Abstract
Advances in multiple attribute decision making (MADM) require the development of information aggregation operations flexible enough to deal with neutrosophic Z-number (NZN) information. In this situation, new operations of NZNs are needed to aggregate NZNs with different values of operational parameter and to realize the MADM flexibility. Motivated by the Dombi operations, this study proposes the Dombi operations and some Dombi weighted aggregation operators of NZNs to solve a gap of flexible MADM in the setting of NZNs. Thus, the main aims of this article are (i) to propose several Dombi operations of NZNs, (ii) to present the NZN Dombi weighted arithmetic averaging (NZNDWAA) and NZN Dombi weighted geometric averaging (NZNDWGA) operators for aggregating NZN information and their properties, (iii) to establish a MADM approach based on the NZNDWAA and NZNDWGA operators for solving MADM problems under the environment of NZNs, and (iv) to give a MADM example and related comparative analysis on the issue of equipment supplier selection for indicating the applicability and efficiency of the developed MADM approach. However, the proposed MADM approach is more flexible for the selection of decision makers’ preferences and the actual requirements in MADM applications.

Novel Decision-Making Techniques in Tripolar Fuzzy Environment with Application: A Case Study of ERP Systems. COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND NEUROSCIENCE 2022; 2022:4488576. Abstract
The intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and bipolar fuzzy set (BFS) are all effective models to describe ambiguous and incomplete cognitive knowledge with membership, non-membership, negative membership, and hesitancy sections. But in daily life problems, there are some situations where we cannot apply the ordinary models of IFS and BFS, separately. Hence, there is a need to combine both the models of IFS and BFS into a single one. A tripolar fuzzy set (TFS) is a generalization of IFS and BFS. In circumstances where BFS and IFS models cannot be used individually, a tripolar fuzzy model is more dependable and efficient. Further, the IFS and BFS models are reduced to corollaries due to the proposed model of TFS. For this purpose in this article, we first consider some novel operations on tripolar fuzzy information. These operations are formulated on the basis of well-known Dombi T-norm and T-conorm, and the desirable properties are discussed. By applying the Dombi operations, arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators of TFS are proposed, and we introduce the concepts of a TF-Dombi weighted average (TFDWA) operator, a TF-Dombi ordered weighted average (TFDOWA) operator, and a TF-Dombi hybrid weighted (TFDHW) operator and explore their fundamental features including idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity, and others. In the second part, we propose TF-Dombi weighted geometric (TFDWG) operator, TF-Dombi ordered weighted geometric (TFDOWG) operator, and TF-Dombi hybrid geometric (TFDHG) operator. The features and specific cases of the mentioned operators are examined. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a management and integration approach that organizations employ to manage and develop many aspects of their operations. The study's primary contribution is to employ TFS to create certain decision-making strategies for the selection of optimal ERP systems. The proposed operators are then used to build several techniques for solving multiattribute decision-making (MADM) issues with TF information. Finally, an example of ERP system selection is investigated to demonstrate that the techniques suggested are trustworthy and realistic.

Abstract
AbstractA single-valued neutrosophic multi-set is characterized by a sequence of truth membership degrees, a sequence of indeterminacy membership degrees and a sequence of falsity membership degrees. Nature of a single-valued neutrosophic multi-set allows us to consider multiple information in the truth, indeterminacy and falsity memberships which is pretty useful in multi-criteria group decision making. In this paper, we consider sequences of intuitionistic fuzzy values instead of numbers to define the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-set. In this manner, such a set gives more powerful information. We also present some set theoretic operations and a partial order for intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic sets and provide some algebraic operations between intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic values. Then, we develop two types of weighted aggregation operators with the help of intuitionistic fuzzy t-norms and t-conorms. By considering some well-known additive generators of ordinary t-norms, we give the Algebraic weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators and the Einstein weighted arithmetic and geometric aggregation operators that are the particular cases of the weighted aggregation operators defined via general t-norms and t-conorms. We also define a simplified neutrosophic valued similarity measure and we use a score function for simplified neutrosophic values to rank similarities of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values. Finally, we give an algorithm to solve classification problems using intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values and proposed aggregation operators and we apply the theoretical part of the paper to a real classification problem.

Abstract
<p>Due to the vagueness and uncertainty of human cognition/judgments as related to complicated decision-making problems, existing fuzzy decision-making approaches merely signal fuzzy assessment values and lack degrees/levels of credibility for the fuzzy assessment values in alternatives over attributes. As a result, the fuzzy evaluative value's credibility degree highlights its significance and importance in the fuzzy decision-making problem. To improve the degrees/levels of credibility of fuzzy evaluation values, the fuzzy assessment values should be tightly linked to their credibility measures, which would result in more abundant and reliable assessment information. The major goal of this research was to describe new procedures for credible fuzzy numbers based on the Dombi t-norm and Dombi t-conorm. Dombi operations can benefit from the operational parameter's best tractability. These operations are more generalized for credibility fuzzy numbers. Furthermore, using the basic operational laws of Dombi t-norm and Dombi t-conorm, we develop a series of fuzzy credibility Dombi aggregation operators, like the fuzzy credibility Dombi geometric aggregation operator, fuzzy credibility Dombi ordered geometric aggregation operator and fuzzy credibility Dombi hybrid geometric aggregation operator. To handle this sort of decision-making problem, an extended TOPSIS (technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution) is proposed. Finally, we present an example, along with a discussion of the comparative results to check the accuracy and validation of the proposed methods, to confirm that their results are credible and feasible.</p>

Abstract
A cubic bipolar fuzzy set (CBFS) is a new approach in computational intelligence and decision-making under uncertainty. This model is the generalization of bipolar fuzzy sets to deal with two-sided contrasting features which can describe the information with a bipolar fuzzy number and an interval-valued bipolar fuzzy number simultaneously. In this paper, the Dombi’s operations are analyzed for information aggregation of cubic bipolar fuzzy numbers (CBFNs). The Dombi’s operations carry the advantage of more pliability and reliability due to the existence of their operational parameters. Owing to the pliable nature of Dombi’s operators, this research work introduces new aggregation operators named as cubic bipolar fuzzy Dombi weighted averaging (CBFDWA) operator and cubic bipolar fuzzy Dombi ordered weighted averaging (CBFDOWA) operator with ℙ -order and ℝ -order, respectively. Additionally, this paper presents some significant characteristics of suggested operators including, idempotency, boundedness and monotonicity. Moreover, a robust multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) technique is developed by using ℙ -CBFDWA and ℝ -CBFDWA operators. Based on the suggested operators a practical application is demonstrated towards MCDM under uncertainty. The comparison analysis of suggested Dombi’s operators with existing operators is also given to discuss the rationality, efficiency and applicability of these operators.

Abstract
Pythagorean fuzzy set (PyFS) is an extension of various fuzzy concepts, such as fuzzy set (FS), intuitionistic FS, and it is enhanced mathematical gizmo to pact with uncertain and vague information. In this article, some drawbacks in the Dombi operational rules for Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (PyFNs) are examined and some improved Dombi operational laws for PyFNs are developed. We also find out that the value aggregated using the existing Dombi aggregation operators (DAOs) is not a PyFN. Furthermore, we developed two new aggregations, improved existing aggregation operators (AOs) for aggregating Pythagorean fuzzy information (PyFI) and are applied to multiple-attribute decision making (MADM). To acquire full advantage of power average (PA) operators proposed by Yager, the Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi power average (PyFDPA) operator, the Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi weighted power average (PyFDWPA) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi power geometric (PyFDPG) operator, Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi weighted geometric (PyFDPWG) operator, improved the existing AOs and their desirable properties are discussed. The foremost qualities of these developed Dombi power aggregation operators is that they purge the cause of discomfited data and are more supple due to general parameter. Additionally, based on these Dombi power AOs, a novel MADM approach is instituted. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the realism and efficacy of the proposed approach and judgment with the existing approaches is also specified.

Abstract
In this paper, a set of Dombi power partitioned Heronian mean operators of q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (qROFNs) are presented, and a multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) method based on these operators is proposed. First, the operational rules of qROFNs based on the Dombi t-conorm and t-norm are introduced. A q-rung orthopair fuzzy Dombi partitioned Heronian mean (qROFDPHM) operator and its weighted form are then established in accordance with these rules. To reduce the negative effect of unreasonable attribute values on the aggregation results of these operators, a q-rung orthopair fuzzy Dombi power partitioned Heronian mean operator and its weighted form are constructed by combining qROFDPHM operator with the power average operator. A method to solve MAGDM problems based on qROFNs and the constructed operators is designed. Finally, a practical example is described, and experiments and comparisons are performed to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The demonstration results show that the method is feasible, effective, and flexible; has satisfying expressiveness; and can consider all the interrelationships among different attributes and reduce the negative influence of biased attribute values.

Abstract
The aims of this study are to propose the linguistic picture fuzzy Dombi (LPFD) aggregation operators and decision-making approach to deal with uncertainties in the form of linguistic picture fuzzy sets. LPFD operators have more flexibility due to the general fuzzy set. Utilizing the Dombi operational rule, the series of Dombi aggregation operators were proposed, namely linguistic picture fuzzy Dombi arithmetic/geometric, ordered arithmetic/ordered geometric and Hybrid arithmetic/Hybrid geometric aggregation operators. The distinguished feature of these proposed operators is studied. At that point, we have used these Dombi operators to design a model to deal with multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) issues under linguistic picture fuzzy information. Finally, an illustrative example to evaluate the emerging technology enterprises is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, together with a sensitivity analysis and comparison analysis, proving that its results are feasible and credible.

Abstract
The recently proposed q-rung picture fuzzy set (q-RPFSs) can describe complex fuzzy and uncertain information effectively. The Hamy mean (HM) operator gets good performance in the process of information aggregation due to its ability to capturing the interrelationships among aggregated values. In this study, we extend HM to q-rung picture fuzzy environment, propose novel q-rung picture fuzzy aggregation operators, and demonstrate their application to multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). First of all, on the basis of Dombi t-norm and t-conorm (DTT), we propose novel operational rules of q-rung picture fuzzy numbers (q-RPFNs). Second, we propose some new aggregation operators of q-RPFNs based on the newly-developed operations, i.e., the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (q-RPFDHM) operator, the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi weighted Hamy mean (q-RPFDWHM) operator, the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi dual Hamy mean (q-RPFDDHM) operator, and the q-rung picture fuzzy Dombi weighted dual Hamy mean (q-RPFDWDHM) operator. Properties of these operators are also discussed. Third, a new q-rung picture fuzzy MAGDM method is proposed with the help of the proposed operators. Finally, a best project selection example is provided to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the new method. The superiorities of the proposed method are illustrated through comparative analysis.

Abstract
In this article, we expand the Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator with single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic numbers (SVN2TLNs) to propose the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (SVN2TLMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLDMM) operator, and the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWDMM) operator. Multiple attribute decision making (MADM) methods are then proposed using these operators. In this paper, a generalized picture fuzzy soft set is proposed, which is an extension of the picture fuzzy soft sets. We investigate the basic properties of picture fuzzy soft sets and define an F-subset, M-subset, extended union, extended intersection, restricted union, restricted intersection and also prove the De Morgan’s laws for picture fuzzy soft information. We investigate upper and lower substitution for both picture fuzzy sets and generalized picture fuzzy soft sets. Meanwhile, the related proofs are given in detail. Finally, we propose an algorithm to deal with generalized picture fuzzy soft information. To show the supremacy and effectiveness of the proposed technique, we illustrate a descriptive example using generalized picture fuzzy soft information. Results indicate that the proposed technique is more generalized and effective over all the existing structures of fuzzy soft sets.

Abstract
Keeping in mind the importance and well growing Pythagorean fuzzy sets, in this paper, some novel operators for Pythagorean fuzzy sets and their properties are demonstrated. In this paper, we develop a comprehensive model to tackle decision-making problems where strong points of view are in the favour and against the some projects, entities or plans. Therefore, a new approach, based on Pythagorean fuzzy set models by means of Pythagorean fuzzy Dombi aggregation operators is proposed. An approach to deal with decision-making problems using Pythagorean Dombi averaging and Dombi geometric aggregation operators is established. This model has a stronger capability than existing averaging, geometric, Einstein, logarithmic averaging and logarithmic geometric aggregation operators for Pythagorean fuzzy information. Finally, the proposed method is demonstrated through an example of how the proposed method helps us and is effective in decision-making problems.

Abstract
A neutrosophic set was proposed as an approach to study neutral uncertain information. It is characterized through three memberships, T , I and F, such that these independent functions stand for the truth, indeterminate, and false-membership degrees of an object. The neutrosophic set presents a symmetric form since truth enrolment T is symmetric to its opposite false enrolment F with respect to indeterminacy enrolment I that acts as an axis of symmetry. The neutrosophic set was further extended to a Q-neutrosophic soft set, which is a hybrid model that keeps the features of the neutrosophic soft set in dealing with uncertainty, and the features of a Q-fuzzy soft set that handles two-dimensional information. In this study, we discuss some operations of Q-neutrosophic soft sets, such as subset, equality, complement, intersection, union, AND operation, and OR operation. We also define the necessity and possibility operations of a Q-neutrosophic soft set. Several properties and illustrative examples are discussed. Then, we define the Q-neutrosophic-set aggregation operator and use it to develop an algorithm for using a Q-neutrosophic soft set in decision-making issues that have indeterminate and uncertain data, followed by an illustrative real-life example.

Abstract
Molodtsov originated soft set theory that was provided a general mathematical framework for handling with uncertainties in which we meet the data by affix parameterized factor during the information analysis as differentiated to fuzzy as well as neutrosophic set theory. The main object of this paper is to lay a foundation for providing a new approach of single-valued neutrosophic soft tool which is considering many problems that contain uncertainties. In present study, a new aggregation operators of single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers have so far not yet been applied for ranking of the alternatives in decision-making problems. To this propose work, single-valued neutrosophic soft weighted arithmetic averaging (SVNSWA) operator, single-valued neutrosophic soft weighted geometric averaging (SVNSWGA) operator have been used to compare two single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers (SVNSNs) for aggregating different single-valued neutrosophic soft input arguments in neutrosophic soft environment. Then, its related properties have been investigated. Finally, a practical example for Medical diagnosis problems provided to test the feasibility and applicability of the proposed work.

Some Picture Fuzzy Dombi Heronian Mean Operators with Their Application to Multi-Attribute Decision-Making. Symmetry (Basel) 2018. Abstract
As an extension of the intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), the recently proposed picture fuzzy set (PFS) is more suitable to describe decision-makers’ evaluation information in decision-making problems. Picture fuzzy aggregation operators are of high importance in multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) within a picture fuzzy decision-making environment. Hence, in this paper our main work is to introduce novel picture fuzzy aggregation operators. Firstly, we propose new picture fuzzy operational rules based on Dombi t-conorm and t-norm (DTT). Secondly, considering the existence of a broad and widespread correlation between attributes, we use Heronian mean (HM) information aggregation technology to fuse picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs) and propose new picture fuzzy aggregation operators. The proposed operators not only fuse individual attribute values, but also have a good ability to model the widespread correlation among attributes, making them more suitable for effectively solving increasingly complicated MADM problems. Hence, we introduce a new algorithm to handle MADM based on the proposed operators. Finally, we apply the newly developed method and algorithm in a supplier selection issue. The main novelties of this work are three-fold. Firstly, new operational laws for PFSs are proposed. Secondly, novel picture fuzzy aggregation operators are developed. Thirdly, a new approach for picture fuzzy MADM is proposed.

Abstract
In this paper, we extended the Hamy mean (HM) operator, the Dombi Hamy mean (DHM) operator, the Dombi dual Hamy mean (DDHM), with the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs) to propose the intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi Hamy mean (IFDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi Hamy mean (IFWDHM) operator, intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFDDHM) operator, and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Dombi dual Hamy mean (IFWDDHM) operator. Following this, the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) methods are proposed with these operators. To conclude, we utilized an applicable example for the selection of a car supplier to prove the proposed methods.

Some Interval Neutrosophic Dombi Power Bonferroni Mean Operators and Their Application in Multi–Attribute Decision–Making. Symmetry (Basel) 2018. Abstract
The power Bonferroni mean (PBM) operator is a hybrid structure and can take the advantage of a power average (PA) operator, which can reduce the impact of inappropriate data given by the prejudiced decision makers (DMs) and Bonferroni mean (BM) operator, which can take into account the correlation between two attributes. In recent years, many researchers have extended the PBM operator to handle fuzzy information. The Dombi operations of T-conorm (TCN) and T-norm (TN), proposed by Dombi, have the supremacy of outstanding flexibility with general parameters. However, in the existing literature, PBM and the Dombi operations have not been combined for the above advantages for interval-neutrosophic sets (INSs). In this article, we first define some operational laws for interval neutrosophic numbers (INNs) based on Dombi TN and TCN and discuss several desirable properties of these operational rules. Secondly, we extend the PBM operator based on Dombi operations to develop an interval-neutrosophic Dombi PBM (INDPBM) operator, an interval-neutrosophic weighted Dombi PBM (INWDPBM) operator, an interval-neutrosophic Dombi power geometric Bonferroni mean (INDPGBM) operator and an interval-neutrosophic weighted Dombi power geometric Bonferroni mean (INWDPGBM) operator, and discuss several properties of these aggregation operators. Then we develop a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method, based on these proposed aggregation operators, to deal with interval neutrosophic (IN) information. Lastly, an illustrative example is provided to show the usefulness and realism of the proposed MADM method. The developed aggregation operators are very practical for solving MADM problems, as it considers the interaction among two input arguments and removes the influence of awkward data in the decision-making process at the same time. The other advantage of the proposed aggregation operators is that they are flexible due to general parameter.

Abstract
The neutrosophic cubic set can describe complex decision-making problems with its single-valued neutrosophic numbers and interval neutrosophic numbers simultaneously. The Dombi operations have the advantage of good flexibility with the operational parameter. In order to solve decision-making problems with flexible operational parameter under neutrosophic cubic environments, the paper extends the Dombi operations to neutrosophic cubic sets and proposes a neutrosophic cubic Dombi weighted arithmetic average (NCDWAA) operator and a neutrosophic cubic Dombi weighted geometric average (NCDWGA) operator. Then, we propose a multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) method based on the NCDWAA and NCDWGA operators. Finally, we provide two illustrative examples of MADM to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the established method.

Abstract
Q-neutrosophic soft sets are essentially neutrosophic soft sets characterized by three independent two-dimensional membership functions which stand for uncertainty, indeterminacy and falsity. Thus, it can be applied to two-dimensional imprecise, indeterminate and inconsistent data which appear in most real life problems. Relations are a suitable tool for describing correspondences between objects. In this study we introduce and discuss Q-neutrosophic soft relations, which can be discussed as a generalization of fuzzy soft relations, intuitionistic fuzzy soft relations, and neutrosophic soft relations. Q-neutrosophic soft relation is a sub Q-neutrosophic soft set of the Cartesian product of the Q-neutrosophic soft sets, in other words Q-neutrosophic soft relation is Q-neutrosophic soft sets in a Cartesian product of universes. We also present the notions of inverse, composition of Q-neutrosophic soft relations and functions along with some related theorems and properties. Reflexivity, symmetry, transitivity as well as equivalence relations and equivalence classes of Q-neutrosophic soft relations are also defined. Some properties of these concepts are presented and supported by real life examples. Finally, an algorithm to solve decision making problems using Q-neutrosophic soft relations is developed and verified by an example to show the efficiency of this method.

Abstract
The neutrosophic cubic set can contain much more information to express its interval neutrosophic numbers and single-valued neutrosophic numbers simultaneously in indeterminate environments. Hence, it is a usual tool for expressing much more information in complex decision-making problems. Unfortunately, there has been no research on similarity measures of neutrosophic cubic sets so far. Since the similarity measure is an important mathematical tool in decision-making problems, this paper proposes three cosine measures between neutrosophic cubic sets based on the included angle cosine of two vectors, distance, and cosine functions, and investigates their properties. Then, we develop a cosine measures-based multiple attribute decision-making method under a neutrosophic cubic environment in which, from the cosine measure between each alternative (each evaluated neutrosophic cubic set) and the ideal alternative (the ideal neutrosophic cubic set), the ranking order of alternatives and the best option can be obtained, corresponding to the cosine measure values in the decision-making process. Finally, an illustrative example about the selection problem of investment alternatives is provided to illustrate the application and feasibility of the developed decision-making method.
