Several intuitionistic fuzzy hamy mean operators with complex interval values and their application in assessing the quality of tourism services

In order to assess the quality of senior tourism services in vacation destinations, we examine complex interval valued intuitionistic Fuzzy Dombi Hamy Mean (CIVIFDHM) operators. These operators successfully manage imprecision and uncertainty in the preferences of senior tourists. However, the Hamy mean (HM) operator can identify the connections between various input data sets and produce excellent outcomes when combining and evaluating information. We illustrate their usefulness and efficacy through a case study, providing a strong instrument for improving service quality for senior citizens and promoting an inclusive and fulfilling travel experience. In this work, we develop the HM operator and Dombi operations with Complex interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (CIVIFNs). We recommend the CIVIFDHM operator, complex interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (CIVIFWDHM), complex interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual Dombi Hamy mean (CIVIFDDHM), and complex interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted dual Dombi Hamy mean (CIVIFWDD) operators. Next, multiple attribute decision making (MADM) models are constructed with the help of CIVIFWDHM and CIVIFWDDHM operators. We provided an evaluation of an older tourism operator in a tourist area as an example to show the suggested models.

Fermatean Fuzzy CODAS Approach with Topology and Its Application to Sustainable Supplier Selection

A Fermatean fuzzy set (FFS) is a reliable method for representing uncertainty in “multi-criteria decision-making” (MCDM). This research seeks to examine the topological properties of FFSs and to establish the notion of “Fermatean fuzzy topology” (FFT). An FFT is the generalisation of existing fuzzy topologies. Several aspects of FFT are examined and various novel concepts are proposed, which include Fermatean fuzzy α-continuity between FFTSs and Fermatean fuzzy connectedness. To deal multiple challenges in sustainable supply chain management, a Fermatean fuzzy “combinative distance-based assessment” (CODAS) method was developed. The proposed FF CODAS technique involves various key features for MCDM. Firstly, a known reputation vector or equal expert weights is determined based on the reputation, experience and qualifications of the experts. Secondly, the Fermatean fuzzy direct rating approach is used to establish the relative relevance of criteria based on the expert group’s evaluation preferences. Thirdly, the Fermatean fuzzy CODAS approach is used to construct alternative orderings based on their assessment scores. Finally, an application is developed to show the benefit of the suggested supplier selection approach. Additionally, the symmetry of an optimal decision in application is carried out by a comparison analysis of the suggested models with some existing models.

Single-valued neutrosophic Einstein interactive aggregation operators with applications for material selection in engineering design: case study of cryogenic storage tank

Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) and their application to material selection in engineering design. Liquid hydrogen is a feasible ingredient for energy storage in a lightweight application due to its high gravimetric power density. Material selection is an essential component in engineering since it meets all of the functional criteria of the object. Materials selection is a time-consuming as well as a critical phase in the design process. Inadequate material(s) selection can have a detrimental impact on a manufacturer’s production, profitability, and credibility. Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is an important tool in the engineering design process that deals with complexities in material selection. However, the existing MCDM techniques often produce conflicting results. To address such problems, an innovative aggregation technique is proposed for material selection in engineering design based on truthness, indeterminacy, and falsity indexes of SVNSs. Taking advantage of SVNSs and smooth approximation with interactive Einstein operations, single-valued neutrosophic Einstein interactive weighted averaging and geometric operators are proposed. Based on proposed AOs, a robust MCDM approach is proposed for material selection in engineering design. A practical application of the proposed MCDM approach for material selection of cryogenic storage containers is developed. Additionally, the authenticity analysis and comparison analysis are designed to discuss the validity and rationality of the optimal decision.

A Further Study on Multiperiod Health Diagnostics Methodology under a Single-Valued Neutrosophic Set

Employing the concept and function of tangency with similarity measures and counterpart distances for reliable medical consultations has been extensively studied in the past decades and results in lots of isomorphic measures for application. We compared the majority of such isomorphic measures proposed by various researchers and classified them into (a) maximum norm and (b) one-norm categories. Moreover, we found that previous researchers used monotonic functions to transform an identity function and resulted in complicated expressions. In this study, we provide a theoretical foundation to explain the isomorphic nature of a newer measure proposed by the following research paper against its studied existing one in deriving the same pattern recognition results. Specifically, this study initially proposes two similarity measures using maximum norm, arithmetic mean, and aggregation operators and followed by a detailed discussion on their mathematical characteristics. Subsequently, a simplified version of such measures is presented for easy application. This study completely covers two previous methods to point out that the complex approaches used were unnecessary. The findings will help physicians, patients, and their family members to obtain a proper medical diagnosis during multiple examinations.

Some Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Dombi Heronian Mean Operators and their Application for Evaluating the Ecological Value of Forest Ecological Tourism Demonstration Areas

With China's sustained economic development and constant increase in national income, Chinese nationals' tourism consumption rate increases. As a major Chinese economic development engine, the domestic tourism industry has entered a transition period operation pattern featured by diversified products. Among them, as a new hot spot of the tourism industry in China, ecological tourism has enjoyed rapid development, with great potential. Thus, the ecological value evaluation of forest ecological tourism demonstration areas is very important to the domestic tourism industry. In this paper, we propose some Dombi Heronian mean operators with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs). Then, two MADM (multiple attribute decision making) methods are proposed based on IVIFWDHM (interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Heronian mean) and IVIFWDGHM (interval-valued intuitionistic weighted Dombi geometric Heronian mean) operators. Finally, we gave an experimental case for evaluating the ecological value of forest ecological tourism demonstration area to show the proposed decision methods.

MADM Based on Generalized Interval Neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar Prioritized Aggregation Operators

The interval neutrosophic set (INS) can make it easier to articulate incomplete, indeterminate, and inconsistent information, and the Schweizer-Sklar (Sh-Sk) t-norm (tm) and t-conorm (tcm) can make the information aggregation process more flexible due to a variable parameter. To take full advantage of INS and Sh-Sk operations, in this article, we expanded the Sh-Sk and to IN numbers (INNs) in which the variable parameter takes values from , develop the Sh-Sk operational laws for INNs and discussed its desirable properties. After that, based on these newly developed operational laws, two types of generalized prioritized aggregation operators are established, the generalized IN Sh-Sk prioritized weighted averaging (INSh-SkPWA) operator and the generalized IN Sh-Sk prioritized weighted geometric (INSh-SkPWG) operator. Additionally, we swot a number of valuable characteristics of these intended aggregation operators (AGOs) and created two novel decision-making models to match with multiple-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems under IN information established on INSh-SkPWA and INSh-SkPRWG operators. Finally, an expressive example regarding evaluating the technological innovation capability for the high-tech enterprises is specified to confirm the efficacy of the intended models.

Some q-Rung Picture Fuzzy Dombi Hamy Mean Operators with Their Application to Project Assessment

The recently proposed q-rung picture fuzzy set (q-RPFSs) can describe complex fuzzy and uncertain information effectively. The Hamy mean (HM) operator gets good performance in the process of information aggregation due to its ability to capturing the interrelationships among aggregated values. In this study, we extend HM to q-rung picture fuzzy environment, propose novel q-rung picture fuzzy aggregation operators, and demonstrate their application to multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). First of all, on the basis of Dombi t-norm and t-conorm (DTT), we propose novel operational rules of q-rung picture fuzzy numbers (q-RPFNs). Second, we propose some new aggregation operators of q-RPFNs based on the newly-developed operations, i.e., the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (q-RPFDHM) operator, the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi weighted Hamy mean (q-RPFDWHM) operator, the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi dual Hamy mean (q-RPFDDHM) operator, and the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi weighted dual Hamy mean (q-RPFDWDHM) operator. Properties of these operators are also discussed. Third, a new q-rung picture fuzzy MAGDM method is proposed with the help of the proposed operators. Finally, a best project selection example is provided to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the new method. The superiorities of the proposed method are illustrated through comparative analysis.

Pythagorean Fuzzy Dombi Aggregation Operators and Their Application in Decision Support System

Keeping in mind the importance and well growing Pythagorean fuzzy sets, in this paper, some novel operators for Pythagorean fuzzy sets and their properties are demonstrated. In this paper, we develop a comprehensive model to tackle decision-making problems where strong points of view are in the favour and against the some projects, entities or plans. Therefore, a new approach, based on Pythagorean fuzzy set models by means of Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi aggregation operators is proposed. An approach to deal with decision-making problems using Pythagorean Dombi averaging and Dombi geometric aggregation operators is established. This model has a stronger capability than existing averaging, geometric, Einstein, logarithmic averaging and logarithmic geometric aggregation operators for Pythagorean fuzzy information. Finally, the proposed method is demonstrated through an example of how the proposed method helps us and is effective in decision-making problems.

Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution Method for Multiple Criteria Group Decision Making under Picture 2-Tuple Linguistic Environment

In this paper, we design the EDAS (evaluation based on distance from average solution) model with picture 2-tuple linguistic numbers (P2TLNs). First, we briefly reviewed the definition of P2TLSs and introduced the score function, accuracy function, and operational laws of P2TLNs. Then, we combined the traditional EDAS model for multiple criteria group decision making (MCGDM) with P2TLNs. Our presented model was more accurate and effective for considering the conflicting attributes. Finally, a numerical case for green supplier selection was given to illustrate this new model, and some comparisons were also conducted between the picture 2-tuple linguistic weighted averaging (P2TLWA), picture 2-tuple linguistic weighted geometric (P2TLWG) aggregation operators and EDAS model with P2TLNs, to further illustrate the advantages of the new method.

Methods for Multiple-Attribute Group Decision Making with q-Rung Interval-Valued Orthopair Fuzzy Information and Their Applications to the Selection of Green Suppliers

In the practical world, there commonly exist different types of multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with uncertain information. Symmetry among some attributes’ information that is already known and unknown, and symmetry between the pure attribute sets and fuzzy attribute membership sets, can be an effective way to solve this type of MAGDM problem. In this paper, we investigate four forms of information aggregation operators, including the Hamy mean (HM) operator, weighted HM (WHM) operator, dual HM (DHM) operator, and the dual-weighted HM (WDHM) operator with the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy numbers (q-RIVOFNs). Then, some extended aggregation operators, such as the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy Hamy mean (q-RIVOFHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopairfuzzy weighted Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFDHM) operator; and q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy weighted dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWDHM) operator are presented, and some of their precious properties are studied in detail. Finally, a real example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management is provided, to demonstrate the proposed approach and to verify its rationality and scientific nature.

In this paper, we extended the Hamy mean (HM) operator, the Dombi Hamy mean (DHM) operator, the Dombi dual Hamy mean (DDHM), with the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs) to propose the intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (IFDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (IFWDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFDDHM) operator, and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFWDDHM) operator. Following this, the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) methods are proposed with these operators. To conclude, we utilized an applicable example for the selection of a car supplier to prove the proposed methods.

Models for Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Some 2-Tuple Linguistic Pythagorean Fuzzy Hamy Mean Operators

The Hamy mean (HM) operator, as a useful aggregation tool, can capture the correlation between multiple integration parameters, and the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs) are a special kind of Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PFNs), which can easily describe the fuzziness in actual decision making by 2-tuple linguistic terms (2TLTs). In this paper, to consider both Hamy mean (HM) operator and 2TLPFNs, we combine the HM operator, weighted HM (WHM) operator, dual HM (DHM) operator, and dual WHM (DWHM) operator with 2TLPFNs to propose the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy HM (2TLPFHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy WHM (2TLPFWHM) operator, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy DHM (2TLPFDHM) operator and 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy DWHM (2TLPFDWHM) operator. Then some multiple attribute decision making (MADM) procedures are developed based on these operators. At last, an applicable example for green supplier selection is given.

Methods for Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Information

Interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (IVPFNs) can easily describe the incomplete and indeterminate information by degrees of membership and non-membership, and the Hamy mean (HM) operator and dual HM (DHM) operators are a good tool for dealing with multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems because it can capture the interrelationship among the multi-input arguments. Motivated by the studies regarding the HM operator and dual HM operator, we expand the HM operator and dual HM (DMM) operator to process the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (IVPFNs) and then to solve the MADM problems. Firstly, we propose some HM and DHM operators with IVPFNs. Moreover, we present some new methods to solve MADM problems with the IVPFNs. Finally, an applicable example is given.
