Abstract
In indeterminate and inconsistent setting, existing simplified neutrosophic indeterminate set (SNIS) can be depicted by the neutrosophic number (NN) functions of the truth, falsity and indeterminacy. Then, the three NN functions in SNIS lack their refined expressions and then the simplified neutrosophic indeterminate decision making (DM) method cannot carry out the multicriteria DM problems with both criteria and sub-criteria in the setting of SNISs. To overcome the flaws, this study first proposes a new notion of a refined simplified neutrosophic indeterminate set (RSNIS), which is described by the refined truth, falsity and indeterminate NN information regarding both elements and sub-elements in a universe set, as the extension of SNIS. Next, we propose the arccosine and arctangent similarity measures of RSNISs and their multicriteria DM method with various indeterminate risk ranges so as to carry out multicriteria DM problems with weight values of both criteria and sub-criteria in RSNIS setting. Lastly, the proposed DM method is applied to a multicriteria DM example of slope design schemes for an open pit mine to illustrate its application in the indeterminate DM problem with RSNISs. The decision results and comparative analysis indicate the rationality and efficiency of the proposed DM method with different indeterminate risk ranges.

Abstract
Port as an irreplaceable important node in the process of logistics is a special form of the integrated logistics system, which completes the basic logistics service and value-added services in the global supply chain logistics system. At present, the port logistics service has become an important breakthrough in the competition of ports, the improvement of port logistics competitiveness has great influence on the development of port and port city and even the area economic development. Analyzing from the port logistics competitiveness, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system and proposes a single-value neutrosophic cosine measure method to evaluate the port logistics competitiveness of five sample ports, and gets the score sorting of the logistics competitiveness of these five ports. This method as a helpful tool is clear and easy for port logistics competitiveness evaluation during actual application.

Abstract
Employing the concept and function of tangency with similarity measures and counterpart distances for reliable medical consultations has been extensively studied in the past decades and results in lots of isomorphic measures for application. We compared the majority of such isomorphic measures proposed by various researchers and classified them into (a) maximum norm and (b) one-norm categories. Moreover, we found that previous researchers used monotonic functions to transform an identity function and resulted in complicated expressions. In this study, we provide a theoretical foundation to explain the isomorphic nature of a newer measure proposed by the following research paper against its studied existing one in deriving the same pattern recognition results. Specifically, this study initially proposes two similarity measures using maximum norm, arithmetic mean, and aggregation operators and followed by a detailed discussion on their mathematical characteristics. Subsequently, a simplified version of such measures is presented for easy application. This study completely covers two previous methods to point out that the complex approaches used were unnecessary. The findings will help physicians, patients, and their family members to obtain a proper medical diagnosis during multiple examinations.

Abstract
Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) include single-value neutrosophic numbers and linguistic variable numbers, which have been proposed by Fang and Ye. In this paper, we define the linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein sum, linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein product, and linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein exponentiation operations based on the Einstein operation. Then, we analyze some of the relationships between these operations. For LNN aggregation problems, we put forward two kinds of LNN aggregation operators, one is the LNN Einstein weighted average operator and the other is the LNN Einstein geometry (LNNEWG) operator. Then we present a method for solving decision-making problems based on LNNEWA and LNNEWG operators in the linguistic neutrosophic environment. Finally, we apply an example to verify the feasibility of these two methods.

Abstract
Cut sets, decomposition theorem and representation theorem have a great influence on the realization of the transformation of fuzzy sets and classical sets, and the single-valued neutrosophic multisets (SVNMSs) as the generalization of fuzzy sets, which cut sets, decomposition theorem and representation theorem have the similar effects, so they need to be studied in depth. In this paper, the decomposition theorem, representation theorem and the application of a new similarity measures of SVNMSs are studied by using theoretical analysis and calculations. The following are the main results: (1) The notions, operation and operational properties of the cut sets and strong cut sets of SVNMSs are introduced and discussed; (2) The decomposition theorem and representation theorem of SVNMSs are established and rigorously proved. The decomposition theorem and the representation theorem of SVNMSs are the theoretical basis for the development of SVNMSs. The decomposition theorem provides a new idea for solving the problem of SVNMSs, and points out the direction for the principle of expansion of SVNMSs. (3) Based on the decomposition theorem and representation theorem of SVNMSs, a new notion of similarity measure of SVNMSs is proposed by applying triple integral. And this new similarity is applied to the practical problem of multicriteria decision-making, which explains the efficacy and practicability of this decision-making method. The new similarity is not only a way to solve the problem of multi-attribute decision-making, but also contains an important mathematical idea, that is, the idea of transformation.
