Abstract
To evaluate the temporal and spatial distribution of the knowledge network about tumor microenvironment and prognoses and explore new research hot spots and trends. Articles and reviews on tumor microenvironment and prognoses in the Web of Science journal from January 1999 to April 2022 were included. We used the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to analyze the knowledge network composed of journals, institutions, countries, authors, and keywords. Frontiers in Immunology, Cancers, and Frontiers in Oncology have published more than 10% of articles in this field. China and the United States have contributed the most articles. Fudan University and Sun Yat-Sen University are the most active institutions. The authors in this field work closely; Zhang Wei and Douglas have made outstanding contributions. The three main research areas of tumor microenvironment and prognoses are microenvironment, prognosis, and immunotherapy. Until 2020, the main keywords were endothelial growth factor and adhesion. In the past three years, survival analysis, immune cell infiltration, and prediction model have been used. It can be seen that the focus in this field has shifted from tumor cell behavior and directly related molecules to prognosis prediction and non-tumor cells in the microenvironment. The future research trend may be to study the changes in the tumor microenvironment to predict the prognosis and guide the treatment. VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and Microsoft Excel 2019 were used to conduct a comprehensive visual analysis of the research on tumor environment and prognoses and provide valuable reference materials for researchers.

Abstract
Antibiotics are one of the greatest inventions in human history and are used worldwide on an enormous scale. Besides its extensive usage in medical and veterinary arenas to treat and prevent the infection, its application is very prominent in other fields, including agriculture, aquaculture, and horticulture. In recent decades, the increased consumption of antibiotics in China saw a vast increase in its production and disposal in various environments. However, in this post-antibiotic era, the abuse and misuse of these valuable compounds could lead to the unreversible consequence of drug resistance. In China, antibiotics are given a broad discussion in various fields to reveal their impact on both human/animals health and the environment. To our knowledge, we are the first paper to look back at the development trend of antibiotic-related studies in China with qualitative and quantitative bibliometric analysis from the past decades. Our study identified and analyzed 5559 papers from its inception (1991) to December 6, 2021, from the Web of Science Core Collection database. However, with few authors and institutions focusing on long-term studies, we found the quality of contributions was uneven. Studies mainly focused on areas such as food science, clinical research, and environmental studies, including molecular biology, genetics and environmental, ecotoxicology, and nutrition, which indicate possible primary future trends. Our study reports on including potentially new keywords, studies' milestones, and their contribution to antibiotic research. We offer potential topics that may be important in upcoming years that could help guide future research.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Stroke is a heavy burden in modern society, and carotid artery disease is a major cause. The role of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in the development and progression of carotid artery disease has become a popular research focus. However, there is no published bibliometric analysis to derive the main publication features and trends in this scientific area. We aim to conduct a bibliometric analysis to reveal current status of ECM in carotid artery disease and to predict future hot spots. METHODS We searched and downloaded articles from the Web of Science Core Collection with "Carotid" and "Extracellular Matrix" as subject words from 1990 to 2021. The complete bibliographic data were analyzed by Bibliometrics, BICOMB, gCLUTO and CiteSpace softwares. RESULTS Since 1990, the United States has been the leader in the number of publications in the field of ECM in carotid artery disease, followed by China, Japan and Germany. Among institutions, Institut National De La Sante Et De La Recherche Medicale Inserm, University of Washington Seattle and Harvard University are in the top 3. "Arteriosclerosis Thrombosis and Vascular Biology" is the most popular journal and "Circulation" is the most cited journal. "Clowes AW", "Hedin Ulf" and "Nilsson Jan" are the top three authors of published articles. Finally, we investigated the frontiers through the strongest citation bursts, conducted keyword biclustering analysis, and discovered five clusters of research hotspots. Our research provided a comprehensive analysis of the fundamental data, knowledge organization, and dynamic evolution of research about ECM in carotid artery disease. CONCLUSIONS The field of ECM in carotid artery disease has received increasing attention. We summarized the history of the field and predicted five future hotspots through bibliometric analysis. This study provided a reference for researchers in this fields, and the methodology can be extended to other fields.

Abstract
Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is an advanced tissue engineering technique that has received a lot of interest in the past years. We aimed to highlight the characteristics of articles on 3D bioprinting, especially in terms of research hotspots and focus. Publications related to 3D bioprinting from 2007 to 2022 were acquired from the Web of Science Core Collection database. We have used VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and R-bibliometrix to perform various analyses on 3,327 published articles. The number of annual publications is increasing globally, a trend expected to continue. The United States and China were the most productive countries with the closest cooperation and the most research and development investment funds in this field. Harvard Medical School and Tsinghua University are the top-ranked institutions in the United States and China, respectively. Dr. Anthony Atala and Dr. Ali Khademhosseini, the most productive researchers in 3D bioprinting, may provide cooperation opportunities for interested researchers. Tissue Engineering Part A contributed the largest publication number, while Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology was the most attractive journal with the most potential. As for the keywords in 3D bioprinting, Bio-ink, Hydrogels (especially GelMA and Gelatin), Scaffold (especially decellularized extracellular matrix), extrusion-based bioprinting, tissue engineering, and in vitro models (organoids particularly) are research hotspots analyzed in the current study. Specifically, the research topics "new bio-ink investigation," "modification of extrusion-based bioprinting for cell viability and vascularization," "application of 3D bioprinting in organoids and in vitro model" and "research in personalized and regenerative medicine" were predicted to be hotspots for future research.

Comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of role of GPRASP1, associated with clinical outcomes, immune microenvironment, and immunotherapeutic efficiency in pancreatic cancer. Abstract
BACKGROUND GPRASP1 (G-protein-coupled receptor-associated sorting protein 1) plays an important role in tumorigenesis. However, GPRASP1 specific role has not been clearly clarified in cancer, particularly in pancreatic cancer(PC). METHODS Firstly, we utilized pan-cancer analysis based on RNA sequencing data from TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) to evaluate the expression pattern and immunological role of GPRASP1. Then, through multiple transcriptome datasets (TCGA and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)) and multi-omics (RNA-seq, DNA methylation, copy number variations (CNV), somatic mutation data) in-depth analysis, we comprehensively explore the relationship of GPRASP1 expression with clinicopathologic characteristics, clinical outcomes, CNV, and DNA methylation in pancreatic cancer. Additionally, we employed immunohistochemistry (IHC) to further confirm GPRASP1 expression pattern between PC tissues and paracancerous tissues. Lastly, we systematically associated the GPRASP1 with immunological properties from numerous perspectives, such as immune cell infiltration, immune-related pathways, immune checkpoint inhibitors, immunomodulators, immunogenicity, and immunotherapy. RESULTS Through pan-cancer analysis, we identified that GPRASP1 plays a critical role in the occurrence and prognosis of PC, and is closely related to immunological characteristics in PC. IHC analysis confirmed that GPRASP1 is significantly down-regulated in PC compared with normal tissues. The expression of GPRASP1 is significantly negatively correlated with clinical features (histologic grade, T stage, and TNM stage), and is an independent predictor of favorable prognosis, regardless of other clinicopathological features (HR: 0.69, 95% CI 0.54-0.92, p= 0.011). The etiological investigation found that the abnormal expression of GPRASP1 was related to DNA methylation and CNV frequency. Subsequently, the high expression of GPRASP1 was significantly correlated with immune cell infiltration (CD8 + T cell, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)), immune-related pathways(cytolytic activity, check-point, human leukocyte antigen (HLA)), immune checkpoint inhibitors (CTLA4, HAVCR2, LAG3, PDCD1 and TIGIT), immunomodulators ( CCR4/5/6, CXCL9, CXCR4/5), and immunogenicity(immune score, neoantigen, TMB(tumor mutation burden)). Finally, IPS (immunophenoscore) and TIDE (tumor immune dysfunction and exclusion) analysis demonstrated that GPRASP1 expression levels can accurately predict the immunotherapeutic response. CONCLUSION GPRASP1 is a promising candidate biomarker that plays a role in the occurrence, development, and prognosis of PC. Evaluating GPRASP1 expression will aid in the characterization of tumor microenvironment (TME) infiltration and orient more efficient immunotherapy strategies.

Abstract
Obesity may have an effect on cancer outcomes, resulting in global inequalities in cancer survival and death. Microarray data analysis was done to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in obese and cancer patients. Total 1977 differentially expressed genes among obesity and gastric cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer were used to build a gene interaction network, which was then analyzed by using Cytoscape software. It has been identified that JUN, CXCL12, and LEP genes show a higher degree and stress, and play an important role in obesity and cancer progression. Further, CXCL12 and LEP were taken for virtual screening study with coumarin and its derivatives to develop a drug against obesity and cancer. The interactions of CXCL12 and LEP with coumarins were studied by molecular docking and it shows good interaction as well as docking score as compared to the standard one. The ADME properties were predicted to check the drug-likeness activity of coumarins and the most of the drug-likeness activities are in admire range. The Binding free energy of the docked complex was calculated by performing MM-GBSA. The molecular docking, ADME properties prediction, and MM-GBSA was performed on Maestro 12.6. The top docked score compounds were further subjected to molecular dynamic simulation to check the stability by using GROMACS. The MM-PBSA study was performed to calculate the binding energy components as well as the energy contributions of specific amino acids. The resultant compounds could be a potent anti-obesity and anti-cancer drug.Communicated by Ramaswamy H. Sarma.

Abstract
Background The mitochondrial unfolded protein response (UPRmt) is a mitochondria stress response, which exerts a crucial role in maintaining mitochondrial proteostasis during stress. However, there is no bibliometric analyses systematically studied this field which could comprehensively review research trends, evaluate publication performances and provide future perspectives. Methods Articles investigating UPRmt published between 1994 and 2021 were downloaded from the Core Collection of the Web of Science (WOS). CiteSpace and VOSviewer bibliometric software were applied for bibliometric and visual analyses. Results A total of 2,073 papers researching UPRmt were retrieved. According to the published number of papers, the field of UPRmt research has gone through its infancy (after 2000) and rapid growth (after 2021) phases. The United States and China contributed the most to UPRmt research. Regarding the distribution of institutions, Harvard University was the most influential institution. The most prolific authors are Johan Auwerx and CM Haynes. PLoS One is the most extensive journal in the field of UPRmt research, while the Cell Death and Differentiation journal had the greatest impact among the most-authored journals. Moreover, biochemistry/molecular biology, and cell biology are the largest subject areas. UPRmt research is mainly categorized as UPRmt, transcription, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, lipotoxicity, mitophagy, inflammation, skeletal muscle, hypoxia, apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, neurodegeneration, mitochondrial permeability transition, and integrated stress response. Conclusions At present, research on UPRmt is booming. Further strengthening the cooperation and exchanges between countries, institutions, and authors in the future will surely promote the development of this field.

Abstract
Background In recent years, hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) has gained popularity in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Although several studies have been published, no bibliometric analysis have been conducted on this topic. Objectives To understand the development status and future trends in the application of HAIC, we conducted bibliometric analysis to examine the cooperation and influence among countries, institutions, authors, and journals. Methods All relevant articles and reviews on the use of HAIC in HCC treatment were retrieved from the Web of Science database. A bibliometric analysis of countries, institutions, journals, authors, and keywords related to this field was performed using R and VOSviewer software. The main aspects analyzed were the research status and key fields of HAIC in HCC treatment. Results A total of 1026 articles published in 292 journals by 4937 authors from 959 institutions between 1974 and 2021 were retrieved. A rapid increase in articles published after 1990 was observed, which reached the peak in 2021. Japan had the most publications and citations. Yonsei University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Hiroshima University were the three leading institutions in research on this topic. Kwang-Hyub Han and Masatoshi Kudo have the greatest academic influence in this field. Most publications were made in the Hepato-Gastroenterology, whereas cancer had the most citations. The main aspects of HAIC treatment of HCC include HAIC and TACE, chemotherapy drug selection, HAIC and targeted therapy and immunotherapy, HAIC and surgery, and hepatotoxicity. Keywords such as FOLFOX, lenvatinib, hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy are hot words in this field in recent years. Conclusion The research on the use of HAIC in the treatment of HCC has been on the rise. Currently, HAIC combined with targeted therapy or immunotherapy has attracted significant attention.

Abstract
Background Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are one of the most popular and severe complications of diabetes. The persistent non-healing of DFUs may eventually contribute to severe complications such as amputation, which presents patients with significant physical and psychological challenges. Fibroblasts are critical cells in wound healing and perform essential roles in all phases of wound healing. In diabetic foot patients, the disruption of fibroblast function exacerbates the non-healing of the wound. This study aimed to summarize the hotspots and evaluate the global research trends on fibroblast-related DFUs through bibliometric analysis. Methods Scientific publications on the study of fibroblast-related DFUs from January 1, 2000 to April 27, 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Biblioshiny software was primarily performed for the visual analysis of the literature, CiteSpace software and VOSviewer software were used to validate the results. Results A total of 479 articles on fibroblast-related DFUs were retrieved. The most published countries, institutions, journals, and authors in this field were the USA, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Wound Repair and Regeneration, and Seung-Kyu Han. In addition, keyword co-occurrence networks, historical direct citation networks, thematic map, and the trend topics map summarize the research hotspots and trends in this field. Conclusion Current studies indicated that research on fibroblast-related DFUs is attracting increasing concern and have clinical implications. The cellular and molecular mechanisms of the DFU pathophysiological process, the molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targets associated with DFUs angiogenesis, and the measures to promote DFUs wound healing are three worthy research hotspots in this field.

Abstract
Background As a malignant digestive system tumor, pancreatic cancer has unique metabolic characteristics. In recent years, the study of pancreatic cancer metabolism is in full swing, which provides a new direction for the treatment of pancreatic cancer patients. However, there is no systematic report of pancreatic cancer metabolism. In this paper, bibliometrics and visualization methods were used to analyze the number of publications, countries/regions, authors, institutions, journals, co-cited references, and keywords of pancreatic cancer metabolism articles, to summarize the research trends and predict research hotspots. Methods We searched, screened and downloaded articles on pancreatic cancer metabolism through the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Using CiteSpace, VOSviewer and Bibliometrix Package to analyze publications, countries/regions, authors, institutions, journals, co-cited references, and keywords of pancreatic cancer metabolism to identify research trends and predict research hotspots. Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 5,255 articles were retrieved during the period 1943-2022. The number of publications on pancreatic cancer metabolism is increasing year by year. The United States (n=1602, 30.49%), China (n=1074, 20.44%), and Italy (n=313, 5.96%) are the three countries with the largest number of publications and citations, and there is close cooperation between countries. LI J (n=55) is the most prolific author. FUDAN UNIV (n=348) is the most published institution. CANCERS (n=118), PLOS ONE (n=93), and CANCER RESEARCH (n=80) are the most popular journals in this field. "Nutriment-deficient environment", "cancer chemoprevention" and "targeting cancer stem cell" are the main areas of focus. "immunotherapy", "ferroptosis" and "targeted therapy" are hot keywords in recent years. Taking pancreatic cancer metabolism as an entry point to study the role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) mainly focuses on curcumin and resveratrol, lack of broader and deeper research on TCM. Conclusions The number of publications on pancreatic cancer metabolism has generally increased, and scholars have generally paid more attention to this field. "immunotherapy", "ferroptosis" and "targeted therapy" are the current research hotspots. The in-depth study of pancreatic cancer metabolism will provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.

Abstract
Background Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has developed over the past few decades into a reliable technology for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Through a bibliometric analysis, this research attempted to evaluate the characteristics of the top 100 articles on ERCP that had the most citations. Methods We extracted pertinent publications from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) on July 9, 2022. The top 100 ERCP articles with the most citations were identified and analyzed. The following data were extracted: publication year, country/region, organization, total citation times, annual citation times, research type and research field, etc. To implement the network’s visual analysis, a bibliographic coupling network based on keywords was built using the VOSviewer 1.6.17 program. Results The journal with the most publications were GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPY, with 45 articles. Most of the top 100 articles came from the United States (n = 47) and Italy (n = 14). Indiana University and the University of Amsterdam were among the most important institutions in ERCP research. ML Freeman of the University of Minnesota contributed the highest number (n = 9) and the most highly cited paper. The age of the paper and article type is closely related to citation frequency. Of the 100 most-cited articles, clinical application in the field of ERCP has focused on three aspects: diagnosis, treatment, and complications. Clinical use of ERCP has shifted from diagnosis to treatment. Post-ERCP pancreatitis is the focus of attention, and the clinical application of technically complex therapeutic ERCP is the future development trend. Conclusion This study lists the most influential articles in ERCP by exposing the current state of the field, and showing the evolution of research trends to provide perspective for the future development of ERCP.

Abstract
Objective: Necroptosis represents a new target for cancer immunotherapy and is considered a form of cell death that overcomes apoptosis resistance and enhances tumor immunogenicity. Herein, we aimed to determine necroptosis subtypes and investigate the roles of necroptosis in pancreatic cancer therapy. Methods: Based on the expression of prognostic necroptosis genes in pancreatic cancer samples from TCGA and ICGC cohorts, a consensus clustering approach was implemented for robustly identifying necroptosis subtypes. Immunogenic features were evaluated according to immune cell infiltrations, immune checkpoints, HLA molecules, and cancer-immunity cycle. The sensitivity to chemotherapy agents was estimated using the pRRophetic package. A necroptosis-relevant risk model was developed with a multivariate Cox regression analysis. Results: Five necroptosis subtypes were determined for pancreatic cancer (C1∼C5) with diverse prognosis, immunogenic features, and chemosensitivity. In particular, C4 and C5 presented favorable prognosis and weakened immunogenicity; C2 had high immunogenicity; C1 had undesirable prognosis and high genetic mutations. C5 was the most sensitive to known chemotherapy agents (cisplatin, gemcitabine, docetaxel, and paclitaxel), while C4 displayed resistance to aforementioned agents. The necroptosis-relevant risk model could accurately predict prognosis, immunogenicity, and chemosensitivity. Conclusion: Our findings provided a conceptual framework for comprehending necroptosis in pancreatic cancer biology. Future work is required for evaluating its relevance in the design of combined therapeutic regimens and guiding the best choice for immuno- and chemotherapy.

Abstract
Machine learning and semantic analysis are computer-based methods to evaluate complex relationships and predict future perspectives. We used these technologies to define recent, current and future topics in pancreatic cancer research. Publications indexed under the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) term 'Pancreatic Neoplasms' from January 1996 to October 2021 were downloaded from PubMed. Using the statistical computing language R and the interpreted, high-level, general-purpose programming language Python, we extracted publication dates, geographic information, and abstracts from each publication's metadata for bibliometric analyses. The generative statistical algorithm "latent Dirichlet allocation" (LDA) was applied to identify specific research topics and trends. The unsupervised "Louvain algorithm" was used to establish a network to identify relationships between single topics. A total of 60,296 publications were identified and analyzed. The publications were derived from 133 countries, mostly from the Northern Hemisphere. For the term "pancreatic cancer research", 12,058 MeSH terms appeared 1,395,060 times. Among them, we identified the four main topics "Clinical Manifestation and Diagnosis", "Review and Management", "Treatment Studies", and "Basic Research". The number of publications has increased rapidly during the past 25 years. Based on the number of publications, the algorithm predicted that "Immunotherapy", Prognostic research", "Protein expression", "Case reports", "Gemcitabine and mechanism", "Clinical study of gemcitabine", "Operation and postoperation", "Chemotherapy and resection", and "Review and management" as current research topics. To our knowledge, this is the first study on this subject of pancreatic cancer research, which has become possible due to the improvement of algorithms and hardware.

Abstract
Background Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly heterogeneous breast cancer subtype with a poor prognosis due to its extremely aggressive nature and lack of effective treatment options. This study aims to summarize the current hotspots of TNBC research and evaluate the TNBC research trends, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods Scientific publications of TNBC-related studies from January 1, 2010 to October 17, 2020 were obtained from the Web of Science database. The BICOMB software was used to obtain the high-frequency keywords layout. The gCLUTO was used to produce a biclustering analysis on the binary matrix of word-paper. The co-occurrence and collaboration analysis between authors, countries, institutions, and keywords were performed by VOSviewer software. Keyword burst detection was performed by CiteSpace. Results A total of 12,429 articles related to TNBC were identified. During 2010-2020, the most productive country/region and institution in TNBC field was the USA and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, respectively. Cancer Research, Journal of Clinical Oncology, and Annals of Oncology were the first three periodicals with maximum publications in TNBC research. Eight research hotspots of TNBC were identified by co-word analysis. In the core hotspots, research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy, paclitaxel therapy, and molecular typing of TNBC is relatively mature. Research on immunotherapy and PARP inhibitor for TNBC is not yet mature but is the current focus of this field. Burst detection of keywords showed that studies on TNBC proteins and receptors, immunotherapy, target, and tumor cell migration showed bursts in recent three years. Conclusion The current study revealed that TNBC studies are growing. Attention should be paid to the latest hotspots, such as immunotherapy, PARP inhibitors, target, and TNBC proteins and receptors.

Abstract
Background: Emerging research suggests that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in a variety of developmental or physiological processes of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Various differentially expressed lncRNAs have been identified in HCC. Thus, a deeper analysis of recent research concerning lncRNA and HCC development could provide scientists with a valuable reference for future studies. Methods: Related publications were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. CiteSpace version 5.6.R4 was employed to conduct bibliometric analysis. Several network maps were constructed to evaluate the collaborations between different countries, institutions, authors, journals, and keywords. Results: A total of 2,667 records were initially found from the year of 2010–2020. The annual related publications output had increased dramatically during these years. Although China was the most prolific country in terms of research publication, the United States played a leading role in collaborative network. The Nanjing Medical University was the most productive institute in the field of lncRNAs in HCC development. Gang Chen was the most prolific researcher, while Yang F was the most frequently co-cited author. Oncotarget, Cell, and Oncogene were the most highly co-cited journals. The most recent burst keywords were interaction, database, and pathway. Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive overview for the field of lncRNAs in HCC development based on bibliometric and visualized methods. The results would provide a reference for scholars focusing on this field.

Abstract
Objectives To identify the cooperation and impact of authors, countries, institutions, and journals, evaluate the knowledge base, find the hotspot trends, and detect the emerging topics regarding ferroptosis research. Methods The articles and reviews related to ferroptosis were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection on November 1, 2020. Two scientometric software (CiteSpace 5.7 and VOSviewer 1.6.15) were used to perform bibliometric and knowledge-map analysis. Results A total of 1,267 papers were included, in 466 academic journals by 6,867 authors in 438 institutions from 61 countries/regions. The ferroptosis-related publications were increasing rapidly. Cell Death & Disease published the most papers on ferroptosis, while Cell was the top co-cited journal, publication journals and co-cited journals were major in the molecular and biology fields. The United States and China were the most productive countries; meanwhile, the University of Pittsburgh, Columbia University and Guangzhou Medical University were the most active institutions. Brent R Stockwell published the most papers, while Scott J Dixon had the most co-citations; simultaneously, active cooperation existed in ferroptosis researchers. Ten references on reviews, mechanisms, and diseases were regarded as the knowledge base. Five main aspects of ferroptosis research included regulation mechanisms, nervous system injury, cancer, relationships with other types of cell death, and lipid peroxidation. The latest hotspots were nanoparticle, cancer therapy, iron metabolism, and in-depth mechanism. Notably Nrf2 might have turning significance. The emerging topics on ferroptosis research were the further molecular mechanism of ferroptosis and the wider application of ferroptosis-related disease with advanced technology. Conclusion This study performed a full overview of the ferroptosis research using bibliometric and visual methods. The information would provide helpful references for scholars focusing on ferroptosis.
