Abstract
Developing a shape memory polyurethane with high mechanical properties, excellent self-healing has become a huge challenge for the development of smart materials. Herein, we report the design and fabrication of a shape memory polyurethane network terminated with coumarin units (HEOMC-PU) to address this conundrum. The synthesized HEOMC-PU exhibits exceptional mechanical performance with a breaking elongation of 746% and toughness of 55.5 MJ·m-3. By utilizing the dynamically reversible behavior of coumarin units to repair the damaged network, the efficient self-healing performance (99.2%) of HEOMC-PU is obtained. In addition, the prepared network and light-induced dynamic reversibility endow the HEOMC-PU with both liquid-state remoldability and solid-state plasticity, respectively, enabling polyurethane to be recycled and processed multiple times. Furthermore, based on the fluorescence responsive characteristic of coumarin, HEOMC-PU with a fluorescent pattern can be deformed into specific three-dimensional configurations by combining photolithography, self-healing, and the shape memory effect. Such a multilevel and multidimensional anti-counterfeiting platform with rewritable fluorescent patterns and reconfigurable shapes can open up a new encryption approach for future intelligent anti-counterfeiting.

Abstract
Elastomers such as gels and rubbers play various roles in our lives. Elastomers, which guarantee the safety of airplanes and automobiles and the stability of buildings, are materials that have made the lives of people in the twentieth century extremely convenient. The existence of macromolecules, that is, giant molecules, has been clarified; the development of synthetic macromolecules has progressed; and understanding of elastomers has progressed. By introducing new ideas, it has become possible to obtain tough and hard elastomers, which was difficult under conventional ideas. In this paper, we will explain the development from the classical theory of elastomers to current efforts.

Abstract
Developing degradable and self-healable elastomers composed of reusable resources is of great value but is rarely reported because of the undegradable molecular chains. Herein, we report a class of degradable and self-healable vitrimers based on non-isocyanate polyurethane elastomer. Such vitrimers are fabricated by copolymerizing bis(6-membered cyclic carbonate) and amino-terminated liquid nitrile rubber. The networks topologies can rearrange by transcarbonation exchange reactions between hydroxyl and carbonate groups at elevated temperatures; as such, vitrimers after reprocessing can recover 82.9–95.6% of initial tensile strength and 59–131% of initial storage modulus. Interestingly, the networks can be hydrolyzed and decarbonated in the strong acid solution to recover 75% of the pure di(trimethylolpropane) monomer. Additionally, the elastomer exhibits excellent self-healing efficiency (~88%) and fracture strain (~1,200%) by tuning the monomer feeding ratio. Therefore, this work provides a novel strategy to fabricate the sustainable elastomers with minimum environmental impact.
