Micro- and Small-Sized Enterprises’ Sustainability-Oriented Innovation for COVID-19

The economic impact of a public emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, is often reduced by micro and small businesses (MSEs) undertaking sustainability-oriented innovation for public emergencies (SOIPE), which includes production and service innovation, information innovation, marketing innovation, and labor innovation. The originality of this study lies in its prediction and evaluation of COVID-19′s challenges and SOIPE’s requirements to have a keen observation and discovery ability. In this paper, we combined nominal group technique, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, least squares, and a case study to investigate governance, economic, financial, sociocultural, and environmental sustainability and demonstrate the MSEs’ sustainability evaluation model. In a qualitative study and literature review, MSEs were found to use SOIPE in a variety of ways. Some studies focused on marketing innovation, while others were hampered by their limited understanding. From both a theoretical and empirical perspective, this study suggests that MSEs should identify their optimal SOIPE based on the impact and volatility of a public emergency. In addition, this study presents an assessment of the impact and environmental volatility of a public emergency, as well as MSEs’ SOIPE, which is more helpful for enterprises. Finally, this study creatively introduces the SOIPE of MSEs, which has important policy ramifications.

The Sustainable Island Tourism Evaluation Model Using the FDM-DEMATEL-ANP Method

The purpose of this study is first to propose a comprehensive evaluation model for sustainable island tourism, and then to provide guidelines and suggestions for the development thereof. Based on the advantages of using fuzzy set theory, this study’s method included the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM), the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), the analytic network process (ANP), and FDM- DEMATEL-ANP (FDANP). From the literature review results and experts’ surveys, the dimensions of the evaluation criteria for sustainable island tourism are governance, economy and finance, socio-culture, and the environment. Compared with other studies, its major contributions and differences are the governance and finance dimensions, and the evaluation criteria for the marine industry, marine cultures, and marine environments. The findings show that the relative importance of the dimensions from high to low are economy and finance, governance, the environment, and socio-culture. The top five key criteria begin with having an official administration organization, having a tourism industry, and revenue uncertainties based on public health events. These, along with policies and regulations, and local food and drink, are thought to provide the necessary conditions for sustainable island tourism. The implications for theory and practice and future research directions are discussed.

An Annealing Model Analysis and Research on the In of Community Public Sports on Economic Development

The state vigorously develops the application of community sports and takes it as an important unit of social and economic development. With the development of the economy, residents' living standards are getting better, which also greatly promotes the development of community public sports. Community public sports have made great progress in terms of scale, hardware, and services, and their impact on society is getting worse. Come bigger. However, there are still some deficiencies in the development of community sports. How to accurately evaluate and predict its facilities, construction, and service levels and put forward corresponding development strategies is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of community public sports. In this paper, an iterative simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to evaluate the level of public sports services and help community public sports institutions identify their own development deficiencies. Through the simulation analysis of the community sports organizations, community members, venue facilities and funds, venue facilities and funds, administrators, and the community sports activities, it is found that the identification accuracy of the evaluation results of the five indicators is above 95%, while the initial threshold of community public sports and social and economic development and the prediction accuracy required by the standard of development status are both 10%. At the same time, the recognition time of the evaluation results in the five indicators is less than 7 seconds. In community public sports development trend prediction and service level judgment, the identification time of the evaluation result is less than 4 seconds, and the overall judgment result is better.
