Empirical research on the role of internal social capital upon the innovation performance of cooperative firms

Late-mover advantages, innovation capability, and leapfrogging upgrading of low-carbon technology: evidence from Chinese enterprise groups

This research examines the ability of Chinese enterprise groups to leapfrog the upgrading of low-carbon technologies. A theoretical model based on backwardness advantage, innovation theory, and technological leapfrogging theory is proposed to investigate the determinants of late-mover advantage and innovation capability in Chinese provinces. The study conducted interviews with 198 selected group managers from China's top 500 manufacturing enterprises and collected data from 248 related departments through questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using the partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and verify theoretical assumptions. Results show that late-mover advantage positively and significantly affects innovation capability, indicating that Chinese enterprise groups can utilize their late-mover advantage to innovate quickly and upgrade low-carbon technology. These findings have crucial implications for China's medium-term sustainable development trajectory.

The Influence of Entrepreneurship on the Innovation Path of Cultural Enterprises Under the Background of Digital Transformation

This study aims to explore the impact mechanism of the new dimension of entrepreneurship on the innovation performance of enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The relationship between entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation performance is studied in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other high-tech enterprises represented by innovative companies. Firstly, the correlation hypothesis between variables is proposed through the induction and summary of relevant data and academic achievements. Statistical data is collected by means of a questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire includes three dimensions: 1. collective innovation, risk-taking, and integrity; 2. the survival performance and growth performance of new ventures; 3. basic information about the enterprise, such as the size, age, type, and classification of different Internet and the location. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Advanced Mortar System (AMOS) statistical software are used to carry out statistical and correlation analyses of the valid questionnaires. Finally, the proposed hypothesis is verified through regression analysis. To sum up, the main conclusions are: the correlation coefficients between innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, integrity, and enterprise survival performance are 0.401, 0.426, and 0.393, respectively, which are positive correlations. The correlation coefficients between innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, integrity, and enterprise survival performance are 0.434, 0.367, and 0.536, respectively, and there is a significant and positive correlation. It shows that entrepreneurship and its three dimensions have a significant positive impact on enterprise entrepreneurial performance. The research examines the logical relationship and influence mechanism between the entrepreneurial spirit of entrepreneurs and the innovation performance of enterprises, which has a certain guiding role in the management practice of innovative enterprises in China.

The Relationship between Collaborative Innovation Risk and Performance of Industrial Parks

From the perspective of collaborative innovation risk, the relationship between different risks and IP is explored based on the BPNN (Back Propagation Neural Network) model. Then, the SE (Synergy Effect) and the DC (Dynamic Capability) are introduced as intermediary and moderating variables. Following specific enterprise data input, the relationship between collaborative innovation risk and IP is analyzed based on deep learning and its endogenous mechanism. Conclusion: the analysis model of enterprise IP based on deep learning BPNN can well process enterprise data; different types of collaborative innovation risks in industrial parks have significantly negative effects on IP; the negative effect of organizational collaborative risk on IP is −0.268; apart from market risk factors, the other collaborative innovation methods further hinder the improvement of IP by inhibiting SE; apart from the risk of benefit distribution, the other collaborative innovation risks and IP are negatively regulated by DC, and the regulation effect on the risk of innovative factor input is the largest.
