Regularity of graphs in single valued neutrosophic environment

MABAC method for multiple attribute group decision making under single-valued neutrosophic sets and applications to performance evaluation of sustainable microfinance groups lending

As an important supplement to my country's financial institutions, micro-loan companies serve "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", small and micro enterprises, and individuals, to a certain extent, alleviating the financing difficulties of such groups and regulating private finance. However, micro-loan companies only lend but do not deposit. In the process of lending, due to inadequate risk management, the risk problem has become increasingly prominent. With the continuous growth of the loan amount of rural credit and the continuous increase of microfinance groups lending customers, it faces certain problems in its risk management, which increases the risks of the company in all aspects. The performance evaluation of sustainable microfinance groups lending is a classical MAGDM issues. In such paper, the Hamming distances of single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) and maximizing deviation method (MDM) is used to obtain the attribute weights and the single-valued neutrosophic numbers MABAC(SVNN-MABAC) method is structured for MAGDM under SVNSs. Finally, an example about performance evaluation of sustainable microfinance groups lending and some comparative decision analysis are given to proof the SVNN-MABAC.

A Further Study on Multiperiod Health Diagnostics Methodology under a Single-Valued Neutrosophic Set

Employing the concept and function of tangency with similarity measures and counterpart distances for reliable medical consultations has been extensively studied in the past decades and results in lots of isomorphic measures for application. We compared the majority of such isomorphic measures proposed by various researchers and classified them into (a) maximum norm and (b) one-norm categories. Moreover, we found that previous researchers used monotonic functions to transform an identity function and resulted in complicated expressions. In this study, we provide a theoretical foundation to explain the isomorphic nature of a newer measure proposed by the following research paper against its studied existing one in deriving the same pattern recognition results. Specifically, this study initially proposes two similarity measures using maximum norm, arithmetic mean, and aggregation operators and followed by a detailed discussion on their mathematical characteristics. Subsequently, a simplified version of such measures is presented for easy application. This study completely covers two previous methods to point out that the complex approaches used were unnecessary. The findings will help physicians, patients, and their family members to obtain a proper medical diagnosis during multiple examinations.

A Novel Decision-Making Approach under Complex Pythagorean Fuzzy Environment

A complex Pythagorean fuzzy set (CPFS) is an extension of a Pythagorean fuzzy set that is used to handle the vagueness with the degrees whose ranges are enlarged from real to complex subset with unit disc. In this research study, we propose the innovative concept of complex Pythagorean fuzzy graphs (CPFGs). Further, we present the concepts of regular and edge regular graphs in a complex Pythagorean fuzzy environment. Moreover, we develop a complex Pythagorean fuzzy graph based multi-attribute decision making an approach to handling the situations in which the graphic structure of attributes is obscure. A numerical example concerning information technology improvement project selection is utilized to illustrate the availability of the developed approach.

A Novel Description on Edge-Regular q-Rung Picture Fuzzy Graphs with Application

Picture fuzzy model is a generalized structure of intuitionistic fuzzy model in the sense that it not only assigns the membership and nonmembership values in the form of orthopair ( μ , ν ) to an element, but it assigns a triplet ( μ , η , ν ) , where η denotes the neutral degree and the difference π = 1 - ( μ + η + ν ) indicates the degree of refusal. The q-rung picture fuzzy set( q -RPFS) provides a wide formal mathematical sketch in which uncertain and vague conceptual phenomenon can be precisely and rigorously studied because of its distinctive quality of vast representation space of acceptable triplets. This paper discusses some properties including edge regularity, total edge regularity and perfect edge regularity of q-rung picture fuzzy graphs (q-RPFGs). The work introduces and investigates these properties for square q-RPFGs and q-RPF line graphs. Furthermore, this study characterizes how regularity and edge regularity of q-RPFGs structurally relate. In addition, it presents the concept of ego-networks to extract knowledge from large social networks under q-rung picture fuzzy environment with algorithm.

Energy of Pythagorean Fuzzy Graphs with Applications

Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs), an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), inherit the duality property of IFSs and have a more powerful ability than IFSs to model the obscurity in practical decision-making problems. In this research study, we compute the energy and Laplacian energy of Pythagorean fuzzy graphs (PFGs) and Pythagorean fuzzy digraphs (PFDGs). Moreover, we derive the lower and upper bounds for the energy and Laplacian energy of PFGs. Finally, we present numerical examples, including the design of a satellite communication system and the evaluation of the schemes of reservoir operation to illustrate the applications of our proposed concepts in decision making.

Certain Notions of Energy in Single-Valued Neutrosophic Graphs

A single-valued neutrosophic set is an instance of a neutrosophic set, which provides us an additional possibility to represent uncertainty, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent information existing in real situations. In this research study, we present concepts of energy, Laplacian energy and signless Laplacian energy in single-valued neutrosophic graphs (SVNGs), describe some of their properties and develop relationship among them. We also consider practical examples to illustrate the applicability of the our proposed concepts.
