Abstract
KIDSCREEN-10 is a generic instrument for measuring global health-related quality of life among 8-18-year-old children and adolescents. This study examines the criterion-related construct validity and psychometric properties of the Danish language version of the KIDSCREEN-10 using Rasch models. A further aim was to construct Danish norms based on the resulting person parameter estimates from the Rasch models. Data consists of a nationally representative cross-sectional survey of 8171 children in the 5th to 8th grade of primary school in Denmark. No adequate fit to the Rasch model or a graphical loglinear Rasch model could be established for the KIDSCREEN-10 in the full sample of children (n = 8171). Results based on analyses with increasing samples sizes showed that even with the smallest sample item 3 (Kid3) of the KIDSCREEN-10 did not fit the Rasch model. After elimination of Kid3, substantial local dependence and differential item functioning relative to gender and grade level was still present. Already with a sample size of 630 fit to the Rasch model or a graphical loglinear Rasch model adjusting for local dependence and differential item functioning was not established. Therefore, generation of Danish norms was not realizable, as this requires valid sum scores and estimates of the person parameters for an adequate number of cases. Thus, the Danish language version of the child/adolescent self-report KIDSCREEN-10 questionnaire cannot be recommended for use in population-level studies. Neither can use in small sample be recommended as adjustment for differential item functioning and local dependence is ambiguous.

Abstract
The KIDSCREEN-27 represents a standardized, worldwide instrument, employed to assess the health-related quality of life in children. The purpose of the present study is to validate the KIDSCREEN-27 questionnaire for 6-year-old preparatory school children and verify its reliability, as well as to perform a comparison regarding the quality of children’s lives living in two cities in Romania: Arad, a provincial city, versus the second most developed city in the country, Cluj-Napoca. A total of 256 children of 6 years of age, who come from families with both parents, with a medium to high socioeconomic status and a good health status, were included in the analysis, using the KIDSCREEN-27 questionnaire at three assessment time points with a re-test period of two weeks. Results indicated that the KIDSCREEN-27 turned out to be suitable for use in 6-year-old Romanian children. Analysis regarding the psychometric properties showed that the Cronbach’s alpha ranged from 0.554 to 0.661 at the end of the study. The Pearson correlation coefficients showed statistically significant differences between the items of each area investigated. In conclusion, there is a growing need to periodically monitor the health status of children to avoid possible problems which may occur.

Abstract
To clarify the generative mechanism and influencing factors of graduate students' willingness and behavior of initiative scientific research and innovation, this research builds a quantitative model consisting of six variables: academic interest, regulatory pressure, conditions for improving scientific research and innovation capabilities, willingness to take initiative in scientific research and innovation, the promotion of achievements in scientific research, and initiative scientific research and innovation behavior. In total, 684 valid questionnaires were distributed and collected through WeChat Moments. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, path analysis, and conditioning analysis were conducted using the SPSS and structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that: (1) academic interest, regulatory pressure, and conditions for improving scientific research and innovation capabilities have a positive impact on the intention of initiative scientific research and innovation, but the impact of regulatory pressure is extremely insignificant. (2) The willingness to take initiative in scientific research and innovation has a positive and significant impact on initiative scientific research and innovation behavior, and the promotion of achievements in scientific research plays a negative moderating effect. Finally, this manuscript puts forward the suggestions on how to promote the initiative scientific research and innovation behavior of postgraduate students based on the research results.
