Abstract
Cancer has become an increasingly important public health issue owing to its high morbidity and mortality rates. Although traditional treatment methods are relatively effective, they have limitations such as highly toxic side effects, easy drug resistance, and high individual variability. Meanwhile, emerging therapies remain limited, and their actual anti-tumor effects need to be improved. Nanotechnology has received considerable attention for its development and application. In particular, artificial nanocarriers have emerged as a crucial approach for tumor therapy. However, certain deficiencies persist, including immunogenicity, permeability, targeting, and biocompatibility. The application of erythrocyte-derived materials will help overcome the above problems and enhance therapeutic effects. Erythrocyte-derived materials can be acquired via the application of physical and chemical techniques from natural erythrocyte membranes, or through the integration of these membranes with synthetic inner core materials using cell membrane biomimetic technology. Their natural properties such as biocompatibility and long circulation time make them an ideal choice for drug delivery or nanoparticle biocoating. Thus, red blood cell-derived materials are widely used in the field of biomedicine. However, further studies are required to evaluate their efficacy, in vivo metabolism, preparation, design, and clinical translation. Based on the latest research reports, this review summarizes the biology, synthesis, characteristics, and distribution of red blood cell-derived materials. Furthermore, we provide a reference for further research and clinical transformation by comprehensively discussing the applications and technical challenges faced by red blood cell-derived materials in the treatment of malignant tumors.

Abstract
Introduction Cutaneous reactions are dermatological abnormalities that can occur after anticancer drug therapy in cancer patients. Cutaneous reactions can range from mild dermatological disorders to life-threatening medical conditions and may worsen a patient's quality of life. This study aimed to find out the prevalence of cutaneous reactions following anticancer drug therapy in a tertiary care centre. Methods A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among cancer patients following anticancer therapy in the outpatient department of dermatology of a tertiary care centre between 1 October 2021 to 30 December 2022. Convenience sampling was done. The point estimate was calculated at a 95% Confidence Interval. Results Among 3,288 patients, the prevalence of cutaneous reactions following anticancer drug therapy was seen in 73 (2.22%) cancer patients. The mean age was found to be 49.42±1.45 years. Anagen effluvium was the frequently observed cutaneous reaction (30.10%) followed by palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia (19.94%). Conclusions The prevalence of cutaneous reactions following anticancer drug therapy among cancer patients was found to be lower as compared to the studies conducted in similar settings. An interdisciplinary approach is required to identify cutaneous reactions to anticancer therapy and to navigate change in the treatment plan. Keywords cancer; chemotherapy; drug side effects; skin.

Abstract
The advent of protein kinase inhibitors and immunotherapy has profoundly improved the management of advanced melanoma. However, with these therapeutic advancements also come drug-related toxicities that have the potential to affect various organ systems. We review dermatologic adverse events from targeted (including BRAF and MEK inhibitor-related) and less commonly used melanoma treatments, with a focus on diagnosis and management. As immunotherapy-related toxicities have been extensively reviewed, herein, we discuss injectable talimogene laherparepvec and touch on recent breakthroughs in the immunotherapy space. Dermatologic adverse events may severely impact quality of life and are associated with response and survival. It is therefore essential that clinicians are aware of their diverse presentations and management strategies.

Abstract
In recent years, there has been a noticeable development in oncological treatment, including chemotherapy and biological treatment. Despite their significant effectiveness, they are not free from side effects, such as allergic and dermatological reactions. These reactions can vary in severity and outcome, including potential death. Examples, among others, are type I-IV hypersensitivity reactions of various origins and skin reactions including rashes, itching and redness, but also severe cutaneous syndromes. Due to the therapy used, these may include Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome and acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. In some cases, it is necessary to interrupt therapy, which may result in a poorer outcome and shorten the patient's survival. This paper reviews various types of research documents published since 2016. It aims to systematize the latest knowledge and highlight the need for further research into ways to avoid adverse reactions.

Abstract
BackgroundPrecision cancer medicine-related rashes are a kind of skin and mucous lesions caused by precision therapy. More and more evidences indicated that such events should not be ignored in the course of anti-tumor therapy. Since cancer treatment entered the “Precision Era”, there has been a rapid increase in this field. However, there was few bibliometric studies to provide an overall review of this field. This study aims to evaluate the literature output and trends in researches on precision cancer medicine-related rashes from a global perspective.MethodsCollected publications on precision cancer medicine-related rashes from the Web of Science Core Collection database, which were limited to articles and reviews in English. Microsoft Excel, VOS viewer and CiteSpace V were used for quantitative and visual analysis.ResultsA total of 1,229 papers were identified. From 2008 to 2021, annual publications increased year by year. The United States published the most papers in this field (44.9%) and ranking first in citation frequency (19,854 times) and H-index (69). The University of Texas system ranks first with 98 papers published. Lacouture M.E and Robert C were the principal investigators. Cancers has the largest number of articles published, with 70 articles. In recent years, there have been research hotspots related to immunotherapy, including ipilimumab, immunotherapy, tumor microenvironment, association, checkpoint inhibitor, and cutaneous adverse event.ConclusionPrecision cancer medicine-related rashes are a hot research topic in oncology. The number of relevant publications will increase dramatically. “Checkpoint inhibitors”, “skin adverse events”, “associations” and “tumor microenvironment” may become research hotspots in the future.

Abstract
Nivolumab is a human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) monoclonal antibody that binds to the PD-1 receptor on T-cells and blocks its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, releasing the PD-1 pathway-mediated inhibition of the immune response, including the anti-tumor immune response, resulting in decreased tumor growth. Here, we present a case of a 56-year-old lady with a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the lip who presented with dystrophy of 20 nails, distal onycholysis, yellow-black discoloration of nail plates, painful paronychia with superimposed bacterial infection of big toes of both feet for three months. Few warty growths were also appreciated on big toes of both feet. She had undergone for her SCC 33 sessions of radiotherapy and 43 cycles of nivolumab 140mg for 60 minutes every two weeks. Following discontinuing this drug, the peri-ungual and nail bed inflammation improved, however nail plate dystrophy persisted. To our knowledge, the occurrence of nail dystrophy with nivolumab has never been reported before but it has been described with other targeted therapies.

Abstract
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitors are widely used to treat various types of cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer. Adverse reactions such as skin toxicity, interstitial lung disease, hepatotoxicity, ocular toxicity, hypomagnesemia, stomatitis, and diarrhea may occur during treatment. Because the EGFR signaling pathway is important for maintaining normal physiological skin function. Adverse skin reactions occurred in up to 90% of cancer patients treated with EGFR inhibitors, including common skin toxicities (such as papulopustular exanthemas, paronychia, hair changes) and rare fatal skin toxicities (e.g., Stevens–Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis). This has led to the dose reduction or discontinuation of EGFR inhibitors in the treatment of cancer. Recently, progress has been made about research on the skin toxicity of EGFR inhibitors. Here, we summarize the mechanism of skin toxicity caused by EGFR inhibitors, measures to prevent severe fatal skin toxicity, and provide reference for medical staff how to give care and treatment after adverse skin reactions.
