Abstract
The changes in landscape ecological risk (LER) of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP) profoundly affect the ecological environment of China and the world. We measured the evolution of the LER level and its driving factors through the past 40 years using meteorological data, population density information, and land use data acquired through remote sensing monitoring techniques spanning the years 1980 to 2020. Several key findings were derived: (1) The overall LER of the QTP was at a medium level during 1980-2020, with a fluctuating but decreasing overall trend. (2) Between 1980 and 2020, the spatial distribution of LER in the QTP was high in the west and low in the east; the LER level of the six provinces (districts) showed an overall decrease. (3) During 2000-2020, the LER of the QTP was influenced by a complex mechanism of action. The interactions between different influencing factors were mainly non-linear reinforcement and two-factor reinforcement, and factor interaction significantly enhanced the effect on LER. The findings are of significance for the prevention, control, and management of LER in the QTP.

Abstract
Green supply chain management attaches great importance to the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment, and requires enterprises to consider environmental protection factors in product design, packaging, procurement, production, sales, logistics, waste and recycling. Suppliers are the “source” of the entire supply chain, and the choice of green suppliers is the basis of green supply chain management, and their quality will directly affect the environmental performance of enterprises. The green supplier selection is a classical multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) are the extension of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), and are utilized to depict the complex and changeable circumstance. To better adapt to complex environment, the purpose of this paper is to construct a new method to solve the MAGDM problems for green supplier selection. Taking the fuzzy and uncertain character of the IVIFSs and the psychological preference into consideration, the original MABAC method based on the cumulative prospect theory (CPT) is extended into IVIFSs (IVIF-CPT-MABAC) method for MAGDM issues. Meanwhile, the method to evaluate the attribute weighting vector is calculated by CRITIC method. Finally, a numerical example for green supplier selection has been given and some comparisons is used to illustrate advantages of IVIF-CPT-MABAC method and some comparison analysis and sensitivity analysis are applied to prove this new method’s effectiveness and stability.

Abstract
The development of information measures associated with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values (IVIFVs) has been an important research area over the past few decades. In the literature, the existing decision -making method using IVIFVs has some drawbacks, and the identification degree and information utilization suffer from a gap in the evaluation of alternatives. Therefore, the need for a reliable, useful, and comprehensive decision method is obvious. To obtain more accurate and reliable evaluation results, multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problems, where the same attribute weights given by different decision-makers are different, are studied in this paper. First, the novel operational laws of IVIFVs and a new interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic aggregation operator are defined to overcome the drawbacks of the IIFWA aggregation operator and avoid losing or distorting the original decision information in the process of aggregation. Second, the mean and variance of the possibility degrees of IVIFVs are defined based on the concept of a definite integral. Third, a novel MAGDM method based on the new aggregation operator and the mean and variance of the possibility degrees of IVIFVs is proposed to improve the identification of the evaluation results and ensure the effectiveness of the ranking order. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by an air combat training accuracy assessment example. This example can be used to assist decision-makers in evaluating air combat training hits in a timely and efficient manner, providing an objective, scientific basis for the realization and application of air combat training hit assessment and a new method and idea for MAGDM problems in an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment.

Abstract
For thousands of years, the Chinese people have accumulated and inherited profound cultural traditions. The uniqueness of this cultural tradition lies in its amazing creative wisdom and power. “The ideological and political education of the integration of Chinese regional culture into international students refers to the educative influence of excellent regional culture that can run through the entire international education management system, curriculum system and extracurricular practice system to achieve “all-round, full-process, full-staff” Education goals. The sustainable education value evaluation based on the integration of regional culture into international students’ ideological education is a classical multiple-attribute decision-making (MADM) issue. In this paper, we extend the geometric Heronian mean (GHM) operator to fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (FNIFNs) to propose the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy GHM (FNIFGHM) operator. Then, the multiple-attribute decision-making (MADM) methods are built on FNIFGHM operator. Finally, a numerical example for sustainable education value evaluation based on the integration of regional culture into international students’ ideological education and some comparative analysis are used to prove the built methods’ credibility and reliability.

Abstract
Population aging is the most serious challenge facing the pension insurance system in China in the next few decades. Compared with the employees of civil servants and enterprises and institutions, urban and rural residents are unstable vulnerable groups with less income. In order to deal with the pension risks caused by the growing aging population and solve the security problems of urban and rural residents, our government has carried out a series of constructive works in the pension insurance system: in view of the rural and urban residents, new rural social endowment insurance system and the social endowment insurance system for urban residents have been set up and combined into a unified basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in 2014. With the continuous expansion in the scale of income and expenditure of urban and rural living insurance funds and the size of the insured number, it is of great necessity to evaluate the efficiency of this system. The operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents' basic pension insurance systems is viewed as multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). In this paper, we propose an approach by combining the traditional Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with cumulative prospect theory (CPT) which can be widely used with vague information. Thus, the main contribution of this study is as follows: (1) the TOPSIS method is extended by picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) with unknown weight information; (2) entropy method to obtain the original weights of attributes; (3) the picture fuzzy-CPT-TOPSIS (PF-CPT-TOPSIS) method is used to deal with the MAGDM problems under PFSs; (4) a numerical instance for operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents' basic pension insurance systems is proposed to testify the effectiveness of new method; and (5) some comparative studies are provided to give effect to the rationality of PF-CPT-TOPSIS approach.

Abstract
In recent years, with the steady development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the desire for material pursuits has gradually transformed into the pursuit of spiritual food, and the attention to health and body is highly valued. It gave birth to and promoted the development of the sports industry. High-standard college stadiums provide many conveniences for students and faculty, and the construction and management of college stadiums are also an important part of the development of my country’s sports industry. However, there are still some drawbacks in the management mode and utilization efficiency of college stadiums. The utilization efficiency evaluation of college stadiums is frequently looked as the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Depending on the VIKOR process and fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy sets (FNIFSs), this paper designs a novel FNIF-VIKOR process to assess the resource utilization efficiency of college stadiums. First of all, some basic theories related to FNIFSs are briefly introduced. In addition, the weights of attributes are obtained objectively by utilizing CRITIC weight method. Afterwards, the conventional VIKOR process is extended to FNIFSs to obtain the final order of the alternative. Eventually, an application case for utilization efficiency evaluation of college stadiums and some comparative analysis are fully given. The results show that the built algorithms method is useful for assessing the resource utilization efficiency of college stadiums.

Abstract
The Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi (YRBS) has a relatively fragile ecological environment, with severe soil erosion and a high incidence of natural and geological disasters. In this study, a river basin landscape ecological risk assessment model was constructed using landscape ecology principles to investigate the temporal and spatial evolution, as well as the spatial autocorrelation characteristics of landscape ecological risks in the YRBS over a 20-year period. The main findings from the YRBS were that the land use types changed significantly over the span of 20 years, there was spatial heterogeneity of the landscape pattern, and the ecological risk value was positively correlated. The threat of landscape ecological risks in YRBS is easing, but the pressure on the ecological environment is considerable. This study provides theoretical support administrative policies for future ecological risk assessment and protection, restoration measures, and control in the Yellow River Basin of Shaanxi Province.

Abstract
Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a flexible method to deal with uncertainty and fuzziness. For the past few years, extensive researches about the multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems based on IVIFSs has been extensively studied in many fields. In this study, the Taxonomy method based on IVIFSs (IVIF-Taxonomy) was proposed for MAGDM problems. For the sake of the objectivity of attribute weight, entropy is introduced into the proposed model. The IVIF-Taxonomy method fully considers the weight of the decision makers (DMs) and the homogeneity of the chosen alternatives, making it more realistic. In addition, we apply IVIF-Taxonomy method to fund selection to verify the validity of IVIF-Taxonomy method. Finally, the trustworthy of IVIF-Taxonomy method is proved by comparing with the aggregate operator, IVIF-TOPSIS method, IVIF-GRA method and modified IVIF-WASPAS method.

Abstract
The video conferencing software is regarded as a significant tool for social distancing and getting incorporations up and going. Due to the indeterminacy of epidemic evolution and the multiple criteria, this paper proposes a video conferencing software selection method based on hybrid multi-criteria decision making (HMCDM) under risk and cumulative prospect theory (CPT), in which the criteria values are expressed in various mathematical forms (e.g., real numbers, interval numbers, and linguistic terms) and can be changed with natural states of the epidemic. Initially, the detailed description of video conferencing software selection problem under an epidemic are given. Subsequently, a whole procedure for video conferencing software selection is conducted, the approaches for processing and normalizing the multi-format evaluation values are presented. Furthermore, the expectations provided by DMs under different natural states of the epidemic are considered as the corresponding reference points (RP). Based on this, the matrix of gains and losses is constructed. Then, the prospect values of all criteria and the perceived probabilities of natural states are calculated according to the value function and the weighting function in CPT respectively. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by an empirical case study, and the comparison analysis and the sensitivity analysis for the loss aversion parameter are conducted to prove the effectiveness and robustness. The results show that considering the psychological characteristics of DMs in selection decision is beneficial to avoid the unacceptable and potential loss risks. This study could provide a useful guideline for managers who intend to select appropriate video conferencing software.

Abstract
Facing with a sea of fuzzy information, decision makers always feel it difficult to select the optimal alternatives. Probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFs) utilize the possible numbers and the possible membership degrees to describe the behavior of the decision makers. though this environment has been introduced to solve problems using different methods, this circumstance can still be explored by using different method. This paper’ s aim is to develop the MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison) decision-making method which based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) in probabilistic hesitant fuzzy environment to handle multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM) problems. Then the weighting vector of attributes can be calculated by the method of entropy. Then, in order to show the applicability of the proposed method, it is validated by a case study for buying a house. Finally, through comparing the outcome of comparative analysis, we conclude that this designed method is acceptable.

Abstract
The risk perception and decision-making ability of grassroots managers is the key to the normal operation of enterprises. This study used event-related potential indicators (ERPs) to reveal the process of risk perception and decision-making behaviour of coal mine grassroots managers in different fatigue states. The ERP components, such as CNV, P300, MMN, and FRN, during risk perception, decision-making, and postperception periods were obtained and evaluated. The peak value and variation characteristics of ERP components of grassroots managers under fatigue and nonfatigue conditions were analysed. Accordingly, the effectiveness of decision-making behaviour in different periods was determined. The results showed that the P300 component is a key indicator in measurements of the deviation of grassroots managers' decision-making behaviour, and FRN could reflect the negative emotions in the decision-making process and reflect the sensitivity of the risk perception of grassroots managers. There was a significant difference between the peak voltages of the ERP components of the grassroots managers in fatigue and nonfatigue states. The peak voltage of the ERP components of the grassroots managers in a fatigue state was generally greater than 10 μV; therefore, the quality of decision-making by the grassroots managers could be evaluated according to the characteristics of the ERP components. This study provides a risk decision-making reference for grassroots managers of coal mine enterprises.

Abstract
The Multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem is an interesting everyday problem full of complexity and ambiguity. As an extended form of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) can provide decision-makers (DMs) with a wider range of preferences for MAGDM. The grey relational analysis (GRA) is an effective method for dealing with MAGDM problems. However, in view of the incomplete and asymmetric information and the influence of DMs’ psychological factors on the decision result, we develop a new model that GRA method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Moreover, the weight of attribute is calculated by entropy weight, so as to distinguish the importance level of attributes, which greatly improves the credibility of the selected scheme. simultaneously, the proposed method is used to the selection of optimal green suppliers for testifying the availability of this new model and the final comparison between this new method and the existing methods further verify the reliability. In addition, the proposed method provides some references for other selection problems.

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economic globalization in the new era, the demand for English majors is obviously on the rise, which puts forward new and higher requirements for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to train compound English majors. However, from the perspective of teaching quality evaluation of English majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, the results are not optimistic. Therefore, it is an important task for higher education research in China to explore the problems existing in the process of teaching quality evaluation for English majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and how to better train qualified and versatile talents for English majors to adapt to the economic and social development in the new era. The teaching quality evaluation of college English is frequently viewed as a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Thus, a novel MAGDM method is used to tackle it. Depending on the conventional CODAS method and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), this paper designs a novel distance based IVIF-CODAS method to assess the teaching quality evaluation of college English. First of all, a related literature review is conducted. What’s more, some necessary theories related to IVIFSs are briefly reviewed. In addition, since subjective randomness frequently exists in determining criteria weights, the weights of criteria is decided objectively by utilizing CRITIC method. Afterwards, relying on novel distance measures between IVIFSs, the conventional CODAS method is extended to the IVIFSs to calculate assessment score of every alternative. Therefore, all alternatives can be ranked and the one with the best teaching quality. Eventually, an application about teaching quality evaluation of college English and some comparative methods have been employed to show the superiority of the developed method. The results illustrate that the defined framework is very useful for assessing the teaching quality of college English.

Abstract
The green supplier selection is one of the popular multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. The spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs) can fully express the complexity and fuzziness of evaluation information for green supplier selection. Furthermore, the classic MABAC (multi-attributive border approximation area comparison) method based on the cumulative prospect theory (CPT-MABAC) is designed, which is an optional method in reflecting the psychological perceptions of decision makers (DMs). Therefore, in this article, we propose a spherical fuzzy CPT-MABAC (SF-CPT-MABAC) method for MAGDM issues. Meanwhile, considering the different preferences of DMs to attribute sets, we obtain the objective weights of attributes through entropy method. Focusing on the current popular problems, this paper applies the proposed method for green supplier selection and proves for green supplier selection based on SF-CPT-MABAC method. Finally, by comparing existing methods, the effectiveness of the proposed method is certified.

Abstract
Probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic term set (PDHLTS) can not only express the complex linguistic information that the probabilistic linguistic term set (PLTS) cannot express, but also reflect the frequency or importance of linguistic term set (LTS)that cannot be reflected by the double hierarchy linguistic term set (DHLTS). It is an effective tool to deal with multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose several aggregation operators which can aggregate PDHLTS information and apply them to MAGDM problems. Firstly, the basic notion of PDHLTS is reviewed, and the distance formula and algorithm of PDHLTS are defined; then, extant weighted averaging (WA) operator, weighted geometric(WG) operator and power weighted averaging (PWA) operator, power weighted geometric(PWG) operator to PDHLTS, and establish probability double hierarchy linguistic weighted averaging (PDHLWA) operator, probability double hierarchy linguistic weighted geometric (PDHLWG) operator, probability double hierarchy linguistic power weighted averaging (PDHLPWA) operator, probability double hierarchy linguistic power weighted geometric (PDHLPWG) operator; in addition, The idempotency, boundedness and monotonicity of these aggregation operators are studied; what’s more, those aggregation operators are proposed to establish the enterprise credit self-evaluation model; Finally, compared with the available probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic MAGDM methods, the defined model is proved to be scientific and effective.

Abstract
With the development of society, people’s living standard is constantly improving. Meanwhile, people need various food to satisfy their needs in daily life. Under this situation, more and more food enterprises are appearing in the market. However, some issues about food safety come out. Because of the huge number of food company, managers are difficult in achieving profitability. Therefore, some of the managers try to use some unhealthy materials to produce food in the society. So, it is important for people to distinguish healthy and unhealthy food enterprises in their daily life. In order to help government discern and control the quality of healthy food enterprises in the market, we need to propose an effective evaluation system in estimating food enterprises. In this paper, we introduce a method of evaluating the quality degree of food enterprises which can help us to distinguish enterprises effectively. As we all know, the method of TODIM is widely used in multiple attribute decision making (MADM). In this article, we describe the extended TODIM which based on the cumulative prospect theory (CPT) with picture fuzzy numbers (PF-CPT-TODIM) and use it to evaluate food companies. What’s more, we use entropy method to decide the weights of various attributes. Finally, we select optimal enterprise by using the PF-CPT-TODIM method. Furthermore, we use the comparison of the results of classical PF-TODIM method and PFWA operators to test the availability of PF-CPT-TODIM. It not only can enrich decision-making methods but also make up for the traditional PF-TODIM method in considering the psychological aspects of decision makers.
