On Thermal Distribution for Darcy–Forchheimer Flow of Maxwell Sutterby Nanofluids over a Radiated Extending Surface

Heat transfer analysis of Maxwell tri-hybridized nanofluid through Riga wedge with fuzzy volume fraction

This contribution aims to optimize nonlinear thermal flow for Darcy-Forchheimer Maxwell fuzzy [Formula: see text] tri-hybrid nanofluid flow across a Riga wedge in the context of boundary slip. Three types of nanomaterials, [Formula: see text] Cu and [Formula: see text] have been mixed into the basic fluid known as engine oil. Thermal properties with the effects of porous surface and nonlinear convection have been established for the particular combination [Formula: see text] Applying a set of appropriate variables, the set of equations that evaluated the energy and flow equations was transferred to the dimensionless form. For numerical computing, the MATLAB software's bvp4c function is used. The graphical display is used to demonstrate the influence of several influential parameters. It has been observed that flow rate decay with expansion in porosity parameter and nanoparticles volumetric fractions. In contrast, it rises with wedge angle, Grashof numbers, Darcy-Forchheimer, nonlinear Grashof numbers, and Maxwell fluid parameter. Thermal profiles increase with progress in the heat source, nanoparticles volumetric fractions, viscous dissipation, and nonlinear thermal radiation. The percentage increases in drag force for ternary hybrid nanofluid are 13.2 and 8.44 when the Modified Hartmann number takes input in the range [Formula: see text] and wedge angle parameters [Formula: see text]. For fuzzy analysis, dimensionless ODEs transformed into fuzzy differential equations and employed symmetrical triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs). The TFN makes a triangular membership function (M.F.) that describes the fuzziness and comparison. This study compared nanofluids, hybrid nanofluids, and ternary nanofluids through triangular M.F. The boundary layer flow caused by a wedge surface plays a crucial role in heat exchanger systems and geothermal.

Thermal Analysis of Radiative Darcy-Forchheimer Nanofluid Flow Across an Inclined Stretching Surface

Nanofluids have unique features that make them potentially valuable in a variety of medicinal, technical, and industrial sectors. The widespread applications of nanotechnology in modern science have prompted researchers to study nanofluid models from different perspectives. The objective of the current research is to study the flow of non-Newtonian nanofluid over an inclined stretching surface immersed in porous media by employing the Darcy-Forchheimer model. Both titanium oxide (TiO2) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) are nanoparticles which can be found in blood (based fluid). The consequences of viscous dissipation, thermal radiations, and heat generation are also incorporated. Boundary layer approximations are employed to model the governing system of partial differential equations (PDEs). The governing PDEs with their associated boundary conditions are further altered to a dimensionless form by employing appropriate transformations. The results of the transformed model are collected using local non-similarity approach up to the second level of truncation in association with the built-in finite difference code in MATLAB (bvp4c). Additionally, the impacts of emerging factors on the fluid flow and thermal transport features of the considered flow problem are displayed and analyzed in graphical forms after achieving good agreement between accomplished computational results and published ones. Numerical variations in drag coefficient and Nusselt number are elaborated through the tables. It has been perceived that the enhancement in Casson fluid parameter diminishes the velocity profile. Moreover, it is noted that the porosity parameter and Lorentz's forces reinforce the resulting frictional factor at the inclined stretching surface.

Micropolar Dusty Fluid: Coriolis Force Effects on Dynamics of MHD Rotating Fluid When Lorentz Force Is Significant

The main objective of this investigation to examine the momentum and thermal transportation of rotating dusty micropolar fluid flux with suspension of conducting dust particles across the stretched sheet. The novelty of the flow model is the exploration of the significance of boosting the volume concentration of dust particles in fluid dynamics. The governing PDEs of the problem for both phase models are transmuted into nonlinear coupled non-dimensional ODEs by utilizing suitable similarity modifications. The bvp4c technique was utilized in MATLAB script to acquire a graphical representation of the experimental results. This study illustrates the analysis of repercussions of pertinent parameters on non-Newtonian fluid and the dusty phase of fluid. By improving the volume concentration of dust particles and rotating parameters, the axial velocity for both phases depreciates, whereas temperature and transverse velocity for both phases have the opposite behavior. The micro-rotation distribution rises with higher contributions of rotating and material parameters, whereas it decreases against larger inputs of volume concentration of dust particles. The growing strength of the dust volume fraction (ϕd) caused the coefficient of skin friction to decrease along the x direction, and the skin friction coefficient is raised along the y direction.
