Abstract
A 57-year-old female patient presented to the gastrointestinal department with diarrhea for 6 months. She had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis for 30- years, for which she was prescribed rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol for 12 months. Moreover, her pulmonary tuberculosis was well controlled with a follow-up of 10 years. Her physical examination was unremarkable.
