managers on oral health care after launching the PNSB. For the gathering of information, an oral interview was conducted with health care professionals and managers and direct observation of oral health services. The interpretation of meaning method was used for analysis of the interviews. Approximately 10 years after launching the PNSB, even though the care and the oral health actions have been amplified and qualified, the cities still find it difficult to implement their basic premises.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the oral health care in the state of Pernambuco, from its indicators, according to variable population size, proportion of the population registered teams and the relationship between family health and oral health teams. For this, we used secondary data obtained from the Outpatient Information System (SIA/SUS), National Registry of Health (CNES) and Information System of Primary Care (SIAB), using the ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test for data analysis. The results showed that the population size of cities has shown to be related to the performance of some indicators: large cities had lower values for proportion of tooth extractions (p=0,0006). The organization of oral health teams was another aspect discussed in this study, noting that the greater the coverage and when the relationship between the teams was 1:1, the indicators were more favorable for the first dental visit, supervised brushing, average number of procedures and proportion of individual dental extractions, all show significant differences (p<0,05). Thus, it can be concluded that demographics, coverage of the strategy and proportional relationship teams influence the performance of oral health indicators in municipalities in the state of Pernambuco.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the impact of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) on oral health in Northeast Brazil, in 12 municipalities with more than 100 thousand inhabitants. The reference was 20 census tracts, 10 of which in areas with oral health covered by the FHS for at least a year, matched with 10 census tracts without oral health coverage. The total sample included 59,221 individuals. Three possible effects were considered: negative, positive, and absence of effect on the outcomes, based on the prevalence ratio adjusted by Poisson regression. The outcomes "access to collective preventive measures" and "treatment of toothache" indicate a positive effect in the FHS oral health model. However, the outcomes "coverage of tooth extraction" and "restorative treatment" showed either a negative effect or no effect in the majority of the municipalities in the sample. Evidence indicates that within the FHS, the results reflect the local organizational models for oral health care.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
One way to evaluate health services is through the satisfaction of users. This study evaluates the satisfaction of users cared for by the Tuberculosis Control Program (TBCP) in a primary health care unit in Itaboraí, RJ, Brazil. Users satisfied with the services tend to adhere to their treatment, which is of course essential for successful TB treatment. This descriptive and quantitative study was carried out from December 2008 to February 2009; 88 individuals composed a non-probabilistic sample. A questionnaire validated and adapted to measure the satisfaction of individuals with tuberculosis was used. The study obtained high rates of user satisfaction. These positive evaluations can be explained by the fact these patients were included in the TBCP and were cared for by a health team with whom they established bonds and received support for treatment adherence. Studies with a qualitative approach could broaden the understanding of satisfaction and complement this study’s findings.

Abstract
