Abstract
In clinical practice, tumor-targeting diagnosis and immunotherapy against programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) have a significant impact. In this research, a PD-L1-antagonistic affibody dimer (ZPD-L1) was successfully prepared through Escherichia coli expression system, and conjugated with the photosensitizer of ICG via N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester to develop a novel tumor-targeting agent (ICG-ZPD-L1) for both tumor imaging diagnosis and photothermal-immunotherapy simultaneously. In vitro, ZPD-L1 could specifically bind to PD-L1-positive LLC and MC38 tumor cells, and ICG-ZPD-L1-mediated photothermal therapy (PTT) also showed excellent phototoxicity to these tumor cells. In vivo, ICG-ZPD-L1 selectively enriched into the PD-L1-positive MC38 tumor tissues, and the high-contrast optical imaging of tumors was obtained. ICG-ZPD-L1-mediated PTT exhibited a potent anti-tumor effect in vivo due to its remarkable photothermal properties. Furthermore, ICG-ZPD-L1-mediated PTT significantly induced the immunogenic cell death (ICD) of primary tumors, promoted maturation of dendritic cells (DCs), up-regulated anti-tumor immune response, enhanced immunotherapy, and superiorly inhibited the growth of metastatic tumors. In addition, ICG-ZPD-L1 showed favorable biosafety throughout the brief duration of treatment. In summary, these results suggest that ICG-ZPD-L1 is a multifunctional tumor-targeting drug integrating tumor imaging diagnosis and photothermal-immunotherapy, and has great guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical PD-L1-positive tumor patients.

Abstract
Background As one of the most prevalent primary lung tumors, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has garnered considerable research interest due to its high metastasis rates and poor prognosis outcomes. Across different cancer types, metabolic processes are required for tumors progression and growth, thus interfering with such processes in NSCLC may therapeutically viable for limiting/halting disease progression. Therefore, comprehending how metabolic processes contribute to growth and survival mechanisms in cancers, including NSCLC, may elucidate key functions underpinning tumor cell metabolism. However, no bibliometric analyses have been published in this field, therefore we address this knowledge gap here. Methods Between 2013 and 2023 (December 28th), articles related to the NSCLC and metabolism (NSCLC-Met) field were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). To fully dissect NSCLC-Met research directions and articles, we used the Bibliometrix package in R, VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to visually represent global trends and hotspots. Results Between 2013 and 2023, 2,246 NSCLC-Met articles were retrieved, with a continuous upward trend and rapid development observed year on year. Cancers published the most articles, with Cancer Research recording the highest average citation numbers. Zhang Li from China was the most prolific author, but the highest number of authors came from the USA. China, USA, and Italy were the top three countries with the highest number of published articles, with close cooperation identified between countries. Recent hotspots and research directions were reflected by "lung adenocarcinoma", "immunotherapy", "nivolumab", "checkpoint inhibitors", "blockade", and "pembrolizumab", while "gut microbiome", "egfr" and "dose painting" were important topics for researchers. Conclusion From our analyses, scientists can now explore new hotspots and research directions in the NSCLC-Met field. Further in-depth research in this field will undoubtedly provide more new insights on disease diagnostics, treatment, and prognostics.

Abstract
Background Immunotherapy, frequently combined with conventional chemotherapy, is crucial for treating NSCLC. Kirsten rat sarcoma virus (KRAS) is a poor prognostic factor in patients with NSCLC, particularly lung adenocarcinoma, where binding of conventional inhibitors to mutated KRAS proteins is challenging. Field profiles, research hotspots, and prospects for immunotherapy for patients with NSCLC-carrying KRAS mutations were uncovered in this study. Methods Microsoft Excel 2019, Bibliometrix, VOSviewer software, and Citespace were utilized to conduct a comprehensive scientometric analysis and understand a specific research field's knowledge base and frontiers aided by bibliometrics. Results Between 2014 and 2023, 398 eligible documents in the English language were acquired using the WoSCC database, of which 113 and 285 were reviews and articles, respectively. The growth rate per year was 34.25 %. The most cited articles were from the United States, and China published the highest number of articles. Cancers was the journal, with increased publications in recent years. The keywords with the strongest citation bursts were analyzed using Citespace. "Immune checkpoint inhibitors," "co-occurring genomic alterations," and "KRAS" are among the research hotspots in this field. Conclusion Using bibliometric and visual analyses, we examined immunotherapy for patients with KRAS-mutant NSCLC over the previous decade. The whole analysis showed a steady, quick increase in yearly publications in this area. Our findings will provide a roadmap for future research on the mechanisms of immunotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor action in treating KRAS-mutant NSCLC.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to present current research trends on the synergistic use of radiotherapy and immunotherapy (IRT) for cancer treatment. On March 1, 2023, we conducted a literature search for IRT papers using the Web of Science database. We extracted information and constructed two databases - the Core Database (CD) with 864 papers and Generalized Database (GD) with 6344 papers. A bibliometric analysis was performed to provide insights into the research landscape, to identify emerging trends and highly cited papers and journals in the field of IRT. The CD contained 864 papers that were collectively cited 31,818 times. Prominent journals in this area included the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet Oncology, and the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Corresponding authors from the USA contributed the most publications. In recent years, lung cancer, melanoma, stereotactic radiotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and the tumor microenvironment emerged as hot research areas. This bibliometric analysis presented quantitative insights into research concerning IRT and proposed potential avenues for further exploration. Moreover, researchers can use our findings to select appropriate journals for publication or identify prospective collaborators. In summary, this bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the historical progression and recent advancements in IRT research that may serve as inspiration for future investigations.

Abstract
Various immunotherapy has been greatly applied to comprehensive treatment of malignant cancer under different degrees of tumor burden. Scientific researchers have gained considerable progress in the relationship between immunotherapy and tumor burden in recent years. This review aimed to explore the prospect and developing trends in the field of tumor burden and immunotherapy from a bibliometric perspective. Articles about tumor burden and immunotherapy were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) (retrieved on 3 January 2023). The R package 'Bibliometrix' analyzed the primary bibliometric features and created a three-filed plot to display the relationship between institutions, countries, and keywords. VOSviewer was used for co-authorship analysis, co-occurrence analysis, and their visualization. And CiteSpace calculated the citation burst references and keywords. A total of 1030 publications were retrieved from 35 years of scientific researches. The United States (US) and China published the most articles. The most productive journals were Cancer Immunology Immunotherapy and Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer . The top one institution of the highest output was University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. The hot keywords of strong citation burst strength in recent years were 'nivolumab', 'tumor microenvironment', and 'immune checkpoint inhibitor'. The most popular tumor type is melanoma. This bibliometric analysis mapped a basic knowledge structure. The field of tumor burden and immunotherapy is entering a rapid growing stage and keeping it value for future research.

Abstract
Background: Cytokines modulate the glioma tumor microenvironment, influencing occurrence, progression, and treatment response. Strategic cytokine application may improve glioma immunotherapy outcomes. Gliomas remain refractory to standard therapeutic modalities, but immunotherapy shows promise given the integral immunomodulatory roles of cytokines. However, systematic evaluation of cytokine glioma immunotherapy research is absent. Bibliometric mapping of the research landscape, recognition of impactful contributions, and elucidation of evolutive trajectories and hot topics has yet to occur, potentially guiding future efforts. Here, we analyzed the structure, evolution, trends, and hotspots of the cytokine glioma immunotherapy research field, subsequently focusing on avenues for future investigation. Methods: This investigation conducted comprehensive bibliometric analyses on a corpus of 1529 English-language publications, from 1 January 2000, to 4 October 2023, extracted from the Web of Science database. The study employed tools including Microsoft Excel, Origin, VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and the Bibliometrix R package, to systematically assess trends in publication, contributions from various countries, institutions, authors, and journals, as well as to examine literature co-citation and keyword distributions within the domain of cytokines for glioma immunotherapy. The application of these methodologies facilitated a detailed exploration of the hotspots, the underlying knowledge structure, and the developments in the field of cytokines for glioma immunotherapy. Results: This bibliometric analysis revealed an exponential growth in annual publications, with the United States, China, and Germany as top contributors. Reviews constituted 17% and research articles 83% of total publications. Analysis of keywords like "interleukin-13," "TGF-beta," and "dendritic cells" indicated progression from foundational cytokine therapies to sophisticated understanding of the tumor microenvironment and immune dynamics. Key research avenues encompassed the tumor microenvironment, epidermal growth factor receptor, clinical trials, and interleukin pathways. This comprehensive quantitative mapping of the glioma immunotherapy cytokine literature provides valuable insights to advance future research and therapeutic development. Conclusion: This study has identified remaining knowledge gaps regarding the role of cytokines in glioma immunotherapy. Future research will likely focus on the tumor microenvironment, cancer vaccines, epidermal growth factor receptor, and interleukin-13 receptor alpha 2. Glioma immunotherapy development will continue through investigations into resistance mechanisms, microglia and macrophage biology, and interactions within the complex tumor microenvironment.

Abstract
Introduction This study aimed to systematically review research on cinacalcet and secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) using machine learning-based statistical analyses. Methods Publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection database on Cinacalcet and SHPT published between 2000 and 2022 were retrieved. The R package "Bibliometrix," VOSviewer, CiteSpace, meta, and latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) in Python were used to generate bibliometric and meta-analytical results. Results A total of 959 articles were included in our bibliometric analysis. In total, 3753 scholars from 54 countries contributed to this field of research. The United States, Japan, and China were found to be among the three most productive countries worldwide. Three Japanese institutions (Showa University, Tokai University, and Kobe University) published the most articles on Cinacalcet and SHPT. Fukagawa, M.; Chertow, G.M.; Goodman W.G. were the three authors who published the most articles in this field. Most articles were published in Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation, Kidney International, and Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis. Research on Cinacalcet and SHPT has mainly included three topics: 1) comparative effects of various treatments, 2) the safety and efficacy of cinacalcet, and 3) fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF-23). Integrated treatments, cinacalcet use in pediatric chronic kidney disease, and new therapeutic targets are emerging research hotspots. Through a meta-analysis, we confirmed the effects of Cinacalcet on reducing serum PTH (SMD = -0.56, 95% CI = -0.76 to -0.37, p = 0.001) and calcium (SMD = -0.93, 95% CI = -1.21to -0.64, p = 0.001) and improving phosphate (SMD = 0.17, 95% CI = -0.33 to -0.01, p = 0.033) and calcium-phosphate product levels (SMD = -0.49, 95% CI = -0.71 to -0.28, p = 0.001); we found no difference in all-cause mortality (RR = 0.97, 95% CI = 0.90 to 1.05, p = 0.47), cardiovascular mortality (RR = 0.69, 95% CI = 0.36 to 1.31, p = 0.25), and parathyroidectomy (RR = 0.36, 95% CI = 0.09 to 1.35, p = 0.13) between the Cinacalcet and non-Cinacalcet users. Moreover, Cinacalcet was associated with an increased risk of nausea (RR = 2.29, 95% CI = 1.73 to 3.05, p = 0.001), hypocalcemia (RR = 4.05, 95% CI = 2.33 to 7.04, p = 0.001), and vomiting (RR = 1.90, 95% CI = 1.70 to 2.11, p = 0.001). Discussion The number of publications indexed to Cinacalcet and SHPT has increased rapidly over the past 22 years. Literature distribution, research topics, and emerging trends in publications on Cinacalcet and SHPT were analyzed using a machine learning-based bibliometric review.
