Abstract
Peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by the origin of mature T-cells. PTCL demonstrates atypical clinical features and involves both nodal and extra-nodal sites. The diagnosis and treatment of PTCL can prove to be challenging, as it is often detected at advanced stages and is resistant to conventional chemotherapy treatments. The present report describes a 55-year-old male patient who presented with acute pancreatitis, and imaging suggested a soft tissue mass in the pancreatic head indicating pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Further investigation through ultrasound-guided biopsy led to the diagnosis of pancreatic PTCL not otherwise specified.

Abstract
Primary pancreatic lymphoma is a rare pancreatic malignancy, reportedly accounting for only 0.2-0.7% of all primary pancreatic tumors. Primary pancreatic lymphoma is often difficult to distinguish from other diseases, such as acute pancreatitis. We herein report the autopsy of a patient with primary pancreatic lymphoma with imaging findings resembling those of severe acute pancreatitis, with a focus on the gross and histological features.

Abstract
Pancreatic involvement in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) may go unrecognised. There are only a few paediatric cases; nevertheless, presentation with pancreatic involvement in an adult patient with ALL has been reported rarely. Our 52-year-old male patient came to us with abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting; he had pancreatic enlargement on CT. He was diagnosed with common B-cell ALL with pancreatic involvement. The patient obtained haematological remission and the pancreatic enlargement regressed after chemotherapy, but later he had central nervous system and liver relapses. He died 6 months after diagnosis because of progressive pneumonia and chemotherapy-resistant ALL with multiple extramedullary relapses.

Abstract
After excluding the typical causes, the underlying etiology of severe acute pancreatitis is often elusive; tumors are on the differential but may be difficult to prove in the absence of a discrete mass on imaging. In this report, we describe the case of an elderly woman with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma masquerading as acute pancreatitis. To our knowledge, only twelve other cases of pancreatic B-cell lymphoma presenting as acute pancreatitis have been described. However, while other cases involved well-circumscribed tumors of the pancreas, this is the first known case of pancreatic lymphoma of a diffusely infiltrating pattern presenting as acute pancreatitis.

Abstract
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma predominantly involving the pancreas is a rare tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. Diagnosis can be difficult, since lymphoma may mimic carcinoma or pancreatitis. Lymphoproliferative diseases induced by immunosuppressive therapy frequently occur in the gastrointestinal tract of posttransplant patients. However, pancreatic involvement of posttransplant lymphoma is an exceptional condition. We present the case of a cyclosporin-treated renal transplant recipient with pancreatic lymphoma mimicking carcinomatous or inflammatory tumors. The diagnostic difficulties and treatment options of pancreatic lymphoma as well as lymphoproliferative disorders in immunosuppressed renal recipients are discussed in light of the current literature.
