Abstract
BACKGROUND AND STUDY AIM Currently, several limitations exist in the examination of the oviduct. In this study, the usefulness and feasibility of a novel ultrafine dual-modality oviduct endoscopy device for in vivo assessment of the oviduct were evaluated. METHODS Five Japanese white rabbits were selected to undergo oviduct probing using a combination of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and intratubal ultrasonography. The feasibility of the procedure was evaluated through 152 pairs of clear, clinically interpretable images obtained using spiral scanning via the pull-back method. OCT images were compared with the oviduct histopathology sections. RESULTS Visualization of the oviduct using both OCT and ultrasound revealed a differentiated three-layer tissue; however, ultrasound showed a poorer clarity than OCT. By comparing OCT images with the histological morphology of the oviduct, the inner low-reflective layer of the oviduct corresponds to the mucosal layer, the middle high-reflective layer corresponds to the fibrous muscle layer, and the outer low-reflective layer corresponds to the connective tissue layer. Postoperatively, the general condition of the animals was good. CONCLUSION This study demonstrated the feasibility and potential clinical value of the novel ultrafine dual-modality oviduct endoscope. Dual-modality imaging of OCT and intratubal ultrasonography can provide clearer microstructure of the oviduct wall.

Abstract
The literature review presents the results of optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography — angiography used for Graves’ orbitopathy. The data on the thickness of the inner layers of the retina, microcirculation in the peripapillary and macular regions, parameters of the choroid, lamina cribrosa and extraocular muscles were analyzed as possible diagnostic criteria of the condition.

Abstract
In recent years, the amount of educational data in colleges and universities has increased rapidly. Each university has set up multiple courses to recruit talents. Students cannot choose courses. The emergence of data mining technology and its application in college teaching and curriculum has been preferred particularly to streamline these activities. When analyzing the correlation of courses based on data mining technology, we usually use the correlation between the scores of various subjects to analyze the correlation between courses. Correlation among various courses that are offered at colleges or universities is reflected through many different aspects such as factors or metrics, which are affecting course interest, course content, course arrangement, etc. In this article, we have thoroughly analyzed various factors that are affecting students' interest in literature courses with the help of association rules of data mining technology. Through the collected original data, this article uses Apriori algorithm to screen the association rules affecting students' interest in literature courses and combines them with the current teaching situation to complete the rule analysis. The results of rule analysis show that the most relevant factors affecting students' interest in literature curriculum mainly include the space-time dimension of textbook selection and compilation, the processing method of selected reading, and the evaluation method. The reading content is effectively processed by using the counterpoint reading method, and the literature curriculum textbooks are compiled from the perspective of cross-cultural communication, to enhance students' interest in the literature curriculum.

Arias JD, Parra MM, Hoyos AT, Arango F, Viteri EJ, Arevalo JF. En face swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography choroidal vasculography (CVG) a tool to discriminate choroidal abnormalities in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy. Expert Rev Med Devices 2021; 18:903-908. Abstract
BACKGROUND Swept source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCT-A) choroidal vasculography (CVG) is an imaging method which allows the evaluation of deep choroid details, being a promising too in choroidal pathologies as polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV). RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS Cross-sectional study performed at FOSCAL International Clinic in Colombia. CVG features in patients with PCV were evaluated using SS-OCT CVG. RESULTS Twenty-two eyes of 21 patients were included. The mean age was 72.7 ± 6.5 years old (range: 48.6-95.4 years old). Twelve (57.1%) patients were male. The mean number of polyps detected by SS-OCT-A CVG before treatment with anti-VEGF therapy was 2.04 ± 1.18, which decreased after treatment to 1.18 ± 0.71. This result was statistically significant (p < 0.05). All polypoidal lesions detected by B-scan were visualized using CVG. Polyp circularity and surrounding reflectivity indicated activity of disease. CONCLUSION En face SS-OCT-A CVG is an alternative tool to evaluate choroidal structure at different depths without a contrast dye, providing information for the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with PCV. This imaging modality do not pretend to replace gold standard tests in PCV as ICGA, but rather provides choroidal imaging features of PCV, when ICGA is not available.
