Abstract
In the face of practical problems such as the increasing demand for shared bicycles and the number of faulty vehicles which are hard to handle and repair in time, shared bicycles operators tend to outsource recycling services to suppliers. To solve the problem of recycling supplier selection, this paper constructs a novel evaluation index system involving the three traditional dimensions and introduces an interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (IVPF) hybrid weighted decision-making model based on the self-confidence level. Subsequently, the self-confidence IVPF hybrid weighted average geometric operator and self-confidence IVPF ordered hybrid weighted average geometric operator are proposed by integrating the self-confidence level of experts, the superiority of the weighted and geometric average rules. The significant merit of the developed operators is that they can incorporate the self-confidence level of the expert as well as effectively combine the characteristics of the weighted and geometric average mechanism. A multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) framework is then constructed by using the proposed aggregation approach. Finally, on the basis of the established evaluation index system, a case concerning the green recycling supplier selection of shared bicycles is applied to display the superiority and practicability of the presented method.

Abstract
It is prominent important for managers to assess the personal risk of mental patients. The evaluation process refers to numerous indexes, and the evaluation values are general portrayed by uncertainty information. In order to conveniently model the complicated uncertainty information in realistic decision making, interval-valued complex Pythagorean fuzzy set is proposed. Firstly, with the aid of Einstein t-norm and t-conorm, four fundamental operations for interval-valued complex Pythagorean fuzzy number (IVCPFN) are constructed along with some operational properties. Subsequently, according to these proposed operations, the weighted average and weighted geometric forms of aggregation operators are initiated for fusing IVCPFNs, and their anticipated properties are also examined. In addition, a multiple attribute decision making issue is examined under the framework of IVCPFNs when employing the novel suggested operators. Ultimately, an example regarding the assessment on personal risk of mental patients is provided to reveal the practicability of the designed approach, and the attractiveness of our results is further found through comparing with other extant approaches. The main novelty of the coined approach is that it not only can preserve the original assessment information adequately by utilizing the IVCPFNs, but also can aggregate IVCPFNs effectively.

Abstract
In this article, we investigate the multi-criteria decision-making complications under Pythagorean fuzzy soft information. The Pythagorean fuzzy soft set (PFSS) is a proper extension of the Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) which discusses the parametrization of the attributes of alternatives. It is also a generalization of the intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (IFSS). The PFSS is used to precisely evaluate the deficiencies, anxiety, and hesitation in decision-making (DM). The most essential determination of the current study is to advance some operational laws along with aggregation operators (AOs) within the Pythagorean fuzzy soft environs such as Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted average (PFSIWA) and Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted geometric (PFSIWG) operators with their desirable features. Furthermore, a DM technique has been established based on the developed operators to solve multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. Moreover, an application of the projected method is presented for the selection of an effective hand sanitizer during the COVID-19 pandemic. A comparative analysis with the merits, effectivity, tractability, along with some available research deduces the effectiveness of this approach.

Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the multi-criteria decision-making complications under intuitionistic fuzzy hypersoft set (IFHSS) information. The IFHSS is a proper extension of the intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (IFSS) which discusses the parametrization of multi-sub attributes of considered parameters, and accommodates more hesitation comparative to IFSS utilizing the multi sub-attributes of the considered parameters. The main objective of this research is to introduce operational laws for intuitionistic fuzzy hypersoft numbers (IFHSNs). Additionally, based on developed operational laws two aggregation operators (AOs), i.e., intuitionistic fuzzy hypersoft weighted average (IFHSWA) and intuitionistic fuzzy hypersoft weighted geometric (IFHSWG), operators have been presented with their fundamental properties. Furthermore, a decision-making approach has been established utilizing our developed aggregation operators (AOs). Through the established approach, a technique for solving decision-making (DM) complications is proposed to select sustainable suppliers in sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). Moreover, a numerical description is presented to ensure the validity and usability of the proposed technique in the DM process. The practicality, effectivity, and flexibility of the current approach are demonstrated through comparative analysis with the assistance of some prevailing studies.

Abstract
The Pythagorean fuzzy soft sets (PFSS) is a parametrized family and one of the appropriate extensions of the Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFS). It’s also a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, used to accurately assess deficiencies, uncertainties, and anxiety in evaluation. The most important advantage of PFSS over existing sets is that the PFS family is considered a parametric tool. The PFSS can accommodate more uncertainty comparative to the intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, this is the most important strategy to explain fuzzy information in the decision-making process. The main objective of the present research is to progress some operational laws along with their corresponding aggregation operators in a Pythagorean fuzzy soft environment. In this article, we introduce Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted averaging (PFSWA) and Pythagorean fuzzy soft weighted geometric (PFSWG) operators and discuss their desirable characteristics. Also, develop a decision-making technique based on the proposed operators. Through the developed methodology, a technique for solving decision-making concerns is planned. Moreover, an application of the projected methods is presented for green supplier selection in green supply chain management (GSCM). A comparative analysis with the advantages, effectiveness, flexibility, and numerous existing studies demonstrates the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract
AbstractSupply chain operations reference (SCOR) is a combined benchmarking, business process reengineering, and best practices, and it also references a model that is intended to be an industry standard. SCOR model is one of the best models to describe supply chain activities in operations management for research and practice alike.
There are radical changes in the structure of supply chains as well as developing technology in today’s information age. The purpose of this paper is to extend the SCOR model with new metrics related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization to understand and evaluate the performance of supply chains. New metrics added to the SCOR model and a novel SCOR 4.0 model is proposed. The novel performance evaluation model is structured as a three-level hierarchical structure to evaluate the supply chain. This problem is handled as a multi-criteria decision-making problem. This study uses the hybrid Best worst method and Pythagorean fuzzy AHP method to determine the weights of metrics. SCOR model is adapted to performance evaluation of the supply chain in the globalizing world. The most important metrics on the supply chain performances are determined and classified. Level 1 metrics are evaluated by Best worst method and their inner levels are evaluated by the Pythagorean fuzzy AHP method and the importance weights of each level 2 and level 3 metrics are obtained. A real application for the oil supply chain is presented to show the applicability of the proposed model. It is aimed to show the SCOR 4.0 model can be used by both public and private sectors to improve their supply chain strategies in globalizing world.

Abstract
A Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) is one of the extensions of the intuitionistic fuzzy set which accommodate more uncertainties to depict the fuzzy information and hence its applications are more extensive. In the modern decision-making process, aggregation operators are regarded as a useful tool for assessing the given alternatives and whose target is to integrate all the given individual evaluation values into a collective one. Motivated by these primary characteristics, the aim of the present work is to explore a group of interactive hybrid weighted aggregation operators for assembling Pythagorean fuzzy sets to deal with the decision information. The proposed aggregation operators include interactive the hybrid weighted average, interactive hybrid weighted geometric and its generalized versions. The major advantages of the proposed operators to address the decision-making problems are (i) to consider the interaction among membership and non-membership grades of the Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, (ii) it has the property of idempotency and simple computation process, and (iii) it possess an adjust parameter value and can reflect the preference of decision-makers during the decision process. Furthermore, we introduce an innovative multiple attribute decision making (MADM) process under the PFS environment based on suggested operators and illustrate with numerous numerical cases to verify it. The comparative analysis as well as advantages of the proposed framework confirms the supremacies of the method.
