The Evaluation of Visual Clarity and Comfort of Light Environment in Multimedia Classroom

In order to clarify the quantitative relationship between students’ visual clarity, comfort, and environmental brightness in the light environment of multimedia classrooms in colleges and universities and obtain the threshold and influence trends of brightness, visual clarity, and visual comfort in the light environment of the multimedia classroom, this paper proposes the research on the relevant influence parameters of the light environment of the multimedia classroom. Based on the analysis of the current situation of multimedia use in China, this paper proposes taking brightness as the main parameter of indoor light environment evaluation to carry out students’ subjective evaluation experiments. The brightness range that can reflect the visual clarity and visual comfort of the experimenter is extracted by using multimedia combined with screen projection and HDRI technology. Finally, by analyzing the experimental data, combined with the operational definition of the psychophysical threshold, the functional relationship between visual clarity, comfort, and brightness in the light environment of a multimedia classroom is obtained through regression analysis and the threshold and extreme point data are calculated. The experimental results show that when the brightness range is 370.83 cd/m2 ≤ X ≤ 558.47 cd/m2, it has better visual clarity and visual comfort. When the brightness contrast is close to 10 : 1, the visual clarity is the highest; when the brightness contrast is close to 5 : 1, the visual comfort is the highest and decreases on both sides with the change in its value. Conclusion. The results of this experimental study can provide a basis for formulating and revising relevant laws and regulations in the future and provide a reference for the light environment design of multimedia classrooms in China.

Enterprise Operating State Evaluation Based on Association Rule Algorithm and Data Set

In order to further improve the evaluation quality of enterprise operating efficiency, reduce the error items and invalid items of partition, and improve the objectivity of operating condition evaluation, this study takes listed enterprises as an example and proposes an evaluation method of operating efficiency based on association rule algorithm and data set. In this method, the results of operating efficiency are scientifically analyzed from horizontal and vertical dimensions. The operating cost of total assets of listed companies is taken as indicators, and the correlation test is carried out by Kendall's tau_b. From the longitudinal comparison results, it can be seen that only 12 of the 19 enterprises in the study have small-scale changes and increase year by year, accounting for 63.16%. At the same time, there are also 6 enterprises with an overall trend of decline, which objectively reflects the reasonable operation status and operation scale of enterprises in the study.

Research on the internal mechanism and path of the new growth point of marine biological economy

In order to explore how the marine economy can realize the new growth point of economic development, this study puts forward a research method based on the internal mechanism and path of the new growth point of marine economic development. Research on the Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Path of Agricultural Products E-Commerce in Urban Ecosystem From the Perspective of Carbon Neutrality

In order to further cope with climate change, achieve green and low-carbon economic development and further improve the construction of ecological civilization, a research method for optimization of cold chain logistics distribution path of agricultural products e-commerce from the perspective of carbon neutrality was proposed. This method takes full account of the requirements of distribution path optimization, it is based on ecological theory and applies ecological methods to study the structure, function and dynamics of human-centered urban ecosystems, as well as the laws of interaction between system components and between the system and the surrounding ecosystems, which is in line with the optimization goal of minimizing distribution operating costs, and the ant colony algorithm is used to construct the cost optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution path based on the weight limit of distribution vehicles and the time window limit. By comparison of simulation experiments, the best parameter solution is 2,873.9931. The difference with other combinations is only 1–2%, and the optimal parameter matching of the algorithm isα = 1,β = 2,ρ = 0.5. Experiments show that the optimal parameter combination is determined on the basis of reflecting different distribution results.

Nursing Methods and Experience of Local Anesthesia Patients under Arthroscope

In order to solve the nursing problems of local anesthesia patients under arthroscopy, a nursing method and experience based on local anesthesia patients under arthroscopy was proposed. From June 2019 to May 2021, 478 patients who underwent knee arthroscopy under spinal anesthesia or local anesthesia were retrospectively investigated, including 186 cases (38.9%) under local anesthesia and 292 cases (61.1%) under spinal anesthesia. 2% lidocaine plus epinephrine was injected locally and intra-articular in patients with local anesthesia, and 0.75% bupivacaine in patients with spinal anesthesia. It was found that in the local anesthesia group and spinal anesthesia group, 94.1% (175/186) and 98.3% (287/292) patients did not feel pain during operation. 93.0% (173/186 cases) and 96.2% (281/292 cases) of patients in the two groups were satisfied or very satisfied with the effect of anesthesia, respectively. The experimental results showed that local anesthesia was a simple and effective anesthesia method for knee arthroscopy, which was more reliable and safer than spinal anesthesia. Local anesthesia could be used for knee arthroscopy or cleaning and rinsing, free body removal, or even common meniscinoplasty.
