Abstract
The Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire (DCDQ) is widely used as a brief parent questionnaire designed to screen for motor coordination in children, aged 5 to 15 years. There is no validated version of the DCDQ for the Central Europe, which could help for first catch of children with motor difficulties, whose amount has been seriously raised. In addition, the World Health Organization recommends the cross-cultural validation of existing instruments, for Loir costs and time consuming, and the availability of instruments in several languages enables therapists to use validated tools with non-English speaking clients. The aim of this study was to validate the DCDQ in the Czech culture in a population of Czech parents whose children were aged six to ten. Using data from 651 Czech parents of children (six to ten years; 7.8 ± 0.8 years), confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) were used. The goodness-of-fit indices CFI = 0.94, TLI = 0.93, and RMSEA = 0.08 supported the original three-factor model of the DCDQ. In addition, the factor loadings of each question discovered in Czech DCDQ were non-significantly different from the original DCDQ. Furthermore, we also found strong between factor correlation; general coordination and control movement r = 0.87 probably measure the same underlying construct. Even though this is in conformity with original DCDQ structure, we suggest that responses in these two DCDQ factors might have violated the local independency and, therefore, could bias the final score. The generic reliability of the individual factors was acceptable and ranged from McDonald ω 0.83-0.88. Results from this study suggest that cross-validated version of the original DCDQ can be considered as sufficiently valid and reliable clinical screening tool for children who have coordination challenges for Czech children aged six to ten.

Abstract
PURPOSE The extended version of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) aims to better understand acceptance of technology. The objective of this study was to translate the English UTAUT2-based questionnaire to Canadian French. METHODS The translation included five steps: (1) Forward translation, (2) Synthesis of the translated versions, (3) Backward translation, (4) Synthesis by a multidisciplinary committee and proposal of the Pre-final Canadian French version, and (5) Cognitive debriefing. Cognitive debriefing included the assessment of the questionnaire items' clarity by (1) a sample of workers, and (2) rehabilitation professionals. Any item not reaching an 80% inter-rater agreement for clarity or relevance was re-evaluated. RESULTS The multidisciplinary committee included six researchers and clinicians from four different backgrounds. Twelve workers and 12 experts participated in the cognitive debriefing. Each item (n = 40) was judged as "clear" by at least 92% of the worker sample. Six and four items were reviewed following clarity and relevance assessments. The final version was approved unanimously. CONCLUSION A Canadian French version of the UTAUT2-based questionnaire has been developed. Studies are necessary to examine cultural and semantic equivalence of the original and translated versions, and the cultural appropriateness of the questionnaire.IMPLICATIONS FOR REHABILITATIONThere is an exponential growth in technology, including in the rehabilitation field.Implementing rehabilitation technology into clinical practice remains a challenge.The UTAUT model, and its extension, help to better understand the acceptance of technology before its implementation.The UTAUT2-based questionnaire evaluates the acceptability of rehabilitation technology prior to implementation.

Abstract
Neurodevelopmental disorders are frequent but underestimated in adult populations, even though the cognitive profile of those affected remains atypical throughout adulthood and the disorders can cause significant impairment in activities of daily living. Retrospective diagnosis in this population is challenging. In this article, the GREDEV (working group for the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders in adults) proposes a brief screening questionnaire for patients with suspected neurodevelopmental disorders, a checklist to facilitate taking the patient history, a list of self-administered questionnaires, and the different key steps of diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders in adults.

Abstract
Importance: The Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire (DCDQ) is the most widely used measure of difficulties with activities of daily living and academic performance in children with developmental coordination disorder, but this tool has not been adapted for use in Spain.
Objective: To translate and cross-culturally adapt the DCDQ into European Spanish (DCDQ–ES) for use in assessing motor coordination in Spanish children.
Design: Cross-cultural adaptation and preliminary validation study.
Setting: Community and mainstream schools in Spain.
Participants: A committee of five experts oversaw the cross-cultural adaptation process. A community-based convenience sample of 31 parents of children ages 5–14 yr was used to test the comprehensibility of the DCDQ–ES. Preliminary reliability was tested with 35 randomly selected parents of children ages 6–12 yr.
Outcomes and Measures: The DCDQ was translated into European Spanish and cross-culturally adapted following international guidelines. Comprehensibility was assessed using cognitive debriefing interviews. The final version of the DCDQ–ES was used for the reliability analysis.
Results: Cultural relevance and equivalence and idiomatic differences between the DCDQ and DCDQ–ES were evaluated. Comprehensibility analysis led to minor modifications that facilitated comprehension and interpretation. Internal consistency and homogeneity of the DCDQ–ES were good (Cronbach’s α = .857, corrected item–total correlations = .268–.692).
Conclusions and Relevance: The DCDQ–ES is conceptually and semantically equivalent to DCDQ and was successfully cross-culturally adapted for the European Spanish context. Preliminary data suggest that the DCDQ–ES is a reliable measure of motor coordination in Spanish children.
What This Article Adds: This study provides evidence of the cultural equivalence of the DCDQ–ES for use with Spanish children. Occupational therapists in Spain can use the DCDQ–ES to evaluate children’s motor coordination difficulties in everyday activities.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Early identification of children with motor difficulties, such as developmental coordination disorder (DCD), is essential. At present only a fraction of children with DCD are identified. The purpose of the study was to systematically review the literature from 1994 to 2017 on observational screening tools and to evaluate the validity, reliability and usability of the questionnaires used. METHODS The review of the literature was conducted to synthesize the data from five electronic databases for children aged 6-12 years. The following databases were searched: Academic search Elite (EBSCO), ERIC (ProQuest), MEDLINE (Ovid), PsycINFO (ProQuest), and SPORTDiscus with Full Text (EBSCO). The studies meeting our inclusion criteria were analyzed to assess the psychometric properties and feasibility of the measures. RESULTS The literature search retrieved 1907 potentially relevant publications. The final number of studies that met the inclusion criteria of our systematic review was 45. There were 11 questionnaires for parents, teachers and children. None of the questionnaires was valid for population-based screening as the only measurement tool. CONCLUSIONS There are many challenges in using initial screening tools to identify children with motor difficulties. Nevertheless, many promising questionnaires are being developed that can provide information on functional skills and limitations across a variety of tasks and settings in the daily lives of children with DCD. The review provides much needed information about the current scales used in many clinical, educational and research settings. Implications for assessing psychometric properties of the developed questionnaires and further research are discussed. TRIAL REGISTRATION PROSPERO, CRD42018087532 .

Abstract
BACKGROUND The Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire'07 (DCDQ'07) is a parent-report measure to identify children at risk for Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD). We developed a French version of the DCDQ'07 (DCDQ-FE) that has shown excellent inter-language reliability (intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) = 0.91) and is culturally relevant for use in European countries. The aims of this study were to examine the internal consistency, test-retest reliability, construct validity of the Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire-French European (DCDQ-FE), as well as establish a cut-off score. METHODS The psychometric properties of the DCDQ-FE were examined with a clinical group of 30 children (mean age: 9.4 years, SD = 2.6) and a control group of 43 children (mean age: 9.1 years, SD = 2.4). Their parents (n = 73) filled out the DCDQ-FE at a first sitting and 70 of them filled it out 38 days later in average for test-retest reliability. The children were assessed using the Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2 (MABC-2) so as to measure the convergent validity of the DCDQ-FE. The cut-off score was determined with an additional sample of 42 children according to scores on the MABC-2 (≥ 16th percentile) (n = 115). RESULTS AND IMPLICATIONS Internal consistency of the DCDQ-FE was excellent (Cronbach's alpha = 0.96) and test-retest reliability was good (ICC = 0.956) with no differences between scores obtained at the two sittings (p > 0.05). Differences in scores between children in the clinical and control groups (Z = -6.58, p < 0.001) provide evidence of construct validity. The correlation obtained between DCDQ-FE and MABC-2 scores (Spearman's rho correlation coefficient = 0.802, p < 0.001) supports convergent validity. Using a cut-off of 56, overall sensitivity and specificity were 85.0% and 81.6% respectively (area under the curve = 0.896). The DCDQ-FE is a reliable and valid questionnaire for detecting children who are at risk for DCD in a European-French population of children aged 5 to 15 years old.

Abstract
PURPOSE Worldwide healthcare systems continue to struggle to reduce the unmet needs of a growing population of breast cancer survivors (BCSs). The Cancer Survivor Profile-Breast Cancer (CSPro-BC) survey was developed to address BCS's specific needs. This study aims to produce a culturally adapted French version of the CSPro-BC. METHODS The CSPro-BC(French) was developed through five steps including back translation, use of a multidisciplinary committee, and pretest with BCS (n = 22). Healthcare providers (HCP) (n = 7) from cancer and primary care settings were also interviewed to obtain perceptions of facilitators and barriers to utilization in daily practice. RESULTS BCS were 40-69 years old (50%), ≥ 5 years post-diagnosis (45%), received chemotherapy alone or in combination (73%). Questionnaire instructions were perceived as clear, the number of questions (n = 73) acceptable, the questions non-intrusive and not complicated. Clarity of questions (min = 1; max = 7) ranged from 4 to 7 with a mean score of 5.9 out of 7. HCP perceived the CSPro-BC(French) as useful for improving communication with BCS. However, HCP stressed implementation concerns regarding competencies, BCS acceptability, and limited resources in the healthcare system to meet the identified concerns. CONCLUSIONS CSPro-BC(French) is a credible tool for assessment in Francophone nations. Our study provides an important perspective in the translation method, including both survivors and HCP perspectives. Further research is required to evaluate its psychometric qualities, sensitivity to change and its clinical signification. IMPLICATIONS FOR CANCER SURVIVORS Access to assessment tools specific to French-speaking cancer survivors having a potential to improve support from HCP and self-management capacity for BCS.
