Abstract
The subject of this research is the evaluation of electric cars and the choice of car that best meets the set research criteria. To this end, the criteria weights were determined using the entropy method with two-step normalization and a full consistency check. In addition, the entropy method was extended further with q-rung orthopair fuzzy (qROF) information and Einstein aggregation for carrying out decision making under uncertainty with imprecise information. Sustainable transportation was selected as the area of application. The current work compared a set of 20 leading EVs in India using the proposed decision-making model. The comparison was designed to cover two aspects: technical attributes and user opinions. For the ranking of the EVs, a recently developed multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) model, the alternative ranking order method with two-step normalization (AROMAN), was used. The present work is a novel hybridization of the entropy method, full consistency method (FUCOM), and AROMAN in an uncertain environment. The results show that the electricity consumption criterion (w = 0.0944) received the greatest weight, while the best ranked alternative was A7. The results also show robustness and stability, as revealed through a comparison with the other MCDM models and a sensitivity analysis. The present work is different from the past studies, as it provides a robust hybrid decision-making model that uses both objective and subjective information.

Abstract
Healthcare waste management has been an extensively attractive topic recently since it is one of the key concerns regarding both environment and public health, predominantly in developing nations. The optimization of the treatment procedure for healthcare waste is indeed a complex "multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM)" problem that involves contradictory and interweaved critical criteria. To successfully handle this issue, this study extends the original method, named the "double normalization-based multi-aggregation (DNMA)" approach, with "interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs)" for decision-making problems taking criteria in terms of benefit or cost types. This method involves two target-based normalizations and three subordinate utility models. To estimate the criteria weights, we propose a new parametric divergence measure and discuss the feasibility of the developed divergence measure based on existing divergence measures for IVIFSs. Further, the developed framework is implemented to elucidate the "healthcare waste treatment (HCWT)" problem. The comparative and sensitivity analyses of the outcomes indicate that the proposed approach efficiently tackles the problem of HCWT selection. The outcomes show that steam sterilization (0.462) is the optimal one for HCWT. The prioritization options, obtained by presented approach, are dependable and suitable, which are steam sterilization ≻ microwave ≻ incineration ≻ landfilling.

Abstract
In the past few years, the private sectors and industries have focused their attention on sustainable development goals to achieve the better and more sustainable future for all. To accomplish a sustainable community, one requires to better recognize the fundamental indicators and selects the most suitable sustainable policies in diverse regions of the community. Considering the huge impact of construction industry on sustainable development, very less research efforts have been made to obtain worldwide sustainable elucidations for this type of industry. As a large sector of construction industry, industrial buildings consume enormous amounts of energy and financial assets, and play a key character in job creation and life quality improvement in the community. In order to assess the sustainable industrial buildings by means of multiple indicators, the present study introduces a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making methodology which integrates the fairly aggregation operator, the MEthod based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC), the stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) and the additive ratio assessment (ARAS) methods with intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS). In this respect, firstly new intuitionistic fuzzy weighted fairly aggregation operators are proposed and then employed to aggregate the decision information in the proposed hybrid method. This operator overcomes the limitations of basic intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators. To find the criteria weights, an integrated model is presented based on the MEREC for objective weights and the SWARA for subjective weights of indicators under IFS context. To rank the sustainable industrial buildings, an integrated ARAS method is employed from uncertain perspective. Further, a case study concerning sustainable industrial buildings evaluation is presented to illustrate the superiority and practicality of the developed methodology. The advantages of the developed approach are highlighted in terms of stability and reliability by comparison with some of the existing methods.

Abstract
In this research article, an improved Multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) strategy has been developed in pentagonal neutrosophic environment incorporating grey relational analysis and method on the removal effects of criteria (MEREC) techniques to address the relative advantages and disadvantages of these aspects in MCGDM. The aim of the study is to improve MCGDM technique which can capture the underlying uncertainties in robust way and can produce consistent results in a more rigorous way. Here, the conception of Hamming distance between two pentagonal neutrosophic number (PNN)s is introduced and the weighted arithmetic and geometric averaging operators in PNN arena are deployed to craft our computational technique more progressive and robust. An agriculture-based numerical problem is illustrated to demonstrate the ranking results of the alternatives by both of the techniques. After evaluating the problem by two aggregation operators, it is found that "plantation crop" is the best alternative under certain circumstances. Lastly, the sensitivity investigation is performed which reveals that with the appliance of arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators the best ranked alternative preserves its position by both of the ranking methods, which definitely exhibit the consistency and robustness of our executed methodology.

Abstract
Recently, financial service systems have had essential impacts on public policies, the economic performance of firms, and all forms of industry and commerce. These systems play an important role in determining whether a society (which includes a wide range of members, from governmental institutions to individual consumers) has been successfully considered an environmentally sustainable path. The literature shows that the people who work in the financial sector are mostly unaware of the pressure and rationale behind sustainable development and its bearing on their work; however, those who work in the relevant research and policy areas generally ignore the vitality of the role of the financial sector in such a development. The study of interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets (IVPFSs) indicates an urge for a decision approach to implementing the available information for rational decisions properly. Inspired by the advantage of IVPFSs, an extended decision methodology called the IVPF rank-sum weighting method (RSWM)-double normalization-based multi-aggregation (DNMA) is discussed. In this line, the IVPF-RSWM is applied to find the subjective weights of digital transformation challenges of sustainable financial service systems (SFSS), and the DNMA framework is developed to obtain the preferences of SFSSs in the banking sector. A case study to assess the main digital transformation challenges in SFSSs of the banking sector is undertaken. Further, comparison and sensitivity investigations are taken to illustrate the advantage of the presented approach.

Abstract
Population aging is the most serious challenge facing the pension insurance system in China in the next few decades. Compared with the employees of civil servants and enterprises and institutions, urban and rural residents are unstable vulnerable groups with less income. In order to deal with the pension risks caused by the growing aging population and solve the security problems of urban and rural residents, our government has carried out a series of constructive works in the pension insurance system: in view of the rural and urban residents, new rural social endowment insurance system and the social endowment insurance system for urban residents have been set up and combined into a unified basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in 2014. With the continuous expansion in the scale of income and expenditure of urban and rural living insurance funds and the size of the insured number, it is of great necessity to evaluate the efficiency of this system. The operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents' basic pension insurance systems is viewed as multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). In this paper, we propose an approach by combining the traditional Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with cumulative prospect theory (CPT) which can be widely used with vague information. Thus, the main contribution of this study is as follows: (1) the TOPSIS method is extended by picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) with unknown weight information; (2) entropy method to obtain the original weights of attributes; (3) the picture fuzzy-CPT-TOPSIS (PF-CPT-TOPSIS) method is used to deal with the MAGDM problems under PFSs; (4) a numerical instance for operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents' basic pension insurance systems is proposed to testify the effectiveness of new method; and (5) some comparative studies are provided to give effect to the rationality of PF-CPT-TOPSIS approach.

Abstract
Based on the traditional TOPSIS method and 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs), this paper builds a novel 2TLPF-TOPSIS method that combines cumulative prospect theory (CPT) to cope with the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). This new method takes into account the decision-makers’ mind and the uncertainty of decision-making, and is more in line with the real decision-making environment. First, this paper briefly reviews some necessary theories related to PFS, as well as the calculation rules and comparison methods of 2TLPFNs. Then, since there is often subjective randomness when determining the weight, the entropy method is utilized to objectively determine the weight. After that, give the specific calculation steps of the new method. In order to show the effectiveness of the new method, apply it into a specific numerical example about evaluating airline business operations capability, and compare it with the other four different methods. The ranking results depict that the new method designed is effective and reasonable, and has good application value of MAGDM problems.

Abstract
At present, the basic pension insurance system for urban and rural residents in China has played a positive role in guaranteeing the basic life of the elderly in urban and rural areas. At present, the basic pension insurance system for urban and rural residents is not perfect, and there is still a great lag in the formulation of cross-system and cross-regional policies. There are differences in treatment between groups, between regions and between urban and rural areas. The coverage is not comprehensive enough and there are still some people who are not included in the basic protection system, etc. People urgently need a social pension insurance system that can provide reliable and sustainable protection in their old age. The operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents’ basic pension insurance systems is viewed as the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM). In this paper, the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers grey relational analysis (TFNN-GRA) method is built based on the traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) and triangular fuzzy neutrosophic sets (TFNSs). Finally, a numerical example for operational efficiency evaluation of urban and rural residents’ basic pension insurance systems has been given and some comparisons are used to illustrate advantages of 2TLNN-GRA method.
