Abstract
AbstractThis study proposes a new perspective of the TOPSIS and VIKOR methods using the recently introduced spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs) to handle the vagueness in subjective data and the uncertainties in objective data simultaneously. When implementing these techniques using SFSs, two main problems might arise that can lead to incorrect results. Firstly, the reference points might change with the utilized score function. Secondly, the distance between reference points might not be the largest, as known, among the available ratings. To overcome these deficiencies and increase the robustness of these two methods, they are implemented without utilizing any reference points to minimize the effect of defuzzification and without measuring the distance to eliminate the effect of distance formulas. In the proposed methods, when using an SFS to express the performance of an alternative for a criterion, this SFS per se can be viewed as a measure of proximity to the aspired level. On the other hand, the conjugate of the SFS can be viewed as a measure of proximity to the ineffectual level. Two practical applications are presented to demonstrate the proposed techniques. The first example handles a warehouse location selection problem. The second example evaluates hydrogen storage systems for automobiles with different types of data (crisp, linguistic variables, type 1 fuzzy sets). These data are transformed to SFSs to provide a more comprehensive analysis. A comparative study is conducted with earlier versions of TOPSIS and VIKOR to explicate the adequacy of the proposed methods and the consistency of the results.

Abstract
Single-valued neutrosophic sets can efficiently depict a great deal of imprecise, uncertain and discordant information. Hamy mean operator can consider the interrelationships among multiple integrated arguments and Schweizer-Sklar operations express great flexibility in the process of information aggregation. To give full consideration to these advantages, we merge the Hamy mean operator with the Schweizer-Sklar operations in single-valued neutrosophic environment, proposing a single-valued neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar Hamy mean operator and a single-valued neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar weighted Hamy mean operator. Besides, we illustrate some specific cases and attributes of the two operators. Moreover, based on the entropy weight method and the single-valued neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar weighted Hamy mean operator, this paper presents a single-valued neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar entropic weighted Hamy mean method to tackle multi-attribute decision making problems. At last, the method and other three existing methods are applied to solve a practical multi-attribute decision making problem, which validates the credibility and validity of the single-valued neutrosophic Schweizer-Sklar entropic weighted Hamy mean method by comparing the differences among them.

Abstract
With the development of the social economy, the level of motorization has been greatly improved, and the traffic safety problem has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, China’s road traffic accident rate showed a trend of decline after rising first, suggests that the Chinese road traffic safety level is on the decline. Road traffic safety evaluation has a positive effect in found risk factors of road traffic safety in time and reduce the traffic accident rate, so the study of traffic safety evaluation method is imperative. And the urban road traffic safety evaluation is frequently viewed as the multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Depending on the conventional VIKOR method and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), this paper designs a novel IVIF-VIKOR method to assess the urban road traffic safety. In addition, since subjective randomness frequently exists in determining criteria weights, the weights of criteria is [Z1] decided objectively by utilizing CRITIC method. Eventually, an application and some comparative analysis are given. The results show that the designed algorithms are useful for assessing the urban road traffic safety.

Abstract
In many cases, complex problems cannot be accurately described by precise numerical values. Fuzzy theory provides a suitable tool for solving these problems. However, if decision makers cannot reach an agreement on the method for defining linguistic variables based on fuzzy sets, TIVFNs (triangular interval-valued fuzzy numbers) can provide more accurate modeling. Therefore, solving fuzzy MCGDM (multiple criteria group decision-making) problem with an unknown expert weight and criterion weight in TIVFNs has become an important research direction. In this paper, TIVF-VIKOR (triangular interval-valued fuzzy VIKOR) method, which is suitable for the environment of TIVFNs, is proposed to solve the problem of fuzzy MCGDM. To achieve this goal, the TIVF-VIKOR method is innovatively adopted similarity and coefficient of variation are combined to calculate expert weight, and deviation maximization method based on divergence matrix is used to calculate criterion weight. VIKOR method is used to find the compromise solutions, which are converted into the form of binary connection number, and the optimal compromise solution is obtained after ranking. The proposed method is applied to the problem of machine fault detection, and the validity and feasibility of the method are illustrated. Compared with the TOPSIS∖ELECTRE method, the ranking results of the three methods are equivalent, and the fluctuation of the TIVF-VIKOR method is more distinct.

Abstract
In this manuscript, we extend the traditional multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method for the multiple-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) with triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TFNNs) to propose the TFNNs-MABAC method. In the proposed method, we utilize the TFNNs to express the values of criteria for each alternative in MCGDM problems. First, we briefly acquaint the basic concept of TFNNs and describe its corresponding some operation laws, the functions of score and accuracy, and the normalized hamming distance. We then review two aggregation operators of TFNNs. Afterward, we combine the traditional MABAC method with the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic evaluation and provide a sequence of calculation procedures of the TFNNs-MABAC method. After comparing it with some TFNNs aggregation operators and another method, the results showed that our extended MABAC method can not only effectively handle the conflicting attributes, but also practically deal with incomplete and indeterminate information in the MCGDM problem. Therefore, the extended MABAC method is more effective, conformable, and reasonable. Finally, an investment selection problem is demonstrated as a practice to verify the reasonability of our MABAC method.

Abstract
The grand theory of action of Parsons has an important place in social theories. Furthermore, there are many uncertainties in the theory of Parsons. Classical math logic is often insufficient to explain these uncertainties. In this study, we explain the grand theory of action of Parsons in neutrosociology for the first time. Thus, we achieve a more effective way of dealing with the uncertainties in the theory of Parsons as in all social theories. We obtain a similarity measure for single-valued neutrosophic numbers. In addition, we show that this measure of similarity satisfies the similarity measure conditions. By making use of this similarity measure, we obtain applications that allow finding the ideal society in the theory of Parsons within the theory of neutrosociology. In addition, we compare the results we obtained with the data in this study with the results of the similarity measures previously defined. Thus, we have checked the appropriateness of the decision-making application that we obtained.

Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the Euclidean, Hamming, and generalized distance measures for the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (GIFSSs). We discuss the properties of the presented distance measures. The numerical example of decision making and pattern recognition is discussed based on the proposed distance measures. We develop a remoteness index-based VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method for GIFSSs. The displaced and fixed ideals intuitionistic fuzzy values (IFVs) are defined. The novel concept of displaced and fixed remoteness indexes for IFVs are discussed. We discuss the methods to obtain the precise and intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) weights. The several displaced and fixed ranking indexes are defined based on the precise and IF weights. The remoteness indexes based VIKOR methods are proposed in the form of four algorithms. In the end, the selection of renewable energy sources problem is solved by using the four remoteness index-based VIKOR methods.

Abstract
The VIKOR model has been considered a viable tool for many decision-making applications in the past few years, given the advantages of considering the compromise between maximizing the utility of group and minimizing personal regrets. The q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy set (q-RIVOFS) is a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) and has emerged to solve more complex and uncertain decision making problems which IFS and PFS cannot handle. In this manuscript, the key innovation is to combine the traditional VIKOR model with q-RIVOFS to develop the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy VIKOR model. In the new developed model, to express more information, the attribute’s values in MAGDM problems are depicted by q-RIVOFNs. First of all, some basic theories and aggregation operators of q-RIVOFNs are simply introduced. Then we develop the origin VIKOR model to q-RIVOFS environment and briefly express the computing steps of this new established model. Thereafter, the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example of supplier selection of medical consumer products and through comparative analysis, the superiority of the new method is further illustrated.

Abstract
In multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems, uncertain decision information is well-represented by linguistic term sets (LTSs). These LTSs are easily converted into probabilistic linguistic sets (PLTSs). In this paper, a TOPSIS method is proposed for probabilistic linguistic MAGDM in which the attribute weights are completely unknown, and the decision information is in the form of probabilistic linguistic numbers (PLNs). First, the definition of the scoring function is used to solve the probabilistic linguistic entropy, which is then employed to objectively derive the attribute weights. Second, the optimal alternatives are determined by calculating the shortest distance from the probabilistic linguistic positive ideal solution (PLPIS) and on the other side the farthest distance of the probabilistic linguistic negative ideal solution (PLNIS). This proposed method extends the applications range of the traditional entropy-weighted method. Moreover, it doesn’t need the decision-maker to give the attribute weights in advance. Finally, a numerical example for supplier selection of new agricultural machinery products is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate. The proposed method can contribute to the selection of suitable alternative successfully in other selection problems.

Dual Hesitant q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Hamacher Aggregation Operators and their Applications in Scheme Selection of Construction Project. Symmetry (Basel) 2019. Abstract
The q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS), which is the extension of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS), satisfies the sum of q-th power of membership degree and nonmembership degree is limited 1. Evidently, the q-ROFS can depict more fuzzy assessment information and consider decision-maker’s (DM’s) hesitance. Thus, the concept of a dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (DHq-ROFS) is developed in this paper. Then, based on Hamacher operation laws, weighting average (WA) operator and weighting geometric (WG) operator, some dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher aggregation operators are developed, such as the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher weighting average (DHq-ROFHWA) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher weighting geometric (DHq-ROFHWG) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted average (DHq-ROFHOWA) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighting geometric (DHq-ROFHOWG) operator, the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher hybrid average (DHq-ROFHHA) operator, and the dual hesitant q-rung orthopair fuzzy Hamacher hybrid geometric (DHq-ROFHHG) operator. The precious merits and some particular cases of above mentioned aggregation operators are briefly introduced. In the end, an actual application for scheme selection of construction project is provided to testify the proposed operators and deliver a comparative analysis.

Abstract
In this paper, we design the EDAS (evaluation based on distance from average solution) model with picture 2-tuple linguistic numbers (P2TLNs). First, we briefly reviewed the definition of P2TLSs and introduced the score function, accuracy function, and operational laws of P2TLNs. Then, we combined the traditional EDAS model for multiple criteria group decision making (MCGDM) with P2TLNs. Our presented model was more accurate and effective for considering the conflicting attributes. Finally, a numerical case for green supplier selection was given to illustrate this new model, and some comparisons were also conducted between the picture 2-tuple linguistic weighted averaging (P2TLWA), picture 2-tuple linguistic weighted geometric (P2TLWG) aggregation operators and EDAS model with P2TLNs, to further illustrate the advantages of the new method.

Abstract
Neutrosophy (1995) is a new branch of philosophy that studies triads of the form (<A>, <neutA>, <antiA>), where <A> is an entity (i.e. element, concept, idea, theory, logical proposition, etc.), <antiA> is the opposite of <A>, while <neutA> is the neutral (or indeterminate) between them, i.e., neither <A> nor <antiA> [...]

Methods for Multiple-Attribute Group Decision Making with q-Rung Interval-Valued Orthopair Fuzzy Information and Their Applications to the Selection of Green Suppliers. Symmetry (Basel) 2019. Abstract
In the practical world, there commonly exist different types of multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with uncertain information. Symmetry among some attributes’ information that is already known and unknown, and symmetry between the pure attribute sets and fuzzy attribute membership sets, can be an effective way to solve this type of MAGDM problem. In this paper, we investigate four forms of information aggregation operators, including the Hamy mean (HM) operator, weighted HM (WHM) operator, dual HM (DHM) operator, and the dual-weighted HM (WDHM) operator with the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy numbers (q-RIVOFNs). Then, some extended aggregation operators, such as the q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy Hamy mean (q-RIVOFHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopairfuzzy weighted Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWHM) operator; q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFDHM) operator; and q-rung interval-valued orthopair fuzzy weighted dual Hamy mean (q-RIVOFWDHM) operator are presented, and some of their precious properties are studied in detail. Finally, a real example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management is provided, to demonstrate the proposed approach and to verify its rationality and scientific nature.

Abstract
In this paper, we expand the Hamy mean (HM) operator and Dombi operations with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) to propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFDHM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFWDHM) operator, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dual Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFDDHM) operator, and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted dual Dombi Hamy mean (IVIFWDDHM) operator. Then the MADM models are designed with IVIFWDHM and IVIFWDDHM operators. Abstract
In this paper, we extended the Hamy mean (HM) operator, the Dombi Hamy mean (DHM) operator, the Dombi dual Hamy mean (DDHM), with the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs) to propose the intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (IFDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (IFWDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFDDHM) operator, and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFWDDHM) operator. Following this, the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) methods are proposed with these operators. To conclude, we utilized an applicable example for the selection of a car supplier to prove the proposed methods.
