Abstract
Introduction Students who use spherical video-based virtual reality (SVVR) teaching materials for learning are able to gain more self-regulated, explorative, and immersive experiences in a virtual environment. Using SVVR teaching materials in art courses can present diverse and unique teaching effects, while also leading to the emergence of students' flow states. Methods Therefore, through an art course teaching experiment, this study investigated 380 high school students and used structural equation modeling to analyze the antecedents and outcomes of students' flow state in using SVVR teaching materials. Results The results show that in using SVVR teaching materials in art courses, more attention should be paid to the control and telepresence in the antecedents of students' flow state. Discussion Only when they obtain better flow experiences can they have higher perceived usefulness and satisfaction with the content of the art course, as well as stronger intentions to continue using it. These results can provide a reference for the development and use of SVVR teaching materials in high school art courses.

Abstract
Introduction Green building (GB) technologies have been introduced to reduce the negative effect of the building and construction industry on the economy, the ecosystem, and society. A more thorough and accurate knowledge of the factors for implementation is required to stimulate the wider adoption of GB technologies. The theoretical framework for this study is developed using psychological capital (PC), self-determination theory (SDT), and green theory. The study addresses gaps in the research in this field. The effect of PC on psychological health (PH), green innovation ambidexterity (GIA), and subjective health (SH), and the impact of GIA on green performance (GP) are determined. The effect of PH and SH on organizational performance (OP) is also determined. Methods The information for this study is collected from a variety of sources in the Chinese GB industry. The subjects for this study are Chinese employees of GB-based companies. Using a convenience sampling method, a total of 504 employees were selected. The employees' answers to a restricted, self-administered survey are used to generate the data. Results Data from this study shows that PC has a significant effect on GIA, SH, and PH and that GIA has a substantial impact on GP. Both SH and PH significantly affect OP. Abstract
IntroductionWorldwide supplies are being utilized at a disturbing rate and to a significant degree, the building business has been accountable for this ecological deprivation, particularly because of its elevated level of energy expenditure. Hence, this research paper targets the customers of green building industries in Taiwan and developed a framework based on Carroll’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) model, theory of planned behavior (TPB), and cognitive consistency theory (CCT), to measure the impact of CSR on green purchase intention (GPI). Furthermore, it analyzes the impact of CSR on green word of mouth (GWOM), green attitude (GA), green concern (GC), and green trust (GT). Moreover, it explores the roles of GA, GC, GWOM, and GT on GPI. Finally, to study the mediating roles of GC, GA, and GWOM, with the relationship between CSR and GPI.MethodsThe data for this study was collected from 600 customers of green building businesses located in Taiwan with the help of a convenience sampling technique.ResultsAs per the results of this research, CSR was discovered to have a positive impact on GPI, GWOM, GA, GC, and GT. Furthermore, GWOM had a significant impact on GPI. Moreover, GC and GT were in a significant relationship with GPI. Consequently, all the relationships were significant except the relationship between GA and GPI. Furthermore, GT, GWOM, and GC fully mediate the relationship between CSR and GPI. However, GA was not found to significantly mediate the relationship between CSR and GPI.DiscussionThe findings of this study provide practical implications regarding the impact of CSR on GPI and the trending issue of sustainable career development.

Abstract
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism economy has been seriously affected. China has implemented a direct traveling management mechanism and recovered from the pandemic faster than the rest of the world. However, the COVID-19 situation is complicated and uncontrollable because of the available unclear information including difficult medical terminologies. This study attempts to find the determinants of the travel intention of China's tourists in the post-COVID-19 epidemic. Along with information overload and perception risk, an expanded research model of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was employed to propose the theoretical framework of this study. A survey was conducted among 518 tourists who spend their holiday in Hainan, which is a popular tourist destination in China. The empirical results show that information overload positively and significantly impacted perceived risk. Furthermore, perceived risk negatively affects the intention to travel. Perceived risk also negatively affected the attitude toward traveling. However, response self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on the intention to travel. Finally, based on the analysis results, this study proposes relevant research contributions and practical recommendations with management implications for the travel industries.

Abstract
Given the fundamental role of emotional intelligence (EI) in learning, especially in virtual learning contexts where individuals experience more stress and anxiety, the need to understand and recognize one's own feelings and the mutual feelings of peers has gained more importance. Flow as the ultimate state in harnessing emotions in the service of performance and learning has been introduced as the main reason for one's willingness to perform activities which are connected to no external motivation. In this regard, the present study was conducted to first introduce a new educational program to enhance the EI level in the English as a foreign language (EFL) online education environment and next to investigate the possibility of raising EFL learners' perceived flow. To achieve these goals, the study recruited a sample of 67 EFL learners who were next divided into experimental (n = 32) and control (n = 35) groups. The experimental group received the EI intervention over 10 weeks and the control group received the ordinary online EFL instruction. Data were collected through EI and flow questionnaires and semi-structured interviews which focused on learners' perception of the EI intervention and signs of enhanced flow. Statistical analysis of the data showed a positive effect of the program on the learners' EI and their perceived flow. The study emphasizes the role of applying positive emotions in making language learners more engaged in online classroom tasks.

Abstract
Given that tourism e-commerce live streaming has become an important driver of tourism development after the outbreak of Covid-19 but limited attention has been paid to this area, this study examines the impacts of tourism e-commerce live streaming features (interactivity, authenticity, and entertainment) on the consumers’ purchase intention from the perspectives of consumers’ flow experience and trust based on the SOR theory. The authors collected survey data from 357 tourism e-commerce live streaming consumers and used the structural equation model to test the research model. The results reveal that interactivity and authenticity positively affect tourism e-commerce live streaming consumers’ purchase intention, but entertainment does not influence purchase intention positively; interactivity, authenticity, and entertainment each positively affects tourism e-commerce live streaming consumers’ flow experience and trust; both flow experience and trust positively affect tourism e-commerce live streaming consumers’ purchase intention; both flow experience and trust have mediating effects on the relationships between tourism e-commerce live streaming features and consumers’ purchase intention. This study extends existing theoretical research on tourism e-commerce live streaming and provides some managerial implications for tourism enterprises and streamers.

Khanchel H. Factors affecting social network use by students in Tunisia. HUMAN SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT 2022. [DOI: 10.3233/hsm-220017] [Citation(s) in RCA: 0] [Impact Index Per Article: 0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 11/15/2022]
Abstract
BACKGROUND: Several theories have developed instruments for assessing the acceptance of using technologies. This work is a continuation of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) research for the review of the factors affecting the acceptance of digital social networks (DSN) among Tunisian students. OBJECTIVE: We aim to bring a better understanding of technology use in the educational context. More specifically, we investigate the determinants of digital social network (DSN) acceptance by Tunisian students and the effects of this acceptance on students’outcomes in the presence of social isolation as a mediating variable and fear of COVID-19 to ensure the continuity of university pedagogy. METHOD: We used the survey method, sampling stutents (N = 100) during the COVID-19 pandemic to test this model. For the data analysis, this study employed structural equation modeling through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and condition process modeling. RESULTS: The research found that Social Influence (SI); Effort Expectancy (EE), Facilitating Conditions (FC), and Performance Expectancy (PE) have a significant and affirmative effect on the behavioral intention (BI) and influence of behavioral intention on digital social network (DSN) user behavior in learning (UBL). Furthermore, Social Isolation (SIS) as a mediating variable and fear of COVID-19 (FOC) has a significant effect between dimensions of adjusted unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and behavioural intention of learning by digital social network (DSN) applications. CONCLUSION: The new adjusted conceptual model is a significant contribution to the current knowledge, which will enhance the dimensions of the actual unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model. Moreover, the findings have significant implications for educators and decision-makers involved in designing learning through digital social network (DSN) applications for implementation in universities.
