Abstract
During the pandemic, artificial intelligence was employed and utilized by students around the globe. Students' conduct changed in a variety of ways when schooling returned to regular instruction. This study aimed to analyze the student's behavioral intention and actual academic use of communicational AI (CAI) as an educational tool. This study identified the variables by utilizing an integrated framework based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) and self-determination theory. Through the use of an online survey and Structural Equation Modeling, data from 533 respondents were analyzed. The results showed that perceived relatedness has the most significant effect on the behavioral intention of students in using CAI as an educational tool, followed by perceived autonomy. It showed that students use CAI based on the objective and the possibility of increasing their productivity, rather than any other purpose in the education setting. Among the UTAUT2 domains, only facilitating conditions, habit, and performance expectancy provided a significant direct effect on behavioral intention and an indirect effect on actual academic use. Further implications were presented. Moreover, the methodology and framework of this study could be extended and applied to educational technology-related studies. Lastly, the outcome of this study may be considered in analyzing the behavioral intention of the students as the teaching-learning environment is still continuously expanding and developing.

Abstract
In the current severe aging of the population, the problem of "digital divide" of the elderly has become increasingly prominent, and the elderly market represents a vast demographic that is increasingly becoming an important customer segment for mobile shopping in the future. However, there is currently insufficient attention given to the research on mobile shopping behavior among older adults. This study tries to answer what are the driving factors of mobile phone shopping behavior among the elderly? The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that drive the elderly's mobile phone shopping behavior, and to establish a mobile phone shopping acceptance model for the elderly to predict the factors of the elderly's behavioral intention of using smart phones. Based on the second edition of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology theory (UTAUT 2), this study proposed a mobile phone shopping acceptance model for the elderly. The study collected valid data from 389 Chinese elderly people through questionnaires and analyzed them using structural equation models. The results showed that utilitarian, anxiety, trust, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and habit directly impact the older adults' intention to engage in mobile shopping. Additionally, facilitating conditions, habit and the older adults' intention to engage in mobile shopping act as driving factors for actual use behavior. This study further expands the UTAUT theoretical model, provides a theoretical basis for the research of mobile shopping behavior of the elderly, and enricues the application groups and fields of the UTAUT theoretical model. The results of this study provide inspiration for the development, design and marketing of age-appropriate mobile shopping products, and contribute to the realization and further adoption of age-appropriate mobile shopping, and also contribute to promoting the active aging of the elderly.

Abstract
The emergence of e-commerce platforms, especially online grocery shopping, is heightened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Filipino consumers started to adapt online due to the strict quarantine implementations in the country. This study intended to predict and evaluate factors influencing the intention and usage behavior towards online groceries incorporating the integrated Protection Motivation Theory and an extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology applying machine learning ensemble. A total of 373 Filipino consumers of online groceries responded to the survey and evaluated factors under the integrated framework. Artificial Neural Network that is 96.63 % accurate with aligned with the result of the Random Forest Classifier (96 % accuracy with 0.00 standard deviation) having Perceived Benefits as the most significant factor followed by Perceived Vulnerability, Behavioral Intention, Performance Expectancy, and Perceived. These factors will lead to very high usage of online grocery applications. It was established that machine learning algorithms can be used in predicting consumer behavior. These findings may be applied and extended to serve as a framework for government agencies and grocers to market convenient and safe grocery shopping globally.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced people to limit their physical interactions, which has led to explosive growth in online grocery shopping. However, there is no clear consensus in the retailing literature on whether consumers prefer to buy groceries online. The objective of this current study is to synthesize research about online grocery shopping published before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and to develop a conceptual framework about online grocery purchase intentions and their determinants, the mediation effects of consumers’ attitudes, the moderating effects of COVID-19, and control variables. The meta-analysis presents data derived from 50 independent samples with a sample size of 20,538 respondents. Selected determinants were identified as triggers for online grocery purchase intentions, and perceived usefulness and consumer attitude were identified as important mediators between determinants and intentions. The findings clarify the mechanisms behind the increase in online grocery shopping during the pandemic by presenting a decrease in the importance of its strongest determinants (i.e., perceived usefulness and attitude). Based on these findings, we present contributions to theory, managerial implications, and future research directions.

Abstract
This present research examines the behavioral intentions of Filipinos to use online grocery applications during the novel COVID-19 pandemic. The study proposes an integration of the health belief model (HBM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) to identify the factors affecting the acceptance and usage of Filipinos of online grocery applications in terms of the impact of health risk for COVID-19. To accurately measure the factors and their relationship to behavioral intentions and usage behavior, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 373 residents in the Philippines. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied as an analytical method for this study. The results revealed that performance expectancy, perceived benefits, perceived severity, and cues to action significantly influenced the behavioral intentions and usage of online grocery apps during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study’s findings can be utilized as a theoretical framework for future researchers of consumer behavior; e-commerce developers; and grocery industry retailers, to enhance the innovation and services of online grocery applications. The results of this study may also be used and capitalized on by investors and managers to apply in strategizing when developing and marketing online grocery applications among consumers. Moreover, the framework of this study may be adopted and utilized by other online markets, even in different counties. Further theoretical and practical aspects are discussed in this paper.

Abstract
The literature does not agree on the precise role of socio-demographic characteristics in the adoption of online grocery shopping. This methodological note reviews the literature and shows that the differences in empirical results can to a large extent be explained by the data that is used. In particular, what matters is whether or not the survey that is exploited was targeted at the household member primarily responsible for the grocery shopping. I show that studies that use a non-targeted survey erroneously find that women are keener to adopt e-grocery services, in that the gender gap is simply due to women’s role as homemakers. I also show that such studies tend to underestimate the impact of education and income.

Abstract
The current age of artificial intelligence, along with the advent of robots, portends increased use of innovative technologies in the tourism industry, with higher levels of service innovation than in many other industries. In addition, factors such as an approaching worldwide pandemic have limited the amount of physical contact that people can have. So as a result, the use of service robots in service areas, such as tourism, has recently become controversial. In this study, accommodation customers’ perceptions of advantages and disadvantages about robots and the effect of the perceived value of their intention to use them were investigated. Within the scope of the research, data were collected from 1408 people living in various cities in Turkey through an online survey. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the perception of advantage and the perceived value affect the intention to use service robots positively and significantly. It has been determined that the perception of disadvantage affects the intention to use service robots negatively and significantly. The research results show that the accommodation companies should be innovative and rapidly transition to robotization, as in the manufacturing industry. Advanced technological innovation applications, such as service robots, will play an essential role in the revival of the tourism industry, especially during the global epidemic.
