Abstract
Interval complex neutrosophic soft sets (I-CNSSs) are interval neutrosophic soft sets (I-NSSs) described by three two-dimensional independent membership functions which are uncertainty interval, indeterminacy interval, and falsity interval respectively. Relation is a tool that helps in describing consistency and agreement between objects. Throughout this paper, we insert and discuss the interval complex neutrosophic soft relation (simply denoted by I-CNSR) that is a novel soft computing technique used to examine the degree of interaction between two corresponding models called I-CNSSs. We present the definition of the Cartesian product of I-CNSSs followed by the definition of I-CNSR. Further, the definitions and some theorems and properties related to the composition, inverse, and complement of I-CNSR are provided. The notions of symmetric, reflexive, transitive, and equivalent of I-CNSRs are proposed and the algebraic properties of these concepts are verified. Additionally, we point the contribution of our concept to real life problems by presenting a proposed algorithm to solve a real-life decision-making problem. Finally, a comparison between the proposed model and the existing relations is conducted to clarify the importance of this model.

Abstract
T-Spherical fuzzy set (TSFS) is an improved extension in fuzzy set (FS) theory that takes into account four angles of the human judgment under uncertainty about a phenomenon that is membership degree (MD), abstinence degree (AD), non-membership degree (NMD), and refusal degree (RD). The purpose of this manuscript is to introduce and investigate logarithmic aggregation operators (LAOs) in the layout of TSFSs after observing the shortcomings of the previously existing AOs. First, we introduce the notions of logarithmic operations for T-spherical fuzzy numbers (TSFNs) and investigate some of their characteristics. The study is extended to develop T-spherical fuzzy (TSF) logarithmic AOs using the TSF logarithmic operations. The main theory includes the logarithmic TSF weighted averaging (LTSFWA) operator, and logarithmic TSF weighted geometric (LTSFWG) operator along with the conception of ordered weighted and hybrid AOs. An investigation about the validity of the logarithmic TSF AOs is established by using the induction method and examples are solved to examine the practicality of newly developed operators. Additionally, an algorithm for solving the problem of best production choice is developed using TSF information and logarithmic TSF AOs. An illustrative example is solved based on the proposed algorithm where the impact of the associated parameters is examined. We also did a comparative analysis to examine the advantages of the logarithmic TSF AOs.

Abstract
It is prominent important for managers to assess the personal risk of mental patients. The evaluation process refers to numerous indexes, and the evaluation values are general portrayed by uncertainty information. In order to conveniently model the complicated uncertainty information in realistic decision making, interval-valued complex Pythagorean fuzzy set is proposed. Firstly, with the aid of Einstein t-norm and t-conorm, four fundamental operations for interval-valued complex Pythagorean fuzzy number (IVCPFN) are constructed along with some operational properties. Subsequently, according to these proposed operations, the weighted average and weighted geometric forms of aggregation operators are initiated for fusing IVCPFNs, and their anticipated properties are also examined. In addition, a multiple attribute decision making issue is examined under the framework of IVCPFNs when employing the novel suggested operators. Ultimately, an example regarding the assessment on personal risk of mental patients is provided to reveal the practicability of the designed approach, and the attractiveness of our results is further found through comparing with other extant approaches. The main novelty of the coined approach is that it not only can preserve the original assessment information adequately by utilizing the IVCPFNs, but also can aggregate IVCPFNs effectively.
